Methods: through consulting materials, studying and self-analysis, the integrated management was tried out in combination with the actual situation of our hospital. Results: after the integrated management, the integration of the layout, structure, personnel allocation, drug management, dispensing pharmacists and audit work was achieved. Conclusion: through integrated management, the turnover rate of drug inventory can be increased, the operating cost of departments can be reduced, and the team cooperation ability can be improved.展开更多
