In some cases, it may be diff icult to preoperatively differentiate low grade chondrosarcoma from benign cartilaginous tumors such as chondroma. We report a case of low grade chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum with characteristic radiologic f indings. Characteristic radiologic f indings such as calcif ications on computed tomography scan and a ring-and-arc pattern on enhanced T1 weighted image were useful in the preoperative diagnosis of low grade chondrosarcoma of the septum. Awareness of radiologic f indings of low grade chondrosarcoma can help to make an accurate diagnosis and perform appropriate excision, leading to successful local control.展开更多
