The system performance of grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)has a serious impact on the grid stability.To improve the control performance and shorten the convergence time,a predefined-time controller based on backsteppin...The system performance of grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)has a serious impact on the grid stability.To improve the control performance and shorten the convergence time,a predefined-time controller based on backstepping technology and dynamic surface control is formulated for the inverter in the grid-connected photovoltaic.The time-varying tuning functions are introduced into state-tracking errors to realize the predefined-time control effect.To address the“computational explosion problem”in the design process of backstepping control,dynamic surface control is adopted to avoid the analytical calculations of virtual control.The disturbances of the PV system are estimated and compensated by adaptive laws.The control parameters are chosen and the global stability of the closed-loop is ensured by Lyapunov conditions.Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed controller and ensure the predefined time control in the photovoltaic inverter.展开更多
AIM:To probe into the genetic susceptibility of HLA-DRB1 alleles to esophageal carcinoma in Han Chinese in Hubei Province.METHODS:HLA-DRB1 allele polymorphisms were typed by polymerase chain reaction with sequence-spe...AIM:To probe into the genetic susceptibility of HLA-DRB1 alleles to esophageal carcinoma in Han Chinese in Hubei Province.METHODS:HLA-DRB1 allele polymorphisms were typed by polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primers(PCR-SSP)in 42 unrelated patients with esophageal cancer and 136 unrelated normal control subjects and the associated HLA-DRB1 allele was measured by nucleotide sequence analysis with PCR.SAS software was used in statistics.RESULTS:Allele frequency(AF)of HLA-DRB1·0901 was significantly higher in esophageal carcinoma patients than that in the normal controls(0.2500 vs0.1397,P=0.028,the odds ratio 2.053,etiologic fraction 0.1282).After analyzed the allele nucleotide sequence of HLA-DRB1·0901 which approachs to the corresponded exon 2 sequence of the allele in genebank.There was no association between patients and controls in the rested HLA-DRB1 alleles.CONCLUSION:HLA-DRB1·0901 allele is more common in the patients with esophageal carcinoma than in the healthy controls,which is positively associated with the patients of Hubei Han Chinese.Individuals carrying HLA-DRB1·0901may be susceptible to esophageal carcinoma.展开更多

Numerous studies have re...Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders in childhood, with a high heritability about 60% to 90%. Serotonin is a monoamine neurotransmitter. Numerous studies have reported the association between the serotonin receptor family (5-HTR) gene polymorphisms and ADHD, but the results are still controversial. In this study, we conducted a meta-analysis of the association between 5-HTRIB, 5-HTR2A, and 5-HTR2C genetic variants and ADHD. The results showed that the 861G allele of 5-HTRIB SNP rs6296 could significantly increase the risk of ADHD (OR= 1.09, 95% CI: 1.01-1.18); the 5-HTR2C gene rs518147 (OR=1.69, 95% CI: 1.38-2.07) and rs3813929 (OR = 1.57, 95% CI: 1.25-1.97) were all associated with the risk of ADHD. In addition, we also carried on a case- control study to explore the relevance between potential candidate genes 5-HTR1A, 5-HTRIE, 5-HTR3A and ADHD. The results indicated that 5-HTRIA rs6295 genotype (CC+CG vs. GG OR=Z00, 95% CI: 1.23-3.27) and allele (OR=1.77, 95% CI: 1.16-2.72) models were statistically significantly different between case group and control group. This study is the first comprehensive exploration and summary of the association between serotonin receptor family genetic variations and ADHD, and it also provides more evidence for the etiology of ADHD.展开更多
Remnant ocean basin is a key to understand the plate suturing and subsequent uplift and erosion of orogen.The Bay of Bengal Basin(BOBB)provides a typical example to analyze the remnant ocean basin structures,evolution...Remnant ocean basin is a key to understand the plate suturing and subsequent uplift and erosion of orogen.The Bay of Bengal Basin(BOBB)provides a typical example to analyze the remnant ocean basin structures,evolution,and relationships between depositional filling and uplifting of the Himalayan Orogen.Thirty-nine seismic profiles as well as interval velocities of well BODC3 were used to compile isopach maps of the basin.Among the seismic data,26 seismic profiles were applied to estab-lish 8 cross sections.The cross sections suggest the basin is asymmetric,bounded to the west by the eastern continental margin of India(ECMI)with graben-horst and to the east by the Sunda conver-gence margin dominated by trench-arc system.The BOBB is characterized by a prominent down flex-ure structures caused by huge amount of Bengal fan turbidite sediments accumulation.Our isopach maps and chronology data collected from adjacent regions reveal the initial development and fast southward growth of the Bengal fan were related to the early and major stage uplift and erosion of the Himalayan Orogen,respectively.The BOBB has experienced a critical transition from an ocean basin to a remnant ocean basin at Late Oligocene.Such basin structures and evolution features indicate the BOBB provides whole records of oblique convergence of the India and Asia plates,and the early and major stage evolution of the Himalayan Orogen.展开更多

To achieve a better material for uncooled infrared (IR) detector, polycrystalline VO2(B) thin films with layered W-doping were fabricated on Si substrates by magnetron sputtering, and the best temperature coefficient ...To achieve a better material for uncooled infrared (IR) detector, polycrystalline VO2(B) thin films with layered W-doping were fabricated on Si substrates by magnetron sputtering, and the best temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) value reached -4.1%/K. The film synthesis was in a two-step route, first deposition at room temperature and then post-deposition annealing at 450 ℃, to better control the crystallization behavior. Various transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods were employed to investigate three sets of multi-layered films with different deposition time, 10, 20, and 30 min, with especial emphasis on the effect of layered W-doping scheme on the formation of multiple VO2(B) layers. Spatial-resolved energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) revealed the alternative patterns of W-rich layers and W-poor layers, while the thinner films exhibited better crystallinity and texturing. By comparison with an as-deposited film, it was found that the inter-diffusion between the two types of layers was completed in the deposition step while both remained in amorphous structure. A stable W solution of about 8 cat% in VO2(B) layers measured from all these films indicated that the layered doping can tailor the multi-layered microstructure to optimize the performance of VO2(B) films.展开更多
Deflectometry is a non-contact and rapid detection method with high sensitivity,which can be utilized in the areas of three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction,surface quality detection,and defect location.It has important ...Deflectometry is a non-contact and rapid detection method with high sensitivity,which can be utilized in the areas of three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction,surface quality detection,and defect location.It has important applications in the automotive industry,optical parts manufacturing,and other fields.Classical deflectometry methods require the integration of slope data to reconstruct the absolute surface shape.However,the integration procedure is error-prone due to the accumulation of random errors into large shape deviations,resulting in inaccurate measurement results.In this paper,we extract the position of the centerline of the bright fringe from the stripe image and find the center of the fringe line point by point.Using the principle of triangulation,the 3D data for the object’s shaped surface can be obtained.In addition,infrared light enhances specular reflection,resulting in better deflectometry performance than that of visible light.Experiments show that the proposed method is sensitive to the changes in height and can roughly restore the surface topography of the object without calibration.展开更多

Its ubiquitous expression in both lymphoid and nonlymphoid tissues suggests that it could play an important role in the maintenance of self-tolerance. However, the exact function of B7-H3 is still elusive. The purpose of current study is to demonstrate the possible function of soluble mouse B7-H3 for prevention of DC-mediated T cell activation. For this purpose, we established a soluble mouse B7-H3 fusion protein (mB7h3-hIg) eukaryotic expression vector (pmB7h3-hIg) with a C-terminal human IgG1 Fc. A C57BL/6 (B6)-derived dendritic cell line (DC2.4 cells) was used for the establishment of stable transfectants for generation of soluble mB7h3-hIg. Ectopic mB7h3-hIg expression was confirmed by RT-PCR, Western blot and ELISA analyses. A 49.7 kD protein was detected by Western blot from DC2.4 cells transfected with pmB7h3-hlg. It was found that soluble mB7h3-hIg expression has no effect on cell cycling and apoptosis and the expression of CD80 and CD86 of the DC2.4 cells. However, ectopic soluble mB7h3-hIg expression was found to significantly affect the allo-stimulatory capability for DC2.4 cells. DC2.4 cells expressing soluble mB7h3-hIg showed a significant reduced allo-stimulatory capability as compared with the controls determined by MLC. Further studies revealed that soluble mB7h3-hIg could also inhibit IL-2 and IFN-γ, production of allogenic T cells. Materials and Methods: 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay was performed to compare the influence of A?aí and phellodendron bark(Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis) on the growth and proliferation of HepG2 and Hep3 B cell strains. The morphological changes of the two cell strains treated with A?aí and C. Phellodendri were observed using an inverted phase contrast microscope. Trypan blue dye exclusion assay was used to compare and analyze the toxicity effects of A?aí. The content of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH) and the ratio of NADH/NAD+ of the treated cells were detected using a spectrophotometer to determine the influence of A?aí to the energy metabolism of the two cell strains. Results: Within the range of measured concentrations, both A?aí and C. Phellodendri displayed separately the stronger inhibitory effects on cell growth, proliferation, and energy metabolism of the two cell strains. By MTT assay, A?aí showed significant(P < 0.05) or highly significant(P < 0.01) inhibitory effects on cell proliferation within the concentration range of 0.25–40 μg/mL, which was similar to the effects of C. Phellodendri. From the results of microscopic examination, the morphological of lower cell density, attenuated granularity, and more outstretched cells in irregular polygonal shape could be observed in the cells treated with A?aí, which was also similar to that of C. Phellodendri. In trypan blue staining assay, all concentrations of A?aí showed negligible toxicity effects, exactly as that of C. Phellodendri. A?aí showed a highly significant effect of decreasing the content of intracellular NADH as well as the ratio of NADH/NAD+(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01, respectively). Conclusion: The effect of A?aí on HepG2 and Hep3 B strains just as C. Phellodendri can reduce energy metabolism and inhibit the growth and proliferation. All performance characteristics of two cell strains treated with A?aí belong to that characteristic of cold property drug. From the study results, we can deduce that the drug property of A?aí is cold.展开更多

It was demonstrated that those two kinds of travelers have distinct behavior on park and ride (P&R), due to their different travel demand and behavior attributes. In this paper focusing on the travelers returning in several days, the travel attributes and requirements for P&R were analyzed with stated preference survey. A P&R choice behavior disaggregated logit model was established and calibrated based on random utility theory. The model concludes three variables, which were travel time, parking fee and comprehensive attractiveness index for suburban satellite towns comparing to urban district. The results revealed that for travelers returning in several days the primary key point is increasing the attractiveness of suburban satellite towns.展开更多

Conclusion: The effect of A?aí on HepG2 and Hep3 B strains just as C. Phellodendri can reduce energy metabolism and inhibit the growth and proliferation. All performance characteristics of two cell strains treated with A?aí belong to that characteristic of cold property drug. From the study results, we can deduce that the drug property of A?aí is cold.
文摘During big events, non-local private car travelers can be divided into two types which were returning in one day and in several days. It was demonstrated that those two kinds of travelers have distinct behavior on park and ride (P&R), due to their different travel demand and behavior attributes. In this paper focusing on the travelers returning in several days, the travel attributes and requirements for P&R were analyzed with stated preference survey. A P&R choice behavior disaggregated logit model was established and calibrated based on random utility theory. The model concludes three variables, which were travel time, parking fee and comprehensive attractiveness index for suburban satellite towns comparing to urban district. The results revealed that for travelers returning in several days the primary key point is increasing the attractiveness of suburban satellite towns.
