For karst foundation and goaf, grouting reinforcement is the main method at present. This paper mainly discusses the construction method and reinforcement effect of grouting in karst roadbed of high-speed railway, and analyzes the key construction technology of grouting in karst roadbed, and discusses the application and effect of key technology of grouting in karst roadbed from the selection of grouting, grouting method, grouting test and comparison of detection results. In this paper, the grouting test of karst embankment in section DK7 + 815 ~ DK7 + 865 of Laixi to Rongcheng high-speed railway is carried out, and the results are compared and verified, and the effect of reinforcement is analyzed.展开更多

At present, concrete bridges mainly include simply supported beams, continuous beams, concrete filled steel tube arch bridges and so on, among which cast-in-place continuous beams are divided into bracket cast-in-place and cantilever cast-in-place methods. Cantilever cast-in-place beams have many advantages, including having the smallest impact on road construction, being suitable for crossing busy roads, being suitable for large-span rivers and special zones. This paper mainly discusses the cantilever cast-in-place construction method, explores and studies the key construction technologies of cantilever casting, discusses the application of key technologies and control measures, etc. In this paper, the hanging basket cantilever casting construction of the (40+56+40)m continuous beam of the Long Qing high-speed bridge over Laixi-Rongcheng high-speed railway is taken as the research object, and the key research and exploration are focused on the technical measures, design checking and control measures in the hanging basket cantilever casting construction.展开更多
