该文通过加速循环腐蚀试验对比分析了腐蚀对镀锌和未镀锌钢丝的影响。试件在承受各种持续荷载的同时,高温下通过循环盐雾箱,分别在干燥及100%的相对湿度条件下进行了腐蚀试验。测得了试件的重量损失、氢浓度、极限荷载以及破坏时的延伸... 该文通过加速循环腐蚀试验对比分析了腐蚀对镀锌和未镀锌钢丝的影响。试件在承受各种持续荷载的同时,高温下通过循环盐雾箱,分别在干燥及100%的相对湿度条件下进行了腐蚀试验。测得了试件的重量损失、氢浓度、极限荷载以及破坏时的延伸率。延伸率的测量结果表明:钢丝的严重脆化不是单纯由吸氢引起的(氢脆),由腐蚀引起的钢丝表面的不均匀性才是导致其延伸率降低的主因。通过对建立腐蚀钢丝有限元模型所做的数值分析,以及在扫描电子显微镜下对断裂面的分析,对试验结果进行了验证。 展开更多
