Methods: from February 1, 2020 to January 31, 2022, 76 patients with pelvic fracture were selected and included in this study. Taking the method of rolling dice as the grouping standard, they were divided into two groups, namely the reference group (38 cases) and the research group (38 cases). Patients in the reference group were given the conventional nursing mode, and patients in the research group were given the pain grading nursing strategy on this basis. Record the nursing effects of the two groups of patients, and analyze and discuss them. Results: compared with before nursing, the pain scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower, and the score of the experimental group was more ideal: (4.57 ± 0.40). Compared with before nursing, the indexes of pain stress in the two groups changed obviously after nursing. Seven days after nursing, the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, namely, substance P (SP) (6.51 ± 0.19) μ g/ml, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) (130.25 ± 15.21) pg/ml and neuropeptide Y (NPY). After nursing, compared with the reference group, the scores of various functional disorders in the experimental group were lower, and complications were less. Conclusion: the application of pain grading nursing strategy for patients with pelvic fracture is effective, which can not only quickly relieve the pain and discomfort of patients, but also reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the early recovery of related functions.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients with TCU from September 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into comprehensive group and routine group, with 50 patients in each group. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were evaluated. Results: the delirium scores of the two groups before and after nursing were recorded. The delirium scores of the two groups before nursing were similar (P > 0.05). After nursing, the delirium scores of the comprehensive group were (27.12 ± 2.69) and those of the control group were (20.35 ± 1.35). After nursing, the delirium scores of the comprehensive group were significant. The incidence of comprehensive delirium in group A was significantly lower (P < 0.05). The stay time in ICU of comprehensive group was (3.02 ± 0.31) d, that of control group was (4.71 ± 0.83) d, that of comprehensive group was (0.60 ± 0.21) d, and that of control group was (1.33) d. Conclusion: in the process of preventing patients delirium in ICU, comprehensive nursing can be integrated, which can not only significantly reduce the incidence of patients delirium, but also significantly shorten the duration of patients delirium and stay in ICU. It is highly favored by patients and has the value of vigorous publicity and promotion.展开更多
