Methods: 60 patients with bone diseases admitted to our orthopedic outpatient department from May 2019 to May 2020 were taken as the main observation objects. All patients had different degrees of bone diseases. The scores were expanded based on the principle of randomicity. Thirty patients were selected as the control group and received routine nursing intervention + routine health education mode in the orthopedic outpatient department. Another 30 cases as the observation group were treated with routine nursing intervention in orthopedic outpatient department plus high-quality health education mode. The changes of patients' mastery level of orthopedic health knowledge, satisfaction degree with the health education, cause of second hospitalization, measured result of comfort degree and quality of life score after different health education modes were carried out in two groups were compared. Results: after the health education in the orthopedic outpatient department was carried out, the score of each health knowledge mastery level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing work, the environmental, physiological, psychological, social and cultural comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). According to the results of SF-36 self-rating scale, the scores of quality of life in the observation group showed a higher level after the health education work was carried out (P<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high-quality health education in the orthopedic outpatient department can greatly reduce the secondary hospitalization rate of patients, enhance the mastery of health knowledge about bone diseases, and promote the improvement of quality of life.展开更多
