Methods: a total of 136 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object of this experiment, and they were divided into control group and experimental group with 68 cases in each group according to the method of random number table. The control group was given routine nursing measures combined with dietary guidance, while the experimental group was given full-course nursing intervention and manual massage on the basis of the control group. After a period of time, the start time of lactation, the amount of lactation at 24h and 48h after operation and the compliance of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups. The feeding rate of breast milk was statistically analyzed one month after the discharge of pregnant women. Results: through analysis, it can be seen that the lactation starting time of pregnant women in the experimental group is obviously shorter than that in the control group, while the lactation amount at 24h and 48h after delivery is higher than that in the control group. One month after discharge, the exclusive breastfeeding rate of pregnant women in the experimental group was as high as 97.06%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.82%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention and effective manual massage for pregnant women undergoing cesarean section can significantly improve postpartum lactation, increase lactation, provide more breast milk for newborns, and thus increase breastfeeding rate.展开更多
