Methods: 220 cases of medical records receiving TCM treatment in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were collected for retrospective analysis, and the cases and manifestations of unreasonable application were observed and counted, and the main reasons for unreasonable application and improvement measures were analyzed according to the actual situation of patients. Results: according to the statistics, there were 30 cases of irrational drug use, accounting for 13.64% of the total percentage. The main adverse reactions included rash, dyspepsia, etc. The main reasons for irrational drug use in patients were non-standard drug use, private change of dosage, etc. Conclusion: in the process of using Traditional Chinese medicine, attention should be paid to avoid unreasonable application, and corresponding protective measures should be taken to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine, guide patients to use traditional Chinese medicine correctly, and reduce the unreasonable application effectively.展开更多
