In this paper,joint location and velocity estimation(JLVE)of vehicular terminals for 6G integrated communication and sensing(ICAS)is studied.We aim to provide a unified performance analysis framework for ICAS-based JL...In this paper,joint location and velocity estimation(JLVE)of vehicular terminals for 6G integrated communication and sensing(ICAS)is studied.We aim to provide a unified performance analysis framework for ICAS-based JLVE,which is challenging due to random fading,multipath interference,and complexly coupled system models,and thus the impact of channel fading and multipath interference on JLVE performance is not fully understood.To address this challenge,we exploit structured information models of the JLVE problem to render tractable performance quantification.Firstly,an individual closedform Cramer-Rao lower bound for vehicular localization,velocity detection and channel estimation,respectively,is established for gaining insights into performance limits of ICAS-based JLVE.Secondly,the impact of system resource factors and fading environments,e.g.,system bandwidth,the number of subcarriers,carrier frequency,antenna array size,transmission distance,spatial channel correlation,channel covariance,the number of interference paths and noise power,on the JLVE performance is theoretically analyzed.The associated closed-form JLVE performance analysis can not only provide theoretical foundations for ICAS receiver design but also provide a perfor mance benchmark for various JLVE methods。展开更多

[Methods] Plant identification,trait identification,powder identification and paraffin slice identification were adopted in the study. [Results]It was found that the original plant of Campanula colorata was characterized by stiff hairs,slightly thicker root than stem,serrated leaf margin,tubular bell-shaped corolla and blue-purple color; traits were featured by odorlessness,and bitter taste after slight sweetness; the microscopic identification characteristics were that the laticifer was sporadic,containing reddish brown or yellow brown materials,and the oil droplets and nonglandular hairs were common. Typically,conjugated polymers are composed of conjugated backbones and alkyl side chains.In this contribution,a cost-effective strategy of tailoring the length of alkyl side chain is utilized to design highperforming ...Typically,conjugated polymers are composed of conjugated backbones and alkyl side chains.In this contribution,a cost-effective strategy of tailoring the length of alkyl side chain is utilized to design highperforming thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione(TPD)-based large bandgap polymer donors PBDT-BiTPD(Cχ)(χ=48,52,56),in which x represents the alkyl side chain length in term of the total carbon number.A combination of light absorption,device,and morphology examinations make clear that the shorter alkyl side chains yield(i) higher crystallinity and more predominant face-on crystallite orientation in their neat and BHJ blend films,(ii) higher charge mobilities(6.7×10^(-4) cm~2 V^(-1) s^(-1) for C48 vs.3.2×10^(-4) cm~2 V^(-1) s^(-1) for C56),and negligible charge recombination,consequently,(iii) significantly improved fill-factor(FF) and short current(J_(SC)),while almost the same open circuit voltage(V_(OC)) of ca.0.82 V in their corresponding BHJ devices.In parallel,as alkyl side chain lengths decrease from C56 to C48,power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) increased from 7.8% for C56 to 11.1% for C52,and further to14.1% for C48 in their BHJ solar cells made with a narrow bandgap non-fullerene acceptor Y6.This systematic study declares that shortening the side chain,if providing appropriate solubility in device solution processing solvents,is of essential significance for developing high-performing polymer donors and further improving device photovoltaic performance.展开更多
Background:The current study was carried out to provide a reference for the control of mycotoxin contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds for swine.Methods:A total of 55 feed ingredients,including 14 cor...Background:The current study was carried out to provide a reference for the control of mycotoxin contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds for swine.Methods:A total of 55 feed ingredients,including 14 corn,13 wheat bran,11 soybean meal and 17 dried distillers grains with solubles(DDGS) as well as 76 complete swine feeds including 7 creep feeds,14 starter feeds,14 grower feeds,18 grower-finisher feeds,10 gestating sow feeds,and 13 lactating sow feeds were randomly collected from15 swine farms located in the Beijing region of China from July to August 2011.Immunoaffinity clean-up,using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) in combination with UV or Fluorescence Detection,was used for quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B,(AFB,),deoxynivalenol(DON),zearalenone(ZEA) and ochratoxin A(OTA) in the ingredients and complete feeds.Results:DON and ZEA were the most prevalent mycotoxins found.DON was detected at percentages of 93,92,54,100 and 97%with a mean level of 1.01,0.44,0.05,1.36 and 0.65 ppm in the samples of corn,wheat bran,soybean meal,DDGS and complete feeds,respectively.The detected percentages of ZEA were 100,100,54,100 and 100 with mean levels of 109.1,14.9,9.2,882.7 and 58.9 ppb in the same samples.In the wheat bran and soybean meal samples,the content of all four mycotoxins were below the maximum limits set by Chinese regulations while the percentage of samples that exceeded regulatory limits were 7,57 and 7%for corn,and 7,14 and 3%for the complete feeds for AFB,,DON and OTA respectively.DDGS showed the most serious mycotoxin contamination and the percentage of samples that exceeded regulatory limits were 6,88 and 41%,for AFB,,DON and ZEA,respectively.Conclusions:This paper is the first to present data on the natural occurrence of AFB,,DON,ZEA and OTA in ingredients and complete feeds obtained from swine farms in China's Beijing region.The data shows that feed ingredients and complete swine feeds obtained from these farms are most often contaminated with DON followed by contamination with AFB,and ZEA.展开更多

Recent study in Xenopus laevis has shown that vsxl 3' unt...Visual system homeobox-1 (vsxl) is important in retinal progenitor proliferation, differentiation, and function maintenance of bipolar cells in vertebrates. Recent study in Xenopus laevis has shown that vsxl 3' untranslated region (3' UTR) can mediate cell-specific translation of vsxl mRNA in the bipolar cells of the retinal inner nuclear layer (INL). vsxl is also transcribed at the early developmental stages prior to eye formation and its spatiotemporal expression patterns are conserved in all the examined vertebrates. In order to determine whether the vsxl 3' UTR has a role in regulating the spatiotemporal expression of vsxl during early embryogenesis, we constructed a vsxl UTR-controlled green fluorescent protein (GFP) reporter gene system and examined the GFP expression pattern in goldfish, Carassius auratus, at different developmental stages, Our results indicated that both the vsxl 5' UTR and the vsxl 3' UTR remarkably repressed GFP expression at transcription level but did not regulate tissue-specific translation at early developmental stages. GFP protein was ubiquitously expressed in the embryos injected with GFP-sensors containing vsxl UTRs before 60 h post-fertilization (hpf). From hatching stage (72 hpf) onwards, however, GFP protein was specifically expressed in the bipolar cells of the retinal 1NL in the vsxl 3'UTR-GFP-sensor embryos, but was still ubiquitously expressed in the embryos injected with GFP-sensor lacking vsxl 3' UTR. These observations showed a significant difference of vsxl 3' UTR-mediated translation between early and late developmental stages and suggested that vsxl 3' UTR might not be involved in regulating the spatiotemporal expression of vsxl until hatching stage during embryogenesis.展开更多

[ Result] MS + 1.5 mg/L of 6-BA +0.2 mg/L of LAA was the optimal medium for induction and proliferation of callus; MS + 1.0 mg/L of 6-BA + 0. 2 mg/L of 2, 4-D was the optimal medium for differentiation of adventitious buds; MS + 1.0 mg/L of ZT + 0.2 mg/L of LAA was the optimal medium for rooting of seedlings. On the basis of above conditions, melon seedlings had high roofing rate and strong roots. [ Conclusion] This study provided a guarantee for the further genetic transformation of improved melon varieties.展开更多
Moso bamboo is one of the most important economic bamboo species in China,but cadmium(Cd)pollution has become a potential threat of its sustainable development.Silicon(Si)reduces Cd accumulation in many plant species....Moso bamboo is one of the most important economic bamboo species in China,but cadmium(Cd)pollution has become a potential threat of its sustainable development.Silicon(Si)reduces Cd accumulation in many plant species.However,the exact mechanisms of this effect in Moso bamboo are still poorly understood.Here,we investigated the effect of Si on Cd accumulation in Moso bamboo in terms of Cd concentration in roots,Cd cellular and subcellular distribution,root cell morphology,and gene expression.Seedlings(ten days old)were exposed to different concentrations of Cd(0,1,5,and 50μmol L^(-1))in a 0.5 mmol L^(-1)CaCl_(2) solution treated with(+Si)and without(-Si)1 mmol L^(-1)Si(as silicic acid)for two days.The effect of Si on the alleviation of Cd-induced inhibition of root elongation was not obvious,but Si could significantly reduce Cd accumulation in roots at all tested Cd concentrations(1,5,and50μmol L^(-1)).Cadmium was localized in all cells of roots,but Si application altered the Cd distribution from all cells to distal side of exodermis cells in roots.Semi-quantitative determination of Cd using energy-dispersive X-rays revealed higher Cd concentrations in exodermis,but lower concentrations in the stele when Si was applied.However,Si increased Cd accumulation in root cell wall,but decreased it in cell sap.Moreover,more than 70%of Cd and Si were found in hemicellulose 1 of the cell wall.These results suggested that Si reduced Cd accumulation by sequestering Cd in hemicellulose 1 in the root cell wall at the subcellular level and retaining most of the Cd in the root exodermis at the cellular level in Moso bamboo under short-term Si application.展开更多

[Results]The ethanol extract,water extract,and ethanol extract after water extraction of Eleutherine plicata Herb had a high DPPH free radical,ABTS free radical scavenging activity,and reducing activity. Recently,we demonstrated the success of a time-synchronized state estimator using deep neural networks(DNNs)for real-time unobservable distribution systems.In this paper,we provide analytical bounds on the performance...Recently,we demonstrated the success of a time-synchronized state estimator using deep neural networks(DNNs)for real-time unobservable distribution systems.In this paper,we provide analytical bounds on the performance of the state estimator as a function of perturbations in the input measurements.It has already been shown that evaluating performance based only on the test dataset might not effectively indicate the ability of a trained DNN to handle input perturbations.As such,we analytically verify the robustness and trustworthiness of DNNs to input perturbations by treating them as mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)problems.The ability of batch normalization in addressing the scalability limitations of the MILP formulation is also highlighted.The framework is validated by performing time-synchronized distribution system state estimation for a modified IEEE 34-node system and a real-world large distribution system,both of which are incompletely observed by micro-phasor measurement units.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Compound Sarcandra Glabra on radiation injury of parotid glands in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:Sixty patients with primary nasopharyngeal carcin...Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Compound Sarcandra Glabra on radiation injury of parotid glands in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:Sixty patients with primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2018 to January 2019 were collected,which were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table.All patients were treated by a combination of 9-field intense-modulated radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The treatment group was given the Compound Sarcandra Glabra orally every day from 3 days before radiotherapy to the end.The degree of xerostomia(dry mouth)of patients was compared between the two groups at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy by the chi-square test.The maximal adsorption and secretion rates of the parotid glands were compared between groups before radiotherapy,at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy by the independent sample t-test.Results:The symptoms of dry mouth were alleviated in the treatment group,and the degree of dry mouth significantly differed between groups at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy(χ2=6.696 and 10.977,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the maximal adsorption and secretion rates of the parotid glands between groups before radiotherapy(t=0.974 and4.646,P>0.05);however,both variables were significantly higher in the treatment group at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy(t=2.920 and 5.037;t=2.820 and 2.213,P<0.05).Patients presented no liver and kidney injury after radiotherapy.Conclusions:Oral administration of the Compound Sarcandra Glabra can effectively prevent radiation injury of the parotid glands in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,thereby alleviating the degree of dry mouth after radiotherapy.展开更多
This study investigated the categories of spatial characteristics of traditional houses in Anhui,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces of China by applying syntactic theories and conducting a comparative analysis of their di...This study investigated the categories of spatial characteristics of traditional houses in Anhui,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces of China by applying syntactic theories and conducting a comparative analysis of their different layout configurations.Six houses in the three provinces were selected as measurement samples,and statistical analysis of their spatial variables was conducted through SPSS 22.Results showed that the correlation of depth and integration in the Zhejiang and Jiangsu samples are negative,whereas the samples in Anhui show no correlation.These results further indicated that spaces with high rates of utilization in Zhejiang and Jiangsu dwellings are located at low depths in the spatial configurations,whereas the samples from Anhui show opposite findings.Different housing spatial structures reflect various habitation behavioral patterns in this area.Zhejiang and Jiangsu residents interact more closely with outside spaces in their daily lives,whereas Anhui residents have very limited interaction with outside spaces,thereby reflecting two different modes of living behavior,namely,extroversion and introversion.展开更多

From hatching stage (72 hpf) onwards, however, GFP protein was specifically expressed in the bipolar cells of the retinal 1NL in the vsxl 3'UTR-GFP-sensor embryos, but was still ubiquitously expressed in the embryos injected with GFP-sensor lacking vsxl 3' UTR. These observations showed a significant difference of vsxl 3' UTR-mediated translation between early and late developmental stages and suggested that vsxl 3' UTR might not be involved in regulating the spatiotemporal expression of vsxl until hatching stage during embryogenesis.

文摘[ Objective] This study aimed to optimize the in vitro regeneration system of melon. [ Method] Melon variety Nanxiang91023 was selected as experi- mental materials, with the cotyledons and hypocotyls as explants, different types and concentrations of growth regulators were supplemented at different stages of tis- sue culture, to explore the simple and effective medium formula for regeneration of melon. [ Result] MS + 1.5 mg/L of 6-BA +0.2 mg/L of LAA was the optimal medium for induction and proliferation of callus; MS + 1.0 mg/L of 6-BA + 0. 2 mg/L of 2, 4-D was the optimal medium for differentiation of adventitious buds; MS + 1.0 mg/L of ZT + 0.2 mg/L of LAA was the optimal medium for rooting of seedlings. On the basis of above conditions, melon seedlings had high roofing rate and strong roots. [ Conclusion] This study provided a guarantee for the further genetic transformation of improved melon varieties.

文摘Moso bamboo is one of the most important economic bamboo species in China,but cadmium(Cd)pollution has become a potential threat of its sustainable development.Silicon(Si)reduces Cd accumulation in many plant species.However,the exact mechanisms of this effect in Moso bamboo are still poorly understood.Here,we investigated the effect of Si on Cd accumulation in Moso bamboo in terms of Cd concentration in roots,Cd cellular and subcellular distribution,root cell morphology,and gene expression.Seedlings(ten days old)were exposed to different concentrations of Cd(0,1,5,and 50μmol L^(-1))in a 0.5 mmol L^(-1)CaCl_(2) solution treated with(+Si)and without(-Si)1 mmol L^(-1)Si(as silicic acid)for two days.The effect of Si on the alleviation of Cd-induced inhibition of root elongation was not obvious,but Si could significantly reduce Cd accumulation in roots at all tested Cd concentrations(1,5,and50μmol L^(-1)).Cadmium was localized in all cells of roots,but Si application altered the Cd distribution from all cells to distal side of exodermis cells in roots.Semi-quantitative determination of Cd using energy-dispersive X-rays revealed higher Cd concentrations in exodermis,but lower concentrations in the stele when Si was applied.However,Si increased Cd accumulation in root cell wall,but decreased it in cell sap.Moreover,more than 70%of Cd and Si were found in hemicellulose 1 of the cell wall.These results suggested that Si reduced Cd accumulation by sequestering Cd in hemicellulose 1 in the root cell wall at the subcellular level and retaining most of the Cd in the root exodermis at the cellular level in Moso bamboo under short-term Si application.

文摘[Objectives] To study in vitro antioxidant activity of extracts from Eleutherine plicata Herb by different extraction methods.[Methods]1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl( DPPH) free radical scavenging method,2,2'-Azinobis( 3-ehtylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfnic acid) diammonium salt( ABTS) free radical scavenging method,and iron ion reduction ability determination method were applied to measure the extracts of Eleutherine plicata Herb by ethanol extraction,water extraction,and ethanol extraction after water extraction,and comparison was made with positive control Vc( vitamin C). [Results]The ethanol extract,water extract,and ethanol extract after water extraction of Eleutherine plicata Herb had a high DPPH free radical,ABTS free radical scavenging activity,and reducing activity. [Conclusions]E. plicata Herb is a natural antioxidant with high potential.

文摘Recently,we demonstrated the success of a time-synchronized state estimator using deep neural networks(DNNs)for real-time unobservable distribution systems.In this paper,we provide analytical bounds on the performance of the state estimator as a function of perturbations in the input measurements.It has already been shown that evaluating performance based only on the test dataset might not effectively indicate the ability of a trained DNN to handle input perturbations.As such,we analytically verify the robustness and trustworthiness of DNNs to input perturbations by treating them as mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)problems.The ability of batch normalization in addressing the scalability limitations of the MILP formulation is also highlighted.The framework is validated by performing time-synchronized distribution system state estimation for a modified IEEE 34-node system and a real-world large distribution system,both of which are incompletely observed by micro-phasor measurement units.

文摘Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Compound Sarcandra Glabra on radiation injury of parotid glands in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:Sixty patients with primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2018 to January 2019 were collected,which were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table.All patients were treated by a combination of 9-field intense-modulated radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The treatment group was given the Compound Sarcandra Glabra orally every day from 3 days before radiotherapy to the end.The degree of xerostomia(dry mouth)of patients was compared between the two groups at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy by the chi-square test.The maximal adsorption and secretion rates of the parotid glands were compared between groups before radiotherapy,at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy by the independent sample t-test.Results:The symptoms of dry mouth were alleviated in the treatment group,and the degree of dry mouth significantly differed between groups at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy(χ2=6.696 and 10.977,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the maximal adsorption and secretion rates of the parotid glands between groups before radiotherapy(t=0.974 and4.646,P>0.05);however,both variables were significantly higher in the treatment group at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy(t=2.920 and 5.037;t=2.820 and 2.213,P<0.05).Patients presented no liver and kidney injury after radiotherapy.Conclusions:Oral administration of the Compound Sarcandra Glabra can effectively prevent radiation injury of the parotid glands in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,thereby alleviating the degree of dry mouth after radiotherapy.

文摘This study investigated the categories of spatial characteristics of traditional houses in Anhui,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces of China by applying syntactic theories and conducting a comparative analysis of their different layout configurations.Six houses in the three provinces were selected as measurement samples,and statistical analysis of their spatial variables was conducted through SPSS 22.Results showed that the correlation of depth and integration in the Zhejiang and Jiangsu samples are negative,whereas the samples in Anhui show no correlation.These results further indicated that spaces with high rates of utilization in Zhejiang and Jiangsu dwellings are located at low depths in the spatial configurations,whereas the samples from Anhui show opposite findings.Different housing spatial structures reflect various habitation behavioral patterns in this area.Zhejiang and Jiangsu residents interact more closely with outside spaces in their daily lives,whereas Anhui residents have very limited interaction with outside spaces,thereby reflecting two different modes of living behavior,namely,extroversion and introversion.
