Adding additives into peroskite precursor solution has been proven as a simple and efficient strategy to improve the quality of peroskite films.In this work,we demonstrate an effective additive strategy to improve the...Adding additives into peroskite precursor solution has been proven as a simple and efficient strategy to improve the quality of peroskite films.In this work,we demonstrate an effective additive strategy to improve the quality of all-inorganic perovskite films by adding a novel silazane additive heptamethyldisilazane(HDMS).The power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the optimized devices is enhanced from 14.55%to 15.31%with an open-circuit voltage over 1.26 V due to the higher quality perovskite films with lower trap density after the incorporation of HDMS.More interestingly,the HDMS devices exhibit superior humidity and thermal stability compared with the control ones.This work provides a simple and efficient strategy to enhance the device performance and stability of all-inorganic perovskite solar cells,which could facilitate its commercialization.展开更多

In this paper, we use the 2-D boundary element method (BEM) program to model elastic wave excited by a point explosive source propagating in cracked rocks. As an example, we consider the typical crack distributions in rocks, both models for the real crack structure are also talked about. The elastic wave propagating in rocks with aligned cracks and parallel fractures is assumed. Effects of different crack parameters, such as crack scale length and crack density are analyzed. Numerical results show that the BEM is a powerful interpretive tool for understanding the complicated wave propagation and interaction in cracked solids.展开更多

Background:Pancreatic cancer poses a significant worldwide health challenge.Immune cells are implicated in pancreatic cancer progression and therapy,yet the precise influence of distinct subsets of immune cells remain...Background:Pancreatic cancer poses a significant worldwide health challenge.Immune cells are implicated in pancreatic cancer progression and therapy,yet the precise influence of distinct subsets of immune cells remains largely unexplored.The objective of this study is to pinpoint immunophenotypes linked to pancreatic cancer.Methods:Two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)analysis was used.Immune phenotypes were retrieved from genome-wide association studies(GWAS),and pancreatic cancer data from the integrative epidemiology unit(IEU)open GWAS project was split into training and validation sets.Causality was evaluated using the inverse variance weighted(IVW),MR Egger,and weighted median methods.The evaluation included MR-Egger intercept test,funnel plot,leave-one-out analysis for horizontal pleiotropy,and Cochran’s Q test for heterogeneity.Estimates from the 2 sets were combined using the fixed-effects meta-analysis methods.Results:Six immunophenotypes exhibiting inhibitory effects and 1 showing promoting role which is CD20 on IgD+CD38-naive B cells(95%confidence interval[CI]=0.765–0.948,P=.003,odds ratio[OR]=0.852),CD24 on unsw mem B cells(95%CI=0.861–0.975,P=.006,OR=0.917),CD25 on B cells(95%CI=0.859–0.978,P=.008,OR=0.917),CD64 on monocyte(95%CI=0.802–0.921,P<.001,OR=0.859),CD25 on resting regulatory T cells(Treg cells;95%CI=0.784–0.957,P=.005,OR=0.866),CD39+CD8br AC Treg cells(95%CI=0.816–0.971,P=.008,OR=0.890),human leukocyte antigen-DR(HLA-DR)on B cell(95%CI=1.055–1.206,P<.001,OR=1.128).None immunophenotype displayed potential reverse causality.The reliability of these results was confirmed by the fixed-effects meta-analysis methods.Conclusion:Our study has unveiled causal relationships between immunophenotypes and pancreatic cancer,which can offer guidance for future clinical and basic research endeavors.展开更多
