[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a characteristic fingerprinting research method for the chemical constituents of the Zhuang medicine Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe.and its characteristic fingerprint of chemical constituents,in order to identify P.cantonensis.[Methods] Ten batches of P.cantonensis from different habitats in Guangxi and out of Guangxi (Shaoguan of Guangdong Province) were determined.The materials were extracted in 80% methanol ultrasonically for 1.5 h under the material-to-liquid ratio of 2.5 g/80 ml.The HPLC determination was carried out using an Agilent 1260 HPLP instrument equipped with an Agilent5 TC-C18 (2) column at the column temperature of 30 ℃,the wavelength of 280 nm and the injection volume of 10 μl using acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase and chlorogenic acid as the reference peak,and the detection took 58 min.[Results] The characteristic fingerprint of the chemical constituents of P.cantonensis were obtained,and the three chromatographic peaks of gallic acid,chlorogenic acid and syringaldehyde were compared.[Conclusions] This study can provide reference for the identification of the Zhuang medicine P.cantonensis and provide guarantee for the clinical use of Chinese medicine. 展开更多

This study was conducted to investigate the changes of polysaccharides content in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis and its pharmacological action. The results showed that different growth years, different periods, different habitats and different external factors had influences on the change of polysaccharide content in Den- drobii Officinalis Caulis. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis has certain effects of enhancing immunity, resisting fatigue and oxidation, promoting digestion and salivation secretion, reducing blood sugar and blood pressure, resisting tumor and liver injury, and relaxing bowels. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis polysaccharides are the main effective components in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. The control of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis polysaccharide content is of great significance to the assurance of the yield and quality of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis material. 展开更多

The identification method develops from observation, tasting, smelling and listening to firing method and testing with water, and the construction of fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicines and molecular biological techniques. To tackle the challenges of varying phosphate ore characteristics and significant fluctuations in raw ore grade,research has focused on optimizing ore blending from multiple unloading points.Given the dual demands of mining enterprises for high-quality processed ore and low production costs,two optimization objectives have been set:minimizing total grade deviation and minimizing total energy consumption.Based on actual mine production conditions,a multi-objective optimization model is developed.Since the model involves two objectives and numerous constraints,evolutionary optimization is used to solve the problem.However,traditional Pareto dominance relationships in evolutionary algorithms often result in poor convergence and feasibility issues.To overcome these limitations,a new dominance relationship,termed SDN dominance,termed nichingbased strengthened dominance,is designed.This enhanced dominance approach is incorporated into nondominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ(NSGA-Ⅱ),replacing standard Pareto dominance.An improved NSGA-Ⅱ,designated as SDN-NSGAII,is thus developed.Finally,the proposed model and algorithm are tested in a case study of an open-pit phosphate mine.The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the SDN-NSGAII algorithm,highlighting its ability to stabilize ore grades while reducing energy consumption.These findings demonstrate the practicality of the model in guiding mining enterprises to develop scientific production schemes. 展开更多

Analysis of ecological network and interspecific association characteristics of periphytic algae in the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River

This study investigates the community composition,ecological niche characteristics of dominant species,and interspecific associations of periphytic algae in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River.Field surveys and sample collections were conducted in October 2023(autumn),February 2024(winter),and May 2024(spring)along the river section from Zhanang County to Luxia Bridge.A comprehensive analysis of the periphytic algal communities across the three seasons was performed using co-occurrence network analysis,niche breadth indices,and interspecific association metrics.The results revealed that the communities were predominantly composed of Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,and Cyanophyta,which accounted for 88.67%of the total algal density.Notable seasonal variations in community composition were observed,although diatoms consistently remained the dominant group throughout all seasons.Co-occurrence network analyses demonstrated welldefined modular structures in each season(modularity coefficient Q>0.3),with the winter assemblages showing the highest levels of synergy and network stability.Niche analysis indicated that all dominant species,except Eunotia spp.(a specialist species with niche breadth B_(i)<1.5),exhibited generalist strategies(1.5≤B_(i)≤8.7).The highest niche overlap was recorded in spring,suggesting elevated levels of interspecific competition during this season.Interspecific association analysis showed significant positive correlations among dominant taxa across all seasons(W>χ_(0.05N)^(2)),with both the association coefficient(AC)and Jaccard index(JD)predominantly indicating positive associations.This pattern reflects a stable community structure characteristic of a positively progressing successional stage.Importantly,a strong positive association was detected between Eunotia spp.and Nitzschia longissima in spring(AC>0.6;0.4≤JD<0.6),indicating their potential for stable coexistence.These taxa may serve as reliable bioindicators for evaluating aquatic ecosystem health during the spring season and are suitable for long-term ecological monitoring and assessment efforts.Overall,the findings offer key insights into the ecological dynamics of periphytic algal communities in plateau river systems and provide valuable baseline data to support the ecological evaluation of future hydropower development in the lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River. 展开更多
