Results: in terms of blood pressure control rate, compared with the control group, the observation group was higher after 4 weeks of treatment (P < 0.05), and after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05). , the proportion of morning peak blood pressure in the observation group was lower, and the proportion of dipper blood pressure was higher in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
