At the same time, there are also some problems such as low management level, especially weak financial management awareness, weak financial management ability and so on. Promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry requires innovation-driven, which includes both scientific and technological innovation and management innovation. Filling in the gaps in financial management will help manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development. In view of this, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial management of manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, in order to provide help for the healthy development of manufacturing enterprises.展开更多
