In addition,optical emission spectro... Spatial confinement can significantly enhance the spectral intensity of laser-induced plasma in air. It is attributed to the compression of plasma plume by the reflected shockwave. In addition,optical emission spectroscopy of laser-induced plasma can also be affected by the distance between lens and sample surface. In order to obtain the optimized spectral intensity, the distance must be considered. In this work, spatially confined laser-induced silicon plasma by using a Nd:YAG nanosecond laser at different distances between lens and sample surface was investigated.The laser energies were 12 mJ, 16 mJ, 20 mJ, and 24 mJ. All experiments were carried out in an atmospheric environment. The results indicated that the intensity of Si(I) 390.55 nm line firstly rose and then dropped with the increase of lens-to-sample distance. Moreover, the spectral peak intensity with spatial confinement was higher than that without spatial confinement. The enhancement ratio was approximately 2 when laser energy was 24 mJ. 展开更多

目的腰疝是一种罕见病,目前对于腰疝的手术方式仍存在较多争议,本研究拟分析探讨单孔腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术(SIL-TES)治疗腰疝的可行性及效果。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2024年8月在4家医院(宁波大学附属第一医院、上海市第一人民医院... 目的腰疝是一种罕见病,目前对于腰疝的手术方式仍存在较多争议,本研究拟分析探讨单孔腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术(SIL-TES)治疗腰疝的可行性及效果。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2024年8月在4家医院(宁波大学附属第一医院、上海市第一人民医院、上海中医药大学附属普陀医院、上海市东方医院)行SIL-TES手术的22例腰疝患者的临床资料,介绍手术方式及过程,评估围手术期数据、术后并发症、患者满意度及生活质量[术前和术后1周、1个月、6个月、1年的异物感、疼痛、活动受限卡罗莱纳舒适量表(CCS)评分]。结果22例患者中位手术时间97.50(67.75,110.00)min,术中无中转开放或严重并发症。术后随访3~54个月,中位随访21.00(10.75,46.25)个月,无疝复发或手术部位感染;不同随访时间点CCS各项评分及总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(异物感:F=6.62,P=0.013;疼痛:F=62.88,P<0.001;活动受限:F=19.52,P<0.001;总分:F=36.30,P<0.001),各项评分均随随访时间延长呈现显著且持续的改善趋势。患者手术满意度评分平均为(4.58±0.58)分、美容度评分平均为(9.29±0.91)分,均较高。结论SIL-TES术式是安全的,近期效果满意,结合直视引导和手眼同步操作,可为腰疝提供安全有效的微创治疗选择,其远期效果有待进一步观察。 展开更多

The development of inexpensive and efficient Pt-free electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is greatly crucial for water electrolysis.Tungsten carbide(WC)exhibiting a Pt-like electronic structure represents an attractive alternative,although its overall performance is limited by the strong W-H bond that impedes hydrogen desorption.Here,we employed an in-situ interface engineering strategy to construct high-performance and cost effective electrocatalysts comprising WC/tungsten phosphide(WP)heterostructures that were anchored on N,P-codoped carbon(WC/WP@NPC)via a one-step pyrolysis of a melamine polyphosphate/WO_(3) hybrid in an inert atmosphere.Owing to the crystal structure compatibility and electron-rich property of WP,it optimizes the electronic structure and hydrogen adsorption configuration of WC,thus significantly weakening the W-H bond with a thermoneutral Gibbs free energy of hydrogen adsorption(ΔG_(H^(*)))of−0.05 eV.Additionally,NPC ensures fast electron transport and structural stability of the WC/WP@NPC ternary architecture.These synergistically lead to outstanding HER performances of the catalyst in acidic and alkaline media.Our finding offers a new strategy for designing Pt-alternative electrocatalysts with outstanding electrochemical performances for high-efficiency water splitting and other applications. 展开更多

A 1550 nm all-fiber pulsed laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV) based on time-domain chopping techniques is developed to overcome demodulation failures caused by multipath interference. The system adopts an adjustable configuration on pulse duration and pulse repetition frequency according to the distance. An experiment is carried out at a 25 m standoff with pulse duration of 80 ns, single pulse energy of 0.4 nJ, and pulse repetition frequency of 1 MHz. A waveform and spectrogram of the demodulated voice show that the pulsed LDV system has a good performance in long-range voice listening. 展开更多
