[目的]分析中药治疗骨质疏松的研究现状、研究特点和热点趋势,为中药治疗骨质疏松提供热点透视和未来药物研发建议。[方法]检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献等中文数据库,以及Web of Science、PubMed等英...[目的]分析中药治疗骨质疏松的研究现状、研究特点和热点趋势,为中药治疗骨质疏松提供热点透视和未来药物研发建议。[方法]检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献等中文数据库,以及Web of Science、PubMed等英文数据库中有关中药治疗骨质疏松的文献,检索时间为建库至2024年10月。利用CiteSpace与VOSviewer软件对纳入文献进行证据可视化分析,包括发文趋势、作者及机构合作情况、关键词聚类、共现和突现词分析等,绘制可视化图谱。[结果]共纳入文献2525篇。中药治疗骨质疏松相关论文发文量总体呈上升趋势,2023年度发文量最多,共117篇。其中,发表研究数量最多的作者为郑洪新;研究机构主要为各中医药高校和科研院所。研究热点集中在药理作用、细胞分子等方面;研究热门方法以数据挖掘等为主。[结论]通过可视化分析,从研究主题、对象、方法等要素总结了中药治疗骨质疏松研究相关关键证据及热点趋势,发现中药治疗骨质疏松研究主要集中在药理作用、机制研究方面;研究热点聚焦于中药在骨质疏松导致的腰背痛方面。当前,中医治疗骨质疏松研究的总体趋势是将“细胞实验结局指标”与“骨质疏松相关疾病”建立联系。对分析结果进行可视化呈现,为后续中医治疗骨质疏松相关研究的主题遴选和研究设计提供证据参考。展开更多

The relationship between the power flows and the parameters of the oscillators and couplings have been studied. It is shown that the indirect power flow is caused by the resonant transmission between the indirectly coupled oscillators. Once the parameters of the oscillator elements have been settled, the indirect power flow is mainly determined by the coupling stiffness k3 and k4, and is less infiuenced by coupling dampings c3 and c4. The indirect power flow cannot be ignored in strong coupling conditions. Because of the resonant transmission between the indirectly coupled oscillators, the indirect power flow still cannot be neglected even if the coupling stiffness is relatively small and the coupling damping is relatively great展开更多
