To evaluate the potential anti-aging ability of Eucommia ulmoides,four characteristic components(chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,aucubin,quercetin)were selected to assess their effects on H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidativ...To evaluate the potential anti-aging ability of Eucommia ulmoides,four characteristic components(chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,aucubin,quercetin)were selected to assess their effects on H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage model of human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC).Oxidative damage indexes,inflammatory factors,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins were analyzed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),propidium iodide(PI)staining,annexin V-FITC/PI double staining,SAβ-galactosidase staining,and western blotting(WB).The results showed that H_(2)O_(2)-induced cell growth inhibition rate decreased as supplementation with characteristic components when compared to H_(2)O_(2) group.Meanwhile,the contents of antioxidant indexes(reactive oxygen species,lactate dehydrogenase,molondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,glutathione),inflammatory factors(nuclear factor kappa-B,intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,vascular cell adhesion protein 1),and functional factors(NO,Endothelin-1)in characteristic components treated groups improved if comparison with H_(2)O_(2) group,suggesting the characteristic components of E.ulmoides could alleviate H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage.Moreover,cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell senescence,and their related proteins under characteristic components treatment exhibited a better effect than under H_(2)O_(2) treatment,implying the characteristic components could participate in anti-aging via multiple pathways.These results manifested that the characteristic components of E.ulmoides posses the capacity of anti-aging,which provided a basis for investigating the anti-aging ability of E.ulmoides itself.展开更多
Delay and stability are two key factors that affect the performance of multicast data transmission in a network.However,current algorithms of tree generation hardly meet the requirements of low delay and high sta-bili...Delay and stability are two key factors that affect the performance of multicast data transmission in a network.However,current algorithms of tree generation hardly meet the requirements of low delay and high sta-bility simultaneously.Given a general network,the generation algorithm of a multicast tree with minimum delay and maximum stability is an NP-hard problem,without a precise and efficient algorithm.To address these challenges,this paper studies the generation of low-delay and high-stability multicast trees under the model of spanning tree based on stability probability,degree-constrained,edge-weighted for multicast(T-SDE).A class of algorithms was proposed which creates the multicast tree greedy on the ratio of fan-out to delay(RFD)and probability of stability of terminal to obtain a high performance in multicast.The proposed algorithms greedily select terminals with a large RFD and a high probability of stability as forwarding nodes in the generation of the multicast tree,where the larger RFD and higher stability of upstream nodes are beneficial to achieve a low transmission delay and high stability in multicast.The proposed RFD can be compatible with the original model,which can take advantage of network connectivity during the generation of a multicast tree.This paper carries out simulation experiments on Matlab R2016b to measure the performance of the proposed algorithm.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can provide a smaller height,higher stability,and a lower transmission delay of the resulting multicast tree than other solutions.The spanning tree of the proposed algorithms can support low transmission delay and high stability in multicast transmission.展开更多
J-aggregation and H-aggregation are identified as two classical models of function-ally oriented non-covalent interactions,and significant attention has been drawn by researchers.However,due to the scarcity of single-...J-aggregation and H-aggregation are identified as two classical models of function-ally oriented non-covalent interactions,and significant attention has been drawn by researchers.However,due to the scarcity of single-crystal examples of H-aggregation,a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between its stacking mode and optical behaviour has been hindered.In recent studies,two polyaromatic Schiff base compounds,Cl-Salmphen and H-Salmphen,were successfully synthe-sized,and both were found to exhibit H-aggregation.In thefindings,H-Salmphen was shown to display typical C─H···πinteractions,characteristic of Aggregation-Induced Emission(AIE)active molecules,whereas its halogenated counterpart was identified as behaving similar to Aggregation-Caused Quenching(ACQ)active molecules.These types of results suggest that identical intermolecular interactions can produce differing optical behaviours.Light was shed,at least in part,on the for-mation mechanisms of H-type aggregates and their luminescence properties from these observations.Additionally,the high optical signal-to-noise ratio inherent to H-aggregates was utilized for the exploration of water content detection.As an outcome,a high-performancefluorescentfilter paper was developed,enabling easy real-time detection using a smartphone.展开更多
