This study explores the cultural,social,and academic adaptation experiences of international students in Wenzhou,China.Based on surveys and interviews with 52 students from 20 countries—predominantly Morocco—the res...This study explores the cultural,social,and academic adaptation experiences of international students in Wenzhou,China.Based on surveys and interviews with 52 students from 20 countries—predominantly Morocco—the research investigates key challenges and coping strategies related to local integration.The findings indicate that while Wenzhou offers a generally supportive academic environment—enhanced by AI integration and practical teaching methods—language barriers continue to hinder students’daily life,academic engagement,and social interactions.Limited Mandarin proficiency made it difficult for many students to build friendships with locals and navigate everyday tasks.Cultural adaptation also presented obstacles,particularly in adjusting to local food and social norms.Despite these challenges,students employed various strategies to facilitate integration,such as attending HSK language courses,watching Chinese media,and initiating conversations with local peers.While most participants described the local community as welcoming,perceptions varied based on individual experiences and language ability.The study highlights the importance of enhanced language support and structured cross-cultural exchange initiatives in improving international students’experiences.It contributes to the broader discourse on international student mobility by offering insights from a second-tier Chinese city,emphasizing the role of institutional practices in shaping adaptation outcomes.展开更多

In this paper, g...Taking the mountain flood disaster prevention and control project in Jiangxi province as the research object, the evaluation period is 2010-2015, and 29 evaluation indexes are selected from 7 aspects. In this paper, game theory is introduced to optimize the subjective and objective weights of the index, and the comprehensive weights are obtained by normalization. The results show that the eigenvalues of the grade variables of benefit evaluation decreased from 3.43 to 2.03, indicating that the project of mountain flood disaster prevention and control in Jiangxi province brings into play the benefits year by year, and the eigenvalues tend to decrease steadily after 2012, it is consistent with the changes of various engineering measures and non-engineering measures in the project.展开更多
By the replacement of halogen anion,three new multifunctional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites(thiomorpholinium)PbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)were successfully synthesized and underwent reversible struc-tural transformation a...By the replacement of halogen anion,three new multifunctional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites(thiomorpholinium)PbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)were successfully synthesized and underwent reversible struc-tural transformation above room temperature,accompanied by the anomalous change of dielectric con-stant.With the adjustment of the halogen anion from Cl to I in the inorganic skeleton,the space group is transformed from centrosymmetric space group P2_(1)/c((thiomorpholinium)PbCl_(3))to chiral one P2_(1)2_(1)2_(1)((thiomorpholinium)PbBr3,(thiomorpholinium)PbI_(3))at room temperature.The ordered-disordered tran-sition of organic cations and the change of hydrogen bonds with the increase of temperature lead to above-room-temperature phase transitions.Ultraviolet absorption and second-harmonic generation(SHG)measurements confirmed that both the band gap and SHG activity of(thiomorpholinium)PbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)crystals were tunable.The band gaps reveal a broadening trend with 3.532 e V,3.410 e V and 3.175 e V along the Cl→Br→I series.This work provides an effective molecular design for multifunctional organic-inorganic perovskites.展开更多
Stimulus re s ponsive materials can provide a variety of desirable properties in one equipment unit,such as optoelectronic devices,data communications,actuators,memories,sensors and capacitors.However,it remains a lar...Stimulus re s ponsive materials can provide a variety of desirable properties in one equipment unit,such as optoelectronic devices,data communications,actuators,memories,sensors and capacitors.However,it remains a large challenge to design such stimulus responsive materials,especially functional materials having both dielectric switch and second harmonic generation(SHG).Here,a new stimuli-responsive switchable material [(CH_(3))_(3)N(CH_(2))_(2)Cl]_(2)]Mn(SCN)_(4)(H_(2)O)_(2)] was discovered as a potential secondharmonic generation(SHG) dielectric switch.It is worth noting that it has SHG characteristics before and after undergoing reversible high-temperature phase transitions.In this work,we successfully refined the tetramethylammonium cation to obtain a quasi-spherical cation,which is tetramethylchloroethylamine(TMCEM) cation.By substituting H with a halogen,the increased steric hindrance of the molecular makes energy barrier increased,resulting in the reversible high-temperature phase transition.At the same time,the interactions of quasi-spherical cations and [Mn(SCN)_(4)(H_(2)O)_(2)]^(2-) anions affect a noncentrosymmetric structure to induce the SHG effect.These findings provide a new approach to design novel functional switch materials.展开更多
This paper examines the optimal decisions on operations and financing modes of a capital-constrained manufacturer selling two different quality levels of products through an online dual-channel.The manufacturer can mi...This paper examines the optimal decisions on operations and financing modes of a capital-constrained manufacturer selling two different quality levels of products through an online dual-channel.The manufacturer can mitigate financial constrains by leveraging either e-commerce platform financing or bank financing.The Stackelberg game models are established under both financing modes to analyze the optimal decisions of the manufacturer and the e-commerce platform.Additionally,the study explores the effects of financing interest rates and product quality differences on equilibrium outcomes in the online dual-channel.The findings reveal the following:(i)As financing interest rates increase,total product sales decline.While product prices may rise,this does not necessarily intensify price competition within the online dual-channel.(ii)When the e-commerce platform’s financing rate exceeds the bank rate,the manufacturer sets higher direct sales prices.Beyond a specific threshold,distribution prices rise,and total sales decrease.(iii)When consumers are indifferent to the two online channels,the manufacturer will distribute high-quality products under both financing modes at high interest rates,more lenient condition under e-commerce financing.(iv)When the financing interest rates of the e-commerce platform and the bank are the same,the manufacturer prefers e-commerce financing for distributing high-quality products,but opts for bank financing when directly selling high-quality products with a significant quality gap.展开更多
This study addresses the cultural identity and educational transition challenges faced by the“overseas Chinese children”(Qiao Tong)group in Wenzhou.Utilizing the CLIL(Content and Language Integrated Learning)teachin...This study addresses the cultural identity and educational transition challenges faced by the“overseas Chinese children”(Qiao Tong)group in Wenzhou.Utilizing the CLIL(Content and Language Integrated Learning)teaching model,it explores an innovative pathway for patriotic education that uses bilingualism as a bridge and local culture as its foundation.Through the compilation of school-based teaching materials and practical teaching implementation,this research employs case study and questionnaire survey methods to systematically examine the application effectiveness of the CLIL model.Empirical results indicate that CLIL-based bilingual courses can significantly enhance students’sense of cultural identity.The study confirms that systematic,guided CLIL instruction is an effective approach to constructing cultural identity for overseas Chinese children,offering a replicable“Wenzhou Experience”for educational governance in hometowns of overseas Chinese and for“telling China’s story well”.展开更多
