The microstructure evolution and strengthening ability of natural aging(NA),delayed aging(DA),and DA after pre-aging(PDA)of Al-Mg-Si alloy were studied.Results show that small and unstable atomic clusters are generate...The microstructure evolution and strengthening ability of natural aging(NA),delayed aging(DA),and DA after pre-aging(PDA)of Al-Mg-Si alloy were studied.Results show that small and unstable atomic clusters are generated during NA,leading to the formation of low-density coarseβʺandβ′phases,thus reducing the strength of DA alloy.However,atomic clusters and GP zones with larger sizes and high Mg/Si molar ratio form during pre-aging treatment.They prevent the generation of clusters during NA and can serve as effective nucleation sites in subsequent artificial aging,which elevates the number density of fineβʺprecipitates and improves the alloy strength.After pre-aging at 175°C,the strengthening capacity of PDA alloy is restored,with hardness and yield strength reaching 95.1%and 101.9%of peak-aged alloy.展开更多
The insufficient damping capabilities of aluminum alloy under low temperatures(<120℃)were addressed by developing high-damping laminated composites of NiTip/5052Al.This is achieved through the incorporation of var...The insufficient damping capabilities of aluminum alloy under low temperatures(<120℃)were addressed by developing high-damping laminated composites of NiTip/5052Al.This is achieved through the incorporation of varied pre-aging states of NiTi particles into the 5052Al matrix using a rolling composite technique.The aim is to enhance the application scope of aluminum alloy for vibration and noise reduction.The results demonstrated a distinct and integrated interface between the particle layer and the 5052Al alloy,with numerous interparticle interfaces within the particle layer.Increasing the aging temperature of the NiTi particles from 450 to 550℃ shifted the phase transition peaks of the composites to lower temperatures.The damping capacity of the laminated NiTip/5052Al composites notably surpasses that of the 5052Al alloy.At 28 and 66℃,the phase transformation damping peaks of the pre-aged NiTi particle layer reinforced 5052Al matrix composites are 1.93 and 2 times those of the 5052Al alloy at the corresponding temperatures,respectively.The collaborative impact of interparticle interface damping mechanism and the phase transformation damping mechanism of NiTi-reinforced particles significantly amplify the low-temperature damping performance of the laminated NiTip/5052Al composites.展开更多
Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))is an extremely promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its low cost,minimal volume change,and extended cycle life.However,its electrochemical performance is severely hindere...Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))is an extremely promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its low cost,minimal volume change,and extended cycle life.However,its electrochemical performance is severely hindered by inherent issues such as poor ionic and electronic conductivity.Here,we design a dual-phase conductor Co@TiO_(2),which contributes a synergistic storage mode consisting of a Li-accepting and an electron-accepting phase.In situ magnetic characterization and experimental results reveal the space charge storage mechanism in addition to traditional insertion mechanisms.Based on these mechanisms,the specific capacity and rate performance of the Co@TiO_(2)electrode have been greatly enhanced.Under a current density of 200 mA·g^(-1),the specific capacity of Co@TiO_(2)reaches 397.2 mAh·g^(-1).Upon increasing the current density to 10 A·g^(-1),the electrode still maintains a capacity of 83.1 mAh·g^(-1)after 900 cycles.This result offers a fresh perspective on the structural design of new anode materials to achieve high energy density.展开更多
Objective:To study the effect of Baiban Ointment on gene expression profile of vulvar lichen sclerosus before and after treatment,and to provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and clinical treatment of vulv...Objective:To study the effect of Baiban Ointment on gene expression profile of vulvar lichen sclerosus before and after treatment,and to provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and clinical treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus.Methods:Nine patients with vulvar lichen sclerosus diagnosed pathologically were selected as the study object,and the Baiban ointment was applied locally for 3 months.Gene chip technology was used to detect the vulva skin tissue in the same area before and after treatment,and the peripheral normal skin was used as the normal control group to analyze the change of gene expression profile.FC and P values were used as research indicators,and the standard of differential expression was FC value≥1.5,P value<0.05.The differentially expressed genes were screened,and GO analysis and KEGG database gene pathway analysis were carried out.Results:Compared with the normal control group,there were 22 differentially expressed genes in Group A before treatment,of which 21 were up-regulated and 1 was down regulated;compared with Group B before treatment,there were 23 differentially expressed genes,all of which were up regulated.The differentially expressed genes related to Baiban ointment treatment included TBK1、STAT1、ITGAM、VCAN、PRKACB、PROM1、PLAT、SERPINA1.Go analysis showed that the up-regulated differential genes were mainly concentrated in the extracellular exosome,cytosol,extracellular space,Golgi apparatus and other cellular component,using the biological process such as positive regulation of cell metabolism,signal transduction regulation,cell adhesion,etc.,to play a role in protein binding,enzyme activity regulation and other molecular functions.KEGG signaling pathway showed that the differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in Toll like receptor signaling pathway,Nod like receptor signaling pathway and Fc RI signaling pathway,all of which were up-regulated signaling pathways.Among them,Toll like receptor signaling pathway and Nod like receptor signaling pathway are most closely related to the disease.Conclusion:Baiban ointment may play a role in regulating metabolism,inflammation and immune response by regulating the expression of related genes,affecting the signal transduction such as Toll like receptor signal pathway.The pathway and the genes screened in this study will provide a direction for the future study of this disease.展开更多
