Intelligent vehicles are advancing at a fast speed with the improvement of automation and connectivity,which opens up new possibilities for different cyber-attacks,including in-vehicle attacks(e.g.,hijacking attacks)and vehicle-to-everything communicationattacks(e.g.,data theft).These problems are becoming increasingly serious with the development of 4G LTE and 5G communication technologies.Although many efforts are made to improve the resilience to cyber attacks,there are still many unsolved challenges.This paper first identifies some major security attacks on intelligent connected vehicles.Then,we investigate and summarize the available defences against these attacks and classify them into four categories:cryptography,network security,software vulnerability detection,and malware detection.Remaining challenges and future directions for preventing attacks on intelligent vehicle systems have been discussed as well. 展开更多

Information on survival and growth during the early life stage is essential to understand the mechanism of interannual variations in fish recruitment.Chub mackerel Scomber japonicus is a commercially important pelagic fish widely distributed in the northwestern Pacific.Its catch showed large fluctuations with changes in distribution and migration under climate change and strong fishing.We determined the hatch dates and growth rates of young-of-the-year of chub mackerel through otolith microstructure using samples collected in the Oyashio water in autumn 2018.Results show that the ages of young chub mackerel ranged between 120 and 180 d,and the estimated hatch date lasted from midJanuary to late May with a peak from mid-March to mid-April.Average otolith daily increment width during the early life stages(from hatching to 25 d)showed an increasing trend.Chub mackerel grows slowly in the first 10 d,and then grows faster during the 10thto 25thd.Three groups with dissimilar growth histories and migration routes were identified using unsupervised random forest clustering analysis,but all eventually converge on the same nursery ground.The faster growth of young-of-the-year chub mackerel leads to better recruitment due to the hypothesis of growth-dependent mortality.Most chub mackerels hatched in March and April,the spawning period is longer and earlier,which could lead to strong year classes.These findings on population composition and life history traits of young-of-the-year of chub mackerel provide valuable information on its recruitment processes during the period of stock recovery. 展开更多

Chinese herbal medicine for hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children: An overview of systematic reviews 被引量:1

Objective:To summarize the use of Chinese herbal medicines (CHM) for the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) in children and to provide high-level evidence for clinical decision-making.Methods:We conducted an overview of systematic reviews (SRs).Two English-language and four Chinese-language electronic databases were searched from inception to March 31,2018.Published SRs and meta-analyses evaluating CHM use in children with HFMD and reporting clinically-relevant outcomes such as time to fever resolution were eligible for inclusion in this overview.Reviews were accepted if the intervention featured CHM with or without other treatment.Two authors evaluated the methodological quality of the included SRs by using ASMTAR and ROBIS.Results:Thirty SRs comprising 90 244 children with HFMD were included in this overview of SRs.All SRs were published in Chinese between 2011 and 2017.All intervention arms received CHM with or without conventional treatment and were compared against control arms receiving no treatment,conventional treatment alone,or placebo.All 30 reviews reported the time to fever resolution and results demonstrated that CHM had a greater benefit in reducing fever compared with controls.Twenty-three reviews reported the time to rash resolution which presented similar results.Fourteen SRs reported the time to oral ulcer healing and CHM demonstrated a significantly reduced time to resolution compared to controls.The quality of the included SRs was low to moderate as assessed by the AMSTAR tool.Conclusion:Published reviews demonstrated potential benefits of CHM in children with HFMD.Overall,the methodological quality of reviews included in this overview of SRs was low and our findings should be interpreted with caution.We would strongly recommend that future SRs be designed and reported rigorously following PRISMA in order to provide more robust evidence on which to base clinical guidance. 展开更多

The identification and clarification of active sites of MoS_(2)have long been the focus of research efforts in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).In this study,we constructed phase transition-induced 1T-2H MoS_(2)heterojunction via lithium intercalation and evaluated the HER activity using on-chip electrocatalytic microdevices(OCEMs).The heterojunction achieved an overpotential of only 226 mV at a cathodic current density of 10 mA/cm^(2),outperforming the basal planes of 1T and 2H MoS_(2).Furthermore,density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrated that the charge redistribution occurs at the 1T-2H MoS_(2)interface with electrons transferring from 1T to 2H MoS_(2),and the interfacial S atom at the top site of 1T MoS_(2)presents the smallest overpotential of 0.37 V.Moreover,the interference from highly active edge sites was avoided by precisely exposing specific active areas,quantitatively revealing the catalytic activity order of different types of in-plane MoS_(2)active sites.This work enables a systematic investigation of the HER activity of various active sites in MoS_(2),laying the foundation for quantitative analysis of activity in other lowdimensional materials. 展开更多

As the technology scales advancing into the nanometer region,the concept of yield has become an increasingly important design metric.To reduce the yield loss caused by local defects,layout optimization can play a critical role.In this paper,we propose a new open sensitivity-based model with consideration of the blank space around the net,and study the corresponding net optimization.The proposed new model not only has a high practicability in the selection of nets to be optimized but also solves the issue of the increase in short critical area brought during the open optimization,which means to reduce the open critical area with no new short critical area produced,and thereby this model can ensure the decrease of total critical area and finally achieves an integrative optimization.Compared with the models available,the experimental results show that our sensitivity model not only consumes less time with concise algorithm but also can deal with irregular layout,which is out of the scope of other models.At the end of this paper,the effectiveness of the new model is verified by the experiment on the randomly selected five metal layers from the synthesized OpenSparc circuit layout. 展开更多
