With the rapid development of flexible equipment,high-energy/-power requirements have been proposed for energy storage devices.Nevertheless,the poor conductivities of metallic oxides and their low levels of transmissi...With the rapid development of flexible equipment,high-energy/-power requirements have been proposed for energy storage devices.Nevertheless,the poor conductivities of metallic oxides and their low levels of transmission of electrons/ions hinder their widespread application.Here,a sandwich-structured Co_(3)O_(4)-Fe_(3)O_(4)(CFO) composite with binder-free was synthesized on a carbon cloth substrate via co-precipitation and partial ion exchange.The appropriate substitution of Co_(3)O_(4)with Fe_(3)O_(4)is favorable in promoting the rapid transfer of electrolyte ions and alleviating changes in volume during the electrochemical studies.When the duration of the substitution reaction is 20 min,the obtained electrode delivers a maximum specific capacitance of 1196.2 Fg^(-1)at a current density of 1 A g^(-1)and a superior capacity retention of~71%when the current density varies from 1to 30 Ag^(-1).Furthermore,the fabricated CFO//activated carbon flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor exhibits arespective maximum energy and power density of 68.7Wh kg^(-1)and 16,000 W kg^(-1)and excellent flexibility.It also displays a specific capacity retention of 81.3%under four continuous bending states at a current density of 6A g^(-1)over 10,000 cycles.These remarkable electrochemical char ac teristics suggest that the sandwich-structured CFO composite displays considerable potential for application in flexible high-energy/-power supercapacitors.展开更多

Amorphous microwires(AMWs)are well known for their high strength and elastic limit,making them excellent candidates for various engineering applications.However,one of the key challenges in utilizing AMWs is their inh...Amorphous microwires(AMWs)are well known for their high strength and elastic limit,making them excellent candidates for various engineering applications.However,one of the key challenges in utilizing AMWs is their inherent variability in mechanical performance,particularly in achieving stable fracture strength across different compositions.This study provides critical insights into the relationship between microstructure and mechanical behavior by investigating CuZr-based AMWs with varying compositions during quasi-static tensile fracture.Specifically,uniaxial tensile tests on Cu_(48)Zr_(48)Al_(4),Cu_(45)Zr_(45)Co_(10),and Cu_(48)Zr_(47.2)Al_(4)Nb_(0.8) AMWs,combined with log-normal and Weibull statistical analysis,revealed that Cu_(48)Zr_(47.2)Al4Nb_(0.8) exhibits the highest fracture reliability(mTr=3.97)and fracture threshold(σμTr=1307 MPa),while Cu_(48)Zr_(48)Al_(4) showed the lowest performance(m_(Tr)=3.08,σ_(μTr)=1085 MPa).Moreover,a standard power-law relationship exists between the characteristic size L of the fracture surface and the degree of order O was established,linking atomic mixing enthalpy and atomic radius to structural homogeneity and fracture behavior.This study provides an important perspective for optimizing AMW compositions to achieve higher fracture strength and improve the reliability for engineering applications.展开更多

However, the possible effect of rh-Endostatin in reversing DDP-resistance in A549/DDP cells and the...Objective: Recombinant human Endostatin (rh-Endostatin, YH-16) can reverse cisplatin resistance in A549/DDP cells. However, the possible effect of rh-Endostatin in reversing DDP-resistance in A549/DDP cells and the mechanism are needed to be investigated. Methods: Lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and its DDP-resistant cell line A549/DDP were treated with DDP and/or recombinant human Endostatin. Difference in drug resistance was analyzed between different regi- mens and between different cell lines after a 72 h-treatment in vitro. And below the non-cytotoxic concentration of rh-End- ostatin, the possibility of rh-Endostatin in reversing DDP-resistance in A549/DDP was evaluated. The resistance protein which was detected in the study included P glycoprotein (P-gp) and topoisomerase II (Topo-II). Results: Rh-Endostatin below 400 IJg/mL showed no cytotoxicity in either A549 or A549/DDP after 72 h-treatment with it. The inhibited concentration of 50% (IC50) observed for DDP was (0.79 _+ 0.05) IJg/mL in A549 and (13.2 + 1.1) in A549/DDP respectively. IC50 was reduced to 2.57 + 0.05 #g/mL in A549/DDP treated by rh-Endostatin below the non-cytotoxic concentrations in combination with DDP, with a reversal fold (RF) of 5.14 and a relative reversal rate of 85.6%. Apoptotic rates were 2.01%, 13.47% and 29.26% re- spectively for cells treated with rh-Endostain, DDP, and the combination. The rate of the A549/DDP control group was 0.99%. The expression level of P-gp or Topo-II was higher in A549/DDP cells than in A549 cells. Rh-Endostatin may partially reverse DDP-resistance in A549/DDP cells in vitro, with a probable mechanism related to lowering expression of P-gp and Topo-II. Conclusien: Rh-Endostatin of non-cytotoxic dose partially reversed cisptatin resistance in cisplatin-resistant human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549/DDP. While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumber...While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumbersome to efficiently implement a web-based visualization.In this paper,we present ECharts,an open-sourced,web-based,cross-platform framework that supports the rapid construction of interactive visualization.The motivation is driven by three goals:easy-touse,rich built-in interactions,and high performance.The kernel of ECharts is a suite of declarative visual design language that customizes built-in chart types.The underlying streaming architecture,together with a high-performance graphics renderer based on HTML5 canvas,enables the high expandability and performance of ECharts.We report the design,implementation,and applications of ECharts with a diverse variety of examples.We compare the utility and performance of ECharts with C3.js,HighCharts,and Chart.js.Results of the experiments demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of our framework.Since the first release in June 2013,ECharts has iterated 63 versions,and attracted over 22,000 star counts and over 1700 related projects in the GitHub.ECharts is regarded as a leading visualization development tool in the world,and ranks the third in the GitHub visualization tab.展开更多
