为了明确普通小麦缺失不同Wx蛋白对直链淀粉含量的影响以及部分糯小麦品系的淀粉特性,采用单向改良SDS-PAGE方法对1个非糯×糯杂交组合F2分离群体的196个单籽粒进行了Wx蛋白筛选,测定了这批籽粒的直链淀粉含量,同时测定了1个部分糯... 为了明确普通小麦缺失不同Wx蛋白对直链淀粉含量的影响以及部分糯小麦品系的淀粉特性,采用单向改良SDS-PAGE方法对1个非糯×糯杂交组合F2分离群体的196个单籽粒进行了Wx蛋白筛选,测定了这批籽粒的直链淀粉含量,同时测定了1个部分糯小麦品系(缺失Wx-B1和Wx-D1)和2个正常型小麦品系粗面粉的直链淀粉含量、膨胀势和RVA粘度.结果表明,缺失1对Wx蛋白的直链淀粉含量比正常型降低3.29~7.15个百分点,缺失2对Wx蛋白的比正常型降低9.45~13.82个百分点,缺失3对Wx蛋白的直链淀粉含量几乎为0;缺失Wx-B1和Wx-D1的部分糯小麦品系粗面粉的直链淀粉含量比正常型降低5.62~7.49个百分点,膨胀势则增加4.51~4.72,RVA高峰粘度显著高于正常型. 展开更多

It is found that iron is mainly distributed in high spin Fe^3+and Fe^2+ state in clay minerals. The plot of Fe^2+/(Fe^2++ Fe^3+) indicates the presence of poor redox conditions in the samples.Results obtained are also compared with those already reported in the literature. This comparison shows that there may exist a correlation between prospecting of the basin, the redox environment in sediments and the nature of iron bearing minerals distributed in the sedimentary sequence. 展开更多

Micropropagation of Three Bamboo Species from Nodal Explants of Mature Culms

A micropropagation technique is developed for the multiplication of Dendrocalamus strictus(D.strictus),Dendrocalamus asper(19.asper)and Bambusa bambos(B.bambos)through shoot proliferation.Nodal explants obtained from field gown clumps were used to initiate cultures.Shoots were induced on Murashige and Skoog's(MS)medium supplemented with 5 mg L^-16-benzylamino purine(BAP).Rapid shoot multiplication was obtained on MS medium containing 3 mg Lt BAP in D.asper,B.bambos and 2 mg L^-1 BAP in D.strictus.In vitro multiplied shoots showed best root induction on half strength MS supplemented with 1 mg L^-1 indole-3 butyric acid(IBA)and 0.5 mg L^-11-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)in D.asper.Pre-rooting conditioning followed by culturing on half strength MS supplemented with 1 mg L^-1 IBA and 2 mg L^-1 IBA showed maximum root induction in D.strictus and B.bambos,respectively.Further root proliferation was obtained on hormone free medium.The micropropagated plantlets were acclimatized and successfully transferred on soil in green house. 展开更多

The major purpose of this paper is to find an alternative configuration that not only minimizes the limitations of single-gate(SG) MOSFETs but also provides the better replacement for future technology.In this paper,the electrical characteristics of SiGe double-gate N-MOSFET are demonstrated and compared with electrical characteristics of Si double-gate N-MOSFET.Furthermore,in this paper the electrical characteristics of Si doublegate N-MOSFET are demonstrated and compared with electrical characteristics of Si single-gate N-MOSFET.The simulations are carried out for the device at different operational voltages using Cogenda Visual TCAD tool.Moreover,we have designed its structure and studied both Id-Vg characteristics for different voltages namely 0.05,0.1,0.5,0.8,1 and 1.5 V and Id-Vd characteristics for different voltages namely 0.1,0.5,1 and 1.5 V at work functions 4.5,4.6 and 4.8 eV for this structure.The performance parameters investigated in this paper are threshold voltage,DIBL,subthreshold slope,GIDL,volume inversion and MMCR. 展开更多
