Objective: meniscus injury has a very high incidence rate in China, accounting for nearly 1%, compared with 50% of knee meniscus injury. If the knee joint rotates from flexion to extension for some reasons, it is easy to cause meniscus injury. Standing up suddenly after squatting for a long time and suddenly turning around during playing basketball may induce meniscus injury. This kind of disease mainly affects young people, and its clinical symptoms are pain and local swelling. If there is an injury, we need to go to the hospital for clinical diagnosis at the first time. The severity of meniscus injury is divided in medical clinic. If the patient's symptoms are mild, we can intervene by conservative treatment. If the patient's condition is serious, we need surgery to achieve the purpose of treatment. In order to determine whether the degree of meniscus injury of knee joint is light or heavy, the choice of clinical diagnosis technology is very critical. This paper will explore MRI technology. Methods: there were many cases of meniscus injury in hospital departments. This time, 60 cases of knee meniscus injury were selected for research, which met the requirements. They were divided into different groups by computer software, and the exact diagnosis was made according to the clinical symptoms of patients. The diagnosis methods were CT technology and MRI technology, respectively. The first type was given to patients in the control group, and the second type was carried out to patients in the observation group. Taking arthroscopic diagnosis as the target standard, the detection, sensitivity and specificity of different diagnosis techniques were investigated. Results: only accurate clinical diagnosis can provide a favorable basis for doctors to carry out treatment. This time, according to the evaluation of the applied diagnostic methods, the survey showed that the detection rate of the observation group was obviously higher. Evaluation of diagnostic sensitivity and specificity showed that the control group was obviously poor and compared (P>0.05). Conclusion: the occurrence of knee meniscus injury has a great impact on patients. If we want to give targeted treatment intervention to patients, the diagnosis before treatment is very critical. MRI technology is used in this diagnosis, and this kind of examination method is more accurate. 展开更多

An approach is introduced to construct global discontinuous solutions in L~∞ for HamiltonJacobi equations. This approach allows the initial data only in L~∞ and applies to the equations with nonconvex Hamiltonians. The profit functions are introduced to formulate the notion of discoatinuous solutions in L~∞. The existence of global discontinuous solutions in L~∞ is established. These solutions in L~∞ coincide with the viscosity solutions and the minimax solutions, provided that the initial data are continuous. A prototypical equation is analyzed to examine the L~∞ stability of our L~∞ solutions. The analysis also shows that global discontinuous solutions are determined by the topology in which the initial data are approximated. 展开更多
