Objective:This study primarily focuses on analyzing the inductive effects of emotional disturbances on the malignant transformation process of mammary gland epithelial cells.Methods:A total of 42 patients with malignant transformation of mammary gland epithelial cells(breast cancer,observation group)and 42 patients without malignant transformation of mammary gland epithelial cells(non-breast tumors,control group)were selected as research subjects.The earliest consultation time was January 2022,and the latest was January 2024.The extent of psychological stress impact on these patients was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group experienced a higher frequency and intensity(LEU value)of adverse life events,with P<0.05.The intensity of adverse life events in the observation group,except for mild events,was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the content distribution of adverse life events,the proportion of marital and family problems in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative coping score and positive coping score in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Regarding social support,the objective support score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the malignant transformation process of mammary gland epithelial cells,long-term emotional disturbances have a significant impact,indicating a close relationship between psychological stress and the occurrence of breast cancer. 展开更多

液滴撞击壁面是一种常见的现象,减少撞击过程中液滴在壁面的驻留时间在很多应用中非常重要.本文在对液滴撞击加热壁面的动力学过程的研究中,发现了一种能够大幅减少液滴驻留时间的弹起模式,即雾化弹起模式.与液滴撞击壁面过程中的回缩... 液滴撞击壁面是一种常见的现象,减少撞击过程中液滴在壁面的驻留时间在很多应用中非常重要.本文在对液滴撞击加热壁面的动力学过程的研究中,发现了一种能够大幅减少液滴驻留时间的弹起模式,即雾化弹起模式.与液滴撞击壁面过程中的回缩弹起模式相比,雾化弹起模式的液滴驻留时间能减少约40%.与其他试图减少液滴驻留时间的手段相比,本文中驻留时间的减少仅需加热壁面,因此该方法容易实施而且非常可靠.最后,本文对雾化弹起模式下液滴驻留时间减少的机理进行了讨论,提出了一个针对膜态沸腾区域雾化弹起模式发生条件的简化理论模型,并得出了膜态沸腾区域液滴从雾化弹起模式到回缩弹起模式过渡边界的幂次关系,该幂次关系与实验数据吻合良好.此外,该理论模型也能解释过渡沸腾区域两种弹起模式的过渡边界的变化规律. 展开更多

姜黄素是一种从姜黄中提取的黄色酸性酚类物质,广泛应用于食品工业中。肾脏作为内分泌器官,同时也是高灌注器官,对缺血和再灌注尤其敏感。当肾脏出现缺血再灌注时,在缺血再灌注的后期会产生大量的活性氧族,使肾脏处于高度氧化应激状态,... 姜黄素是一种从姜黄中提取的黄色酸性酚类物质,广泛应用于食品工业中。肾脏作为内分泌器官,同时也是高灌注器官,对缺血和再灌注尤其敏感。当肾脏出现缺血再灌注时,在缺血再灌注的后期会产生大量的活性氧族,使肾脏处于高度氧化应激状态,并引发一系列有害的细胞反应,导致炎症、细胞凋亡和急性肾衰竭,甚至引起其他器官的损害。姜黄素可以通过上调APPL1的表达、抑制Akt磷酸化途径、抑制活化的INOS/NO/CGMP/PKG信号通路、减轻氧化应激反应、抑制炎症细胞浸润,上调HO-1、抑制NF-κB活性、减少血管活性物质的产生等减少肾缺血再灌注所致的肾损伤。因此姜黄素可作为治疗肾缺血再灌注的一种新的治疗方法。 展开更多

Intracellular pH is a key parameter related to various biological and pathological processes.In this study,a ratiometric pH fluorescent sensor ABTT was developed harnessing the amino-type excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) process.Relying on whether the ESIPT proceeds normally or not,ABTT exhibited the yellow fluorescence in acidic media,or cyan fluorescence in basic condition.According to the variation,ABTT behaved as a promising sensor which possessed fast and reversible response to pH change without interference from the biological substances,and exported a steady ratiometric signal(I_(478)/I_(546)).Moreover,due to the ESIPT effect,large Stokes shift and high quantum yield were also exhibited in ABTT.Furthermore,ABTT was applied for monitoring the pH changes in living cells and visualizing the pH fluctuations under oxidative stress successfully.These results elucidated great potential of ABTT in understanding pH-dependent physiological and pathological processes. 展开更多

In this study, a fast, sensitive and selective method for determining those four of sphingolipids by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization ion trap mass spectrometry was introduced. Large-scale synthesis of high-quality two dimensional(2D)semiconductors,such as molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)),is a prerequisite for their lab-to-fab transition.It is crucial to systematically explore and understand the influence of key synthetic conditions on the nucleation,uniformity,and quality of MoS_(2) wafers.Here,we report the epitaxial growth of high-quality and uniform monolayer MoS_(2) films on 2-in c-plane sapphire by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method under optimized growth conditions(0–1 mg NaCl,adequate S/Mo ratio,and the addition of 0–1 sccm O2).We systematically explore the influence of critical synthetic conditions on the nucleation,and stitching of MoS_(2) domains over the wafer scale,including the dosage of the alkali metal salt NaCl additive,the evaporation temperature of MoO_(3),the distance between MoO_(3) and the substrate,and the flow rate of O_(2).Among them,the dosage of NaCl and the S/Mo ratio have important influences on the quality and film coverage of MoS_(2),while the flow rate of O_(2) plays a key role in controlling the nucleation density and domain size.We further discovered that a-plane sapphire could easily guide the unidirectional growth of MoS_(2) without the need for other specific synthetic conditions compared with c-plane and m-plane sapphire.The field-effect transistors(FETs)fabricated from the full-coverage films show an average and the highest mobilities of 28.5 and around 45 cm^(2)·V−1·s^(-1),respectively. 展开更多

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of corrosion on mechanical behaviors of the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy immersed in simulated body fluid (SBF) with different immersion times. The corrosion behavior of the materials in SBF was determined by immersion tests. The surfaces of the corroded alloys were examined by SEM. The tensile samples of the extruded Mg-2Zn-0.8Zr magnesium alloy were immersed in the SBF for 0, 4, 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 d. The tensile mechanical behaviors of test samples were performed on an electronic tensile testing machine. SEM was used to observe the fracture morphology. It was found that with extension of the immersion time, the ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS) and elongation (EL) of the Mg-2Zn-0.8Zr samples decreased rapidly at first and then decreased slowly. The main fracture mechanism of the alloy transformed from ductile fracture to cleavage fracture with the increasing immersion times, which can be attributed to stress concentration and embrittlement caused by pit corrosion. 展开更多

Doping can change the band structure of semiconductors,thereby affecting their electrical,optical,and magnetic properties.In this study,we describe the synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)Se-doped Cr_(2)S_(3)(Se-Cr_(2)S_(3))nanosheets using the chemical vapor deposition method.In these semiconductor nanosheets,the Se doping concentration can be controlled by tuning the Se/S mass ratio in the precursor.At the doping concentrations of 10.05%and 2.05%,the room temperature conductivity and mobility were increased by nearly 4 and 2 orders of magnitude,respectively.In addition,the response time of an ultrathin Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)photodetector was 200 times shorter than that of an undoped Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheet photodetector.4.07%-Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheets show ferrimagnetic behavior with a Curie temperature of~200 K,which is 80 K higher than that of undoped Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheets.A density functional theory calculation indicated that the Se doping can induce the formation of intercalated Cr vacancies in SeCr_(2)S_(3)and enhance its metallic characteristics.Our results demonstrated that Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)has significant potential in future electronic,optoelectronic,and spintronic devices. 展开更多

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have garnered widespread interest in the scientific community and industry for their exceptional physical and chemistry properties,and great potential for applications in diverse fields including(opto)electronics,electrocatalysis,and energy storage.Chemical vapor deposition(CVD)is one of the most compelling growth methods for the scalable growth of high-quality 2D TMDs.However,the conventional CVD process for synthesis of 2D TMDs still encounters significant challenges,primarily attributed to the high melting point of precursor powders,and achieving a uniform distribution of precursor atmosphere on the substrate to obtain controllable smaple domains is difficult.The spin-coating precursor mediated chemical vapor deposition(SCVD)strategy provides refinement over traditional methods by eliminating the use of solid precursors and ensuring a more clean and uniform distribution of the growth material on the substrate.Additionally,the SCVD process allows fine-tuning of material thickness and purity by manipulating solution composition,concentration,and the spin coating process.This Review presents a comprehensive summary of recent advances in controllable growth of 2D TMDs with a SCVD strategy.First,a series of various liquid precursors,additives,source supply methods,and substrate engineering strategies for preparing atomically thin TMDs by SCVD are introduced.Then,2D TMDs heterostructures and novel doped TMDs fabricated through the SCVD method are discussed.Finally,the current challenges and perspectives to synthesize 2D TMDs using SCVD are discussed. 展开更多

Studies have indicated the different effects of PM_(2.5)components on human health.However,specific components that influence the severity of disease in schizophrenia patients and their underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Therefore,a repeated measures study for schizophrenia was constructed based on Anhui Mental Health Center.We collected information,including demographics and thyroid hormones(TH)levels,on repeat admissions of schizophrenia patients during 2017−2020,assessing their illness severity by positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS).Concentrations from the nearest component monitoring station in the 3 months before admission were assigned as the participant’s exposure level.We assessed the effects of PM_(2.5)components individually and in combination on schizophrenia and explored the mediating role of THs.Results indicated that benzo[a]pyrene,sulfate,nitrate,chloride,ammonia,cadmium,chromium,lead,selenium,and thallium exposure were associated with increased PANSS scores,with more significant results observed in males.Mixed exposure to PM_(2.5)components was found to be associated with increased PANSS scores and decreased free triiodothyronine(FT3).Mediation analysis suggested that the reduction in FT3 might mediate the association between the PM_(2.5)components and PANSS scores.The findings emphasize the impacts of PM_(2.5)components on schizophrenia and the potential value of focusing on changes in THs. 展开更多

Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),an environ-mental endocrine disruptor,has hormone-like activity and endocrine-disrupting effects.However,the types of reproductive hormones associated with DEHP vary across the studies.Thus,we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to pool existing epidemiological evidence.We searched three databases up to January 31,2024,for eligible original studies to ultimately include 37 studies from eight countries with a total of 28911 participants.DEHP exposure was evaluated with urinary metabolites.Since the main types,production sites,blood concentrations,and functions of reproductive hormones differ between men and women,we reported the combined effect values by gender.Subgroup analyses were conducted by age,subfertility status,and the national sociodemographic index(SDI)level.Furthermore,the effect of maternal exposure during pregnancy on children’s reproductive hormone levels was analyzed separately.Overall,in general,in men,DEHP was positively correlated with sex hormone binding-globulin(SHBG)and adversely correlated with total testosterone(TT),free androgen index(FAI),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH).Results indicated that among men of reproductive age,DEHP exposure was associated with more significant hormonal suppression in infertile men compared with fertile men.Notably,age subgroup analysis among women revealed that postmenopausal women were more vulnerable to DEHP,which was related to lower TT and estradiol(E2).However,this study did not observe a significant association between prenatal DEHP metabolites and reproductive hormone levels in children.Our research identifies the most susceptible hormones(androgen suppression)after DEHP exposure and suggests that infertile men and postmenopausal women are in great need of more attention as sensitive populations. 展开更多
