Effect of Electron Correlation and Breit Interaction on Energies, Oscillator Strengths, and Transition Rates for Low-Lying States of Helium

The transition energies, E1 transitional oscillator strengths of the spin-allowed as well as the spin-forbidden and the corresponding transition rates, and complete M1, E2, M2 forbidden transition rates for 1s^(2), 1s2s, and 1s2p states of He I, are investigated using the multi-configuration Dirac–Hartree–Fock method. In the subsequent relativistic configuration interaction computations, the Breit interaction and the QED effect are considered as perturbation, separately. Our transition energies, oscillator strengths, and transition rates are in good agreement with the experimental and other theoretical results. As a result, the QED effect is not important for helium atoms, however, the effect of the Breit interaction plays a significant role in the transition energies, the oscillator strengths and transition rates. 展开更多

Effect of cold rolling on aging precipitation and mechanical properties of magnesium-aluminum alloy 被引量:1

Although magnesium-aluminum alloys,such as AZ80 and AZ91 have promising application potential in automotive,high-speed train and aerospace fields,their age-hardening response is generally not very appreciable.In this work,the aging-hardening response of AZ80 alloy was effectively enhanced by applying cold-rolling deformation before conducting conventional aging treatment at 200°C.Compared to the directly aged sample,the yield strength of the pre-rolling and aged sample was increased by 35 MPa.Electron microscope examination confirmed that profuse{10¯11}and{10¯11}-{10¯12}twins,consisting of high density of dislocations and stacking faults,were generated by cold rolling.Blocky or ellipsoidal Mg_(17)Al_(12)precipitates formed at the twin boundaries(TBs)during subsequent aging treatment.Crystallographic analysis indicated that the precipitates at{10¯11}TBs always held an identical Potter OR with both the matrix and twin,while the precipitates at{10¯11}-{10¯12}TBs exhibited three different ORs:Burgers OR,Potter OR and P-S OR with either the matrix or the twin.Moreover,recrystallized grains were found inside{10¯11}-{10¯12}double twins after peak-aging at 200°C,implying that precipitation and recrystallization might occur concurrently along TBs at a relatively low temperature.It was speculated that the highly stored energy inside twins and the high elastic energy between the precipitates and twins were driving factors for the occurrence of recrystallization. 展开更多

Viruses are significant pathogens causing severe plant infections and crop losses globally.The resistance mechanisms of rice to viral diseases,particularly Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV),remain poorly understood.In this study,we assessed SRBSDV susceptibility in 20 Xian/indica(XI)and 20 Geng/japonica(GJ)rice varieties.XI-1B accessions in the Xian subgroup displayed higher resistance than GJ accessions.Comparative transcriptome analysis revealed changes in processes like oxidoreductase activity,jasmonic acid(JA)metabolism,and stress response.JA sensitivity assays further linked antiviral defense to the JA pathway.These findings highlight a JA-mediated resistance mechanism in rice and offer insights for breeding SRBSDV-resistant varieties. 展开更多

目的:比较LY01011(重组全人源抗RANKL单克隆抗体注射液)与地舒单抗注射液治疗实体瘤骨转移的有效性和安全性。方法:开展了一项随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照、多中心临床试验。共850名受试者被随机分配(1:1比例)至试验组(424名受试者)... 目的:比较LY01011(重组全人源抗RANKL单克隆抗体注射液)与地舒单抗注射液治疗实体瘤骨转移的有效性和安全性。方法:开展了一项随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照、多中心临床试验。共850名受试者被随机分配(1:1比例)至试验组(424名受试者)或对照组(426名受试者)。试验组接受13剂LY01011治疗,对照组先接受3剂地舒单抗治疗,随后再接受10剂LY01011治疗。结果:主要疗效指标第13周尿肌酐校正的尿I型胶原交联N端肽(urinary N-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen corrected by urinary creatinine,uNTX/uCr)相对于基线的自然对数变化值。试验组的变化值为−1.740(0.0420),对照组为−1.745(0.0421)。组间最小二乘均值差为0.005(90%置信区间:−0.088~0.097),表明无统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。安全性方面,包括治疗期间出现的不良事件、实验室检查、生命体征、体格检查和心电图结果,两组间具有可比性(P>0.05)。结论:LY01011是地舒单抗注射液的生物类似药,整体安全耐受性良好,安全性较高,临床可继续推广运用。 展开更多

目的:评价甲磺酸阿帕替尼单药靶向治疗常规治疗失败的转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer,mCRPC)的近期疗效和不良反应。方法:收集天津医科大学第二医院2016年6月至2017年12月收治的25例常规治... 目的:评价甲磺酸阿帕替尼单药靶向治疗常规治疗失败的转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer,mCRPC)的近期疗效和不良反应。方法:收集天津医科大学第二医院2016年6月至2017年12月收治的25例常规治疗失败的mCRPC患者临床资料,观察口服甲磺酸阿帕替尼后的影像学检查,根据最新修订的实体瘤疗效评价标准(m-RECIST)、癌痛评分和前列腺特异性抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA)的变化,回顾性分析阿帕替尼靶向治疗4个疗程(平均约112 d)后患者的近期疗效,并对靶向治疗后出现的不良反应进行初步分析。结果:25例患者平均发病年龄72(53~81)岁,病理类型均为腺癌,除3例失访,无完全缓解(complete response,CR),部分缓解(povtial response,PR)11例(44%),疾病稳定(stable disease,SD)8例(32%),疾病进展(progresive disease,PD)3例(12%)。客观缓解率(objective remission rate,ORR)为44%,疾病控制率(disease control rate,DCR)为76%。25例患者治疗中出现一系列不良反应,其中乏力22例(88%)、胃肠道反应15例(60%),血压升高7例(28%),手足综合征6例(24%),头晕不适、蛋白尿等其他不良反应,经对症处理后好转。结论:甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗常规治疗失败的mCRPC近期疗效满意,治疗过程中不良反应的发生率较高,但多为轻中度反应,需要积极对症处理。今后仍需进一步探索该药治疗mCRPC的机制,为更多患者寻求更为有效的治疗策略。 展开更多

目的分析妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜下淋巴结清扫术后淋巴漏的发生危险因素及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2016年4月-2017年8月190例在该院妇瘤科诊断为妇科恶性肿瘤并接受腹腔镜下腹膜后淋巴结清扫术的患者的临床资料,分析患者术后淋巴漏发生的... 目的分析妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜下淋巴结清扫术后淋巴漏的发生危险因素及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2016年4月-2017年8月190例在该院妇瘤科诊断为妇科恶性肿瘤并接受腹腔镜下腹膜后淋巴结清扫术的患者的临床资料,分析患者术后淋巴漏发生的相关因素及治疗方法,并总结归纳出预防措施。结果 22例(11.58%)患者术后发生淋巴漏,16例为淡黄色引流液,6例为乳糜样引流液。单因素分析显示,淋巴漏组与非淋巴漏组的患者在术前、术后血红蛋白(Hb)、术后血清白蛋白(ALB)水平、淋巴结清扫范围及淋巴结清扫数量这5个因素中存在差异(P <0.05),而Logistic多元回归分析显示,淋巴结清扫范围及术后血清ALB水平是导致术后淋巴漏的影响因素。16例单纯淋巴漏患者经过调整饮食、纠正电解质紊乱、静脉营养及持续引流等保守治疗后治愈。6例伴乳糜漏患者给予禁食、肠外营养、皮下注射生长抑素处理,5例患者治愈,1例患者保守治疗效果不佳行手术结扎后治愈。结论淋巴结清扫范围及术后血清ALB水平是导致术后淋巴漏发生的危险因素。保守治疗及充分引流可获得满意效果,术中选择合适的能量器械并熟练地掌握操作技巧、熟悉解剖和仔细操作可预防淋巴漏发生。 展开更多

糖尿病患者视网膜病变危险因素分析及其对眼前段生物学结构的影响 被引量:21

目的:探讨糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变(DR)的危险因素及该危险因素对眼前段生物学结构特征的影响。方法:采用横断面调查研究,选取2018-01/09至上海市同仁医院眼科就诊的2型糖尿病患者。采集其一般情况、糖尿病相关病史问卷、实验室检查(... 目的:探讨糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变(DR)的危险因素及该危险因素对眼前段生物学结构特征的影响。方法:采用横断面调查研究,选取2018-01/09至上海市同仁医院眼科就诊的2型糖尿病患者。采集其一般情况、糖尿病相关病史问卷、实验室检查(血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂)、眼部检查(视力、眼压、裂隙灯检查、角膜地形图、眼底照相、OCT)等信息。根据视网膜病变程度,将患者分为3组:0组为无DR组,1组:轻度及中度NPDR组,2组:重度NPDR及PDR组。分析三组间的差异,影响DR发生的危险因素,该危险因素对屈光度、角膜厚度、角膜曲率、前房深度等眼前段生物学结构特征的影响。结果:糖尿病患者219例完成了本次调查。其中无DR者163例(74.4%),有DR者56例(25.6%)。DR患者年龄(1组66.84±15.13岁,2组65.45±12.83岁)高于无DR患者(59.59±14.61岁)(P<0.05)。糖尿病病程DR患者(1组,13.69±10.22a,2组15.23±8.22a)高于无DR患者(9.21±7.92a)(P<0.05)。DR患者伴发糖尿病肾病的比例(1组28.0%,2组32.3%)高于无DR患者(14.1%)(P<0.05)。DR患者使用胰岛素治疗的比例(1组64.0%,2组83.9%)高于无DR患者(44.2%)(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示糖尿病病程、糖尿病肾病、使用胰岛素是DR的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。且该危险因素均会使DR患者矫正视力显著下降。DR患者角膜厚度(550.82±34.73μm)大于无DR患者(542.37±33.32μm)(P<0.05)。糖尿病病程>10a的患者前房深度(2.49±0.43mm)小于病程<10a的患者(2.68±0.40mm)(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病病程、糖尿病肾病、使用胰岛素是促进DR发生的危险因素。糖尿病病程长的患者前房深度更浅。 展开更多

目的探讨乳香外洗方联合肢体功能锻炼治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征(SHS)的疗效。方法选取脑梗死后SHS患者64例,按信封法随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各32例。两组均给予神经内科常规治疗和肢体功能锻炼,连续治疗14 d。联合组行乳香外洗方患... 目的探讨乳香外洗方联合肢体功能锻炼治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征(SHS)的疗效。方法选取脑梗死后SHS患者64例,按信封法随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各32例。两组均给予神经内科常规治疗和肢体功能锻炼,连续治疗14 d。联合组行乳香外洗方患肢熏蒸治疗,25 min/次,1次/d,连续治疗14 d;对照组行热水患肢熏蒸治疗,25 min/次,1次/d,连续治疗14 d。比较评价两组疗效、治疗前后简式FuglMeyer法运动功能评分(FMA)、Ashworth痉挛评分、上肢关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及脑梗死专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)。统计比较两组满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,联合组治疗有效率、患者满意度、治疗1和2周FMA及SS-QOL均提高,治疗1和2周Ashworth痉挛评分与VAS降低(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,联合组治疗1和2周FMA与SS-QOL均提高,治疗1和2周Ashworth痉挛评分与VAS降低;对照组治疗2周FMA和SS-QOL均提高,治疗2周Ashworth痉挛评分和VAS降低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳香外洗方联合肢体功能锻炼治疗脑梗死后SHS疗效良好,可有效缓解疼痛并改善患者肢体功能、生存质量及满意度,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。 展开更多

The water conservancy construction and soil and water conservation projects in New China have reshaped the tea industry landscape in Xinyang City of Henan Province from multiple dimensions.In terms of hydraulic technology,engineering systems represented by the Nanwan Irrigation District redefined the watershed irrigation pattern,while the application of modern agricultural technologies such as sprinkler and electric irrigation accelerated the shift from traditional experience to scientific management in tea garden practices.Ecologically,systematic soil and water management significantly improved growing conditions,making it possible for tea cultivation to break through the traditional geographical limitation of"tea does not grow north of the Huai River."This integrated governance model not only laid the foundation for the northward expansion of Xinyang's tea industry across the Huai River but also facilitated the transition toward scale and intensification through improved irrigation infrastructure and the breeding of cold-resistant tea varieties.Ultimately,driven by the tripartite interactive mechanism of"engineering governance-ecological improvement-spatial expansion,"the tea industry in Xinyang achieved a historic leap from traditional production to modern intensive development. 展开更多

Postoperative bleeding(POB)is a major complication following pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD),leading to significant morbidity and potential mortality.This minireview focuses on the prevention and management strategies for POB,synthesizing current evidence on surgical techniques,perioperative management,and postoperative interventions.Effective prevention strategies include the use of regional vessel wrapping,optimal pancreatic anastomosis,and meticulous intraoperative hemostasis.Postoperative management strategies,such as early detection using predictive models and advanced imaging,along with endovascular interventions like angiographic embolization and stent graft placement,are essential for timely intervention.Risk factors,including pancreatic texture,anticoagulation therapy,and patient comorbidities,further influence bleeding outcomes.The minireview also identifies gaps in current research and emphasizes the need for prospective randomized controlled trials to establish standardized protocols.Overall,a multidisciplinary approach combining surgical expertise,predictive analytics,and personalized care is essential to improving patient out comes and minimizing the risk of POB following PD. 展开更多

Radiochemotherapy-induced oral mucositis(OM)is a common oral complication in patients with tumors following head and neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Erosion and ulcers are the main features of OM that seriously affect the quality of life of patients and even the progress of tumor treatment.To date,differences in clinical prevention and treatment plans for OM have been noted among doctors of various specialties,which has increased the uncertainty of treatment effects.On the basis of current research evidence,this expert consensus outlines risk factors,clinical manifestations,clinical grading,ancillary examinations,diagnostic basis,prevention and treatment strategies and efficacy indicators for OM.In addition to strategies such as basic oral care,antiinflammatory and analgesic agents,anti-infective agents,pro-healing agents,and photobiotherapy recommended in previous guidelines,we also emphasize the role of traditional Chinese medicine in OM prevention and treatment.This expert consensus aims to provide references and guidance for dental physicians and oncologists in formulating strategies for OM prevention,diagnosis,and treatment,standardizing clinical practice,reducing OM occurrence,promoting healing,and improving the quality of life of patients. 展开更多

Hearing relies on the structural and functional integrity of cochlear hair cells,particularly their apical F-actin-filled stereocilia.Phospholipid scramblases are important for maintaining membrane asymmetry,but their roles in the stereocilia and auditory functions are not fully understood.Here,we identify Plscr5 as a downstream target of the transcription factor POU4F3 essential for hair cell function,whose mutation causes human DFNA15 deafness.Plscr5 knockout mice exhibit progressive hearing loss due to stereocilia degeneration and hair cell loss.Functional analyses reveal that PLSCR5 contributes to phosphatidylserine externalization in hair cell apical membranes,particularly in inner hair cells,and is important for outer hair cell and stereocilia maintenance.Our findings highlight PLSCR5 as an important downstream effector of POU4F3 and regulator of phosphatidylserine externalization and membrane dynamics required for auditory functions. 展开更多

This work develops a protein imprinted nanosphere with varied recognition specificity for bovine serum albumin(BSA)and lysozyme(Lyz)under different UV light through a gradient dual crosslinked imprinting strategy(i.e.,covalent crosslinking and dynamic reversible crosslinking).The imprinting cavities are initially constructed using irreversible covalent crosslinking to specifically recognize BSA,and then the coumarin residues in the imprinting cavities are crosslinked under 365 nm UV light to further imprint Lyz,because Lyz has smaller size than BSA.Since the photo-crosslinking of coumarin is a reversible reaction,the imprinting cavities of Lyz can be de-crosslinked under 254 nm UV light and restore the imprinting cavities of BSA.Moreover,the N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)and pyrrolidine residues copolymerized in the polymeric surface of the nanospheres are temperature-and p H-responsive respectively.Therefore,the protein rebinding and release behaviors of the nanospheres are controlled by external temperature and p H.As a result,the materials can selectively separate BSA from real bovine whole blood and Lyz from egg white under different UV light.This study may provide a new strategy for construction of protein imprinted materials with tunable specificity for different proteins. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic conversion of nitrate to ammonia(NITRR)can simultaneously achieve the removal of nitrate and the synthesis of value-added ammonia,a promising candidate to replace Haber-Bosch process with low carbon dioxide emissions.However,high hydrogenation energy barrier for*NO intermediates and insufficient supply of active hydrogen cause slow hydrogenation process,and further result in low efficiency of nitrate conversion and ammonia synthesis.Herein,a series of tandem catalysts,one-dimensional coordination polymers(1D CCPs)with dual sites are synthesized and obtained 190.4 mg h^(-1)mgcat^(-1)ammonia production rate with Faradaic efficiency of 97.16%,outperforming to the most of recent reported catalysts.The catalytic performances are well-maintained even after a long-term stability test of 1200 h,laying the foundation for practical applications.Density functional theory results reveal that the stationary adsorbed*NO on Ni site induced proximity electronic effect could reduce the energy barrier for hydrogenation of*NO intermediates over Cu site.In addition,the Ni site in the dual sites 1D CCPs is conducive to generating active hydrogen,providing rich proton source to boost the hydrogenation of*NO,and further enhancing the compatibility of deoxygenation and hydrogenation process.Our work paves a new insight into the mechanism of NITRR process and will inspire more research interests in exploring the proximity electronic effect in catalytic process. 展开更多

Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),an environmentally friendly chemical with high value,is extensively used in industrial production and daily life.However,the traditional anthraquinone method for H_(2)O_(2) production is associated with a highly energy-consuming and heavily polluting process.Solor-driven photocatalytic evolution of H_(2)O_(2) is a promising,eco-friendly,and energy-efficient strategy that holds great potential to substitute the traditional approach.Here,a ternary photocatalyst,NiS/CdS/Halloysite nanotubes(NiS/CdS/HNTs)is designed and prepared with an earth-abundant clay mineral HNTs as the support and NiS as a co-catalyst.The pivotal roles of HNTs and NiS in the photocatalytic process are elucidated by experiments and theoretical calculations.HNTs serve as the carrier,which allows CdS to be uniformly dispersed onto its surface as small particles,increasing effective contact with H_(2)O and O_(2) for H_(2)O_(2) formation.Simultaneously,it resulted in the formation of a Schottky junction between NiS and CdS,which not only favors photogenerated charges separating efficiently but also provides a unidirectional path to transfer electrons.Consequently,the optimized NiS/CdS/HNTs composite demonstrates an H_(2)O_(2) evolution rate of 380.5μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) without adding any sacrificial agent or extra O_(2),nearly 5.0 times that of pure CdS.This work suggests a feasible idea for designing and developing highly active and low-cost solar energy catalytic composite materials. 展开更多

Viral hepatitis,including hepatitis B and hepatitis C(HCV),remains a significant global health burden,leading to liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,and hepatocellular car-cinoma.Traditional diagnostic methods,while effective,often face limitations in accuracy,accessibility,and timeliness.Artificial intelligence(AI)has emerged as a transformative tool in healthcare,enhancing the detection,diagnosis,and treat-ment of viral hepatitis.This review explores the role of AI in viral hepatitis mana-gement,focusing on early detection through image analysis,digital pathology,and machine learning algorithms.AI-driven image analysis tools,such as con-volutional neural networks,have demonstrated high accuracy in detecting HCV-related liver lesions from computed tomography scans.Supervised learning models such as support vector machines and hybrid quantum neural networks further enhance early risk stratification.AI also facilitates personalized treatment by predicting treatment responses,accelerating drug discovery,and advancing precision medicine.Furthermore,AI contributes to epidemiological surveillance by predicting disease spread and tracking treatment adherence.Despite its po-tential,challenges such as data privacy,algorithmic bias,and regulatory comp-liance must be addressed to ensure equitable and effective AI implementation.Future directions include integrating AI into clinical workflows and expanding AI applications in low-resource settings.AI-assisted diagnosis and management have the potential to revolutionize viral hepatitis care,improving patient outcomes and reducing the global disease burden. 展开更多
