Photonuclear data are increasingly used in fundamental nuclear research and technological applications.These data are generated using advanced γ-ray sources.The Shanghai laser electron gamma source(SLEGS)is a new laser Compton scattering γ-ray source at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility.It delivers energy-tunable,quasi-monoenergetic gamma beams for high-precision photonuclear measurements.This paper presents the flat-efficiency detector(FED)array at SLEGS and its application in photoneutron cross-section measurements.Systematic uncertainties of the FED array were determined to be 3.02%through calibration with a ^(252)Cf neutron source.Using ^(197)Au and ^(159)Tb as representative nuclei,we demonstrate the format and processing methodology for raw photoneutron data.The results validate SLEGS’capability for high-precision photoneutron measurements. 展开更多

The burden of upper motor neuron involvement is correlated with the bilateral limb involvement interval in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis:a retrospective observational study

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a rare neurodegenerative disease characterized by the involvement of both upper and lower motor neurons.Early bilateral limb involvement significantly affects patients'daily lives and may lead them to be confined to bed.However,the effect of upper and lower motor neuron impairment and other risk factors on bilateral limb involvement is unclear.To address this issue,we retrospectively collected data from 586 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients with limb onset diagnosed at Peking University Third Hospital between January 2020 and May 2022.A univariate analysis revealed no significant differences in the time intervals of spread in different directions between individuals with upper motor neuron-dominant amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and those with classic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.We used causal directed acyclic graphs for risk factor determination and Cox proportional hazards models to investigate the association between the duration of bilateral limb involvement and clinical baseline characteristics in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients.Multiple factor analyses revealed that higher upper motor neuron scores(hazard ratio[HR]=1.05,95%confidence interval[CI]=1.01–1.09,P=0.018),onset in the left limb(HR=0.72,95%CI=0.58–0.89,P=0.002),and a horizontal pattern of progression(HR=0.46,95%CI=0.37–0.58,P<0.001)were risk factors for a shorter interval until bilateral limb involvement.The results demonstrated that a greater degree of upper motor neuron involvement might cause contralateral limb involvement to progress more quickly in limb-onset amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients.These findings may improve the management of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients with limb onset and the prediction of patient prognosis. 展开更多

To overcome the difficulty and high cost of some specific isotopic targets,a substitution method was proposed to measure the cross section of the(γ,n)reactions.Considering that the natural copper element(^(nat)Cu)only has^(63)Cu and^(65)Cu isotopes,the^(65)Cu(γ,n)^(64)Cu reaction was taken as an example to test the substitution method.Using quasi-monoenergeticγbeams provided by the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source(SLEGS)of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF),^(nat)Cu(γ,n)was measured from E_(γ)=11.09 MeV to 17.87 MeV.Furthermore,based on the^(63)Cu(γ,n)reaction measured using the same experimental setup at SLEGS,^(65)Cu(γ,n)^(64)Cu was extracted using the substitution method.The abundance variation of natural copper,showing a significant influence on the cross section,was also investigated.The results were compared to the existing experimental data measured by bremsstrahlung and positron annihilation in-flight sources,and the TALYS 2.0 predictions.Theγstrength function(γSF)of^(65)Cu was obtained from the^(65)Cu(γ,n)data,and the reaction cross section of^(64)Cu(n,γ)was further calculated. 展开更多

We present new data on the^(63)Cu(γ,n)cross-section studied using a quasi-monochromatic and energy-tunableγbeam produced at the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source to resolve the long-standing discrepancy between existing measurements and evaluations of this cross-section.Using an unfolding iteration method,^(63)Cu(γ,n)data were obtained with an uncertainty of less than 4%,and the inconsistencies between the available experimental data were discussed.Theγ-ray strength function of^(63)Cu(γ,n)was successfully extracted as an experimental constraint.We further calculated the cross-section of the radiative neutron capture reaction^(62)Cu(n,γ)using the TALYS code.Our calculation method enables the extraction of(n,γ)cross-sections for unstable nuclides. 展开更多

The accurate photoneutron cross section of the^(27)Al nucleus has a significant impact on resolving differences in existing experimental data and enhancing the precision of nuclear reaction rate calculations for^(26)Al in nuclear astrophysics.The photoneutron cross sections for the^(27)Al(γ,n)^(26)Al reaction,within the neutron separation energy range of 13.2-21.7 MeV,were meticulously measured using a new flat efficiency detector array at the Shanghai Laser-Electron Gamma Source.The uncertainty of the data was controlled to below 4%throughout the process,and inconsistencies between the present data and existing data from different gamma sources,as well as the TENDL-2021 data,are discussed in detail.These discussions provide a valuable reference for addressing discrepancies in the^(27)Al(γ,n)^(26)Al cross-section data and improving related theoretical calculations. 展开更多

棕色碳是大气气溶胶中重要的吸光性物质,会影响大气光化学过程、改变区域气候。本次研究于2017年冬季和2018年春季在泰山顶采集了大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)样品,在实验室测定了样品中棕色碳和黑碳的光吸收系数,并测定了棕色碳成分硝基苯酚类... 棕色碳是大气气溶胶中重要的吸光性物质,会影响大气光化学过程、改变区域气候。本次研究于2017年冬季和2018年春季在泰山顶采集了大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)样品,在实验室测定了样品中棕色碳和黑碳的光吸收系数,并测定了棕色碳成分硝基苯酚类化合物的含量。测定结果表明,泰山冬、春两季PM2.5样品中棕色碳的平均吸收系数Abs365分别为(4.61±2.42)Mm^−1和(2.38±0.98)Mm^−1,质量吸收效率MAE365分别为(0.72±0.12)m^2/g和(0.52±0.24)m^2/g,棕色碳在365 nm处的吸收系数分别占碳质气溶胶总吸收系数的(32±7)%和(20±9)%。通过对比与相关性分析,发现泰山周边地区人为活动对泰山顶上棕色碳的光学特性有重要影响,泰山冬季受邻近区域煤炭燃烧活动影响很大,排放的大量一次有机物增强了棕色碳的吸光能力和吸收系数,导致泰山冬季棕色碳的吸收系数与吸光贡献显著高于春季。根据测定结果,泰山冬、春两季硝基苯酚类化合物在365 nm处对棕色碳吸收系数的贡献分别为(3.5±1.2)%和(2.5±1.0)%,其中在紫外和紫光区域4-硝基酚的吸光贡献最大,而在420~450 nm的蓝光区域4-甲基-2,6二硝基酚的贡献最大。硝基苯酚类化合物的吸光贡献相对较小,说明泰山棕色碳的吸光作用大部分来自于其他有机成分,将来有待进一步的识别和评估。 展开更多

Retroperitoneal Versus Transperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis 被引量:5

Objective To review published literatures comparing the safety and effectiveness of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RLPN) with transperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(TLPN) and provide reference for clinical work. Methods The search strategy was performed to identify relevant papers from the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, MEDLINE, Google Scholar, China Hospital Knowledge Database, Wangfang Chinese Periodical Database, and VIP Chinese Periodical Database. All papers comparing RLPN with TLPN were included from 2000 to 2015. Two to three reviewers independently screened, evaluated, and extracted the included papers. A Meta-analysis was executed by using Review Manager 5.3 software. The interesting outcomes were tumor size, operating time, estimated blood loss, warm ischaemia time, length of hospital stay, positive margin rate, open conversion rate, overall complication rate, and recurrence rate. Results The literature search obtained 378 papers, then 10 of them were ultimately met the inclusion criteria and included in the systematic review. Finally, 6 of the 10 papers were included in the Meta-analysis. RLPN had significantly less operating time [P = 0.01, mean difference(MD)=-33.68, 95% confidence interval(CI) within(-60.35,-7.01)] and shorter length of hospital stay [P < 0.0001, MD=-1.47, 95% CI within(-2.18,-0.76)] than TLPN. Significant differences were not found between RLPN and TLPN in other outcomes. Conclusions RLPN may be equally safe and be faster than TLPN. Each center can choose a modality according to your own operating habits and experience. 展开更多

利用飞机航测于2018年夏季在东北吉林省用宽范围粒径谱仪对10 nm^10μm大气颗粒物的数浓度谱进行在线监测,分析大气颗粒物的垂直分布廓线和粒径分布特征。结果表明,东北地区近地面颗粒物数浓度为5.8×10^3~9.9×10^4 cm^−3,平... 利用飞机航测于2018年夏季在东北吉林省用宽范围粒径谱仪对10 nm^10μm大气颗粒物的数浓度谱进行在线监测,分析大气颗粒物的垂直分布廓线和粒径分布特征。结果表明,东北地区近地面颗粒物数浓度为5.8×10^3~9.9×10^4 cm^−3,平均值为(2.7±2.2)×10^4 cm^−3;垂直方向上颗粒物数浓度随海拔升高整体呈降低趋势,且垂直廓线存在两种类型:一种是在边界层附近存在较明显的分界线,即在边界层下方,大气颗粒物数浓度随高度升高而显著降低,在边界层上方,大气颗粒物数浓度变化随高度变化不明显;第二种是随高度的升高,城市上空的大气颗粒物数浓度降低,且海拔高度与大气颗粒物数浓度呈现近似线性负相关的关系。在观测期间,颗粒物的粒径大多集中在爱根模态,其峰值位于25~30 nm,后向气流轨迹显示,气团来源于蒙古及内蒙古地区。在四平城市上空观测到1例新粒子生成事件,其核模态颗粒物数浓度为当日其他地区的4倍,后向气流轨迹显示其气团来源于中国辽宁省且受局地气团影响。 展开更多

Geological reports are a significant accomplishment for geologists involved in geological investigations and scientific research as they contain rich data and textual information.With the rapid development of science and technology,a large number of textual reports have accumulated in the field of geology.However,many non-hot topics and non-English speaking regions are neglected in mainstream geoscience databases for geological information mining,making it more challenging for some researchers to extract necessary information from these texts.Natural Language Processing(NLP)has obvious advantages in processing large amounts of textual data.The objective of this paper is to identify geological named entities from Chinese geological texts using NLP techniques.We propose the RoBERTa-Prompt-Tuning-NER method,which leverages the concept of Prompt Learning and requires only a small amount of annotated data to train superior models for recognizing geological named entities in low-resource dataset configurations.The RoBERTa layer captures context-based information and longer-distance dependencies through dynamic word vectors.Finally,we conducted experiments on the constructed Geological Named Entity Recognition(GNER)dataset.Our experimental results show that the proposed model achieves the highest F1 score of 80.64%among the four baseline algorithms,demonstrating the reliability and robustness of using the model for Named Entity Recognition of geological texts. 展开更多

The Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source(SLEGS),built in the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility,is the first versatile laser Compton slant-scatterin am e in the world.The measurements of 197Au(c,1n)and 159Tb(c,1n)reaction cross sections were chosen as the day-one experiment at SLEGS.The SLEGS data are compared with data from the Livermore and Saclay positron annihilation in-flight facilities and with data from the NewSUBARU laser Compton backscattering facility.Our data evidence discrepancies with the results from Livermore and Saclay,while demonstrating consistency with the data from NewSUBARU.This is also consistent with new theoretical predictions.The new measurement lays the foundation for resolving the long-standing discrepancies between the Livermore and Saclay photoneutron cross section data for 19 nuclei in the future.Gamma-ray beams produced at SLEGS await a variety of experiments for nuclear physics,astrophysics and nuclear data as well as for industrial applications. 展开更多

目的探究器官系统整合课教学模式在临床医学八学制专业学生神经系统见习中的应用效果。方法选择2022—2023年在北京大学第三医院进行器官系统整合课学习的29名临床医学八年制学生为研究对象,采用调查问卷形式对见习前后学生学习效果和... 目的探究器官系统整合课教学模式在临床医学八学制专业学生神经系统见习中的应用效果。方法选择2022—2023年在北京大学第三医院进行器官系统整合课学习的29名临床医学八年制学生为研究对象,采用调查问卷形式对见习前后学生学习效果和学习主动性、课程设置和需求以及教学满意度调查3个方面进行调查并统计数据。采用配对样本t检验比较见习前后数据的差异,采用χ^(2)检验比较有无预习习惯组学生的数据差异。结果在学习效果方面,通过见习教学,学生对知识掌握程度明显提高,对比见习前的13.79%,见习后有66.67%的学生认为对理论知识及查体手法掌握较好,其中理论知识和查体手法在见习前后的掌握率比较(38.79%±3.78%vs 76.67%±1.74%;20.98%±1.82%vs 88.06%±1.12%),差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.931、27.680,P均<0.001)。通过临床见习,学生的学习兴趣均有所提高,36.67%表示很感兴趣,另53.33%表示感兴趣。在学习主动性方面,有预习习惯学生(n=17)对查体知识的掌握程度较无预习习惯学生(n=12)好(35.3%vs 25.0%),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.353,P=0.694)。在课程设置和需求调查中,教师引导(62.07%)仍然具有重要地位。在满意度调查方面,学生对神经系统查体见习教师的教学质量和课程设置给予了肯定的评价。结论神经系统查体见习系统整合课教学模式提高了学生对理论知识和查体手法的掌握程度,鼓励学生主动学习。该模式加深了临床与基础的交叉融合,在实践中还需进一步优化教学方法。 展开更多
