The steel structure of the Chengmen Building of Anyi County Vocational Education is a single-span 65.55m truss structure. In order to ensure the safety of the construction process, reduce aerial work, and ensure the welding quality and construction progress of the chord and web members of the main truss, the integral hoisting method is used for construction. At present, there are few similar projects in China. In order to study the stress-displacement state during the integral hoisting and installation of the main truss, a simulation model is established based on Midas/Civil finite element software. The assembly, hoisting and installation of the main truss are studied in three stages to find out where the maximum stress value and the maximum displacement value appear, and to summarize the change rules of stress and displacement, so as to ensure that the maximum stress and the maximum displacement are within a controllable range during the integral hoisting and installation construction process of the truss, which can meet the design requirements and ensure the construction safety. 展开更多
