目的探讨穴位埋线对特应性皮炎患者辅助性T淋巴细胞的影响。方法90例特应性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线治疗。比较两组患者疾病改善情况、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后干... 目的探讨穴位埋线对特应性皮炎患者辅助性T淋巴细胞的影响。方法90例特应性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线治疗。比较两组患者疾病改善情况、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-2及IL-5水平。结果观察组疾病改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-2及IL-5水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-2及IL-5分别为(15.31±5.23)、(5.21±1.15)、(12.01±5.11)、(46.13±6.02)、(19.92±4.84)pg/ml,对照组分别为(12.89±5.53)、(4.72±1.12)、(14.24±5.13)、(43.25±6.52)、(23.21±3.21)pg/ml,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线对特应性皮炎患者辅助性T淋巴细胞的影响较大,可有效改善病情和改善Th1、Th2淋巴细胞,值得推广应用。 展开更多
