The Maoping Pb-Zn deposit(~3 Mt Pb+Zn reserves with grades of 12-30 wt%)is one of the largest Pb-Zn deposits in the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou(SYG)metallogenic province,which has contributed a tremendous amount of lead an...The Maoping Pb-Zn deposit(~3 Mt Pb+Zn reserves with grades of 12-30 wt%)is one of the largest Pb-Zn deposits in the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou(SYG)metallogenic province,which has contributed a tremendous amount of lead and zinc resources for China.To obtain a further understanding of the sources of ore-forming materials and ore genesis of the deposit,S-Pb isotopes of sulfides and C-O isotopes of ore-stage calcites were systematically collected from representative orebodies at different elevations with a Finnigan MAT-253 mass spectrometer.The calcites separated from the sulfides of the NoⅠand NoⅡorebodies shared identical b13 CPDB values(-5.3 to-0.8‰)andδ18OSMOW values(+14.5 to+21.8‰)with those of the calcites in the SYG region,suggesting that CO2 in regional ore-forming fluids possibly had a homologous C-O source that originated from a ternary mixture of the dissolution of marine carbonate rocks,degassing process of the Emeishan mantle plume,and dehydroxylation of sedimentary organic matter.The No.Ⅰ-1 and No.Ⅰ-2 orebody was hosted in the same strata,but the sulfur source of No.Ⅰ-1 orebody(+13.1 to+19.0‰)with equilibrated sulfur fractionation(δ34Sspbaierite-<δ34Sgalena)and No.Ⅰ-2 orebody(+18.0 to+21.8‰)with sulfur equilibrium fractionation(δ34Sspnaierite>δ34-Sgalena)were different.They were derived from the allopatry thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR)of overlying Carboniferous sulfates in the ore-hosting strata and local TSR of sulfates in the ore-bearing Upper Devonian Zaige Formation,respectively.The narrow and uniform Pb isotopic ratios of single galena grains collected from sulfides with 206Pb/204Pb of 18.713-18.759,207Pb/204Pb of 15.772-15.776 and 208Pb/204Pb of39.383-39.467 indicate a well-mixed metal source(s)that consist of Proterozoic Kunyang and Huili Group basement rocks and Devonian to Middle Permian ore-hosting sedimentary rocks.Besides,the late Permian Emeishan basalts are difficult to contribute metals for regional Pb-Zn mineralization despite a closely spatial relationship with the distribution of the Pb-Zn deposit.This is supported by Pb isotopic ratios plotting above the average upper crustal Pb evolution curves and staying far away from that of the agecorrected Emeishan basalts.Hence,taking into account of the similarities in tectonic setting,ore-hosting rock,ore assemblage,wall rock alteration,ore-controlling structure,and ore-forming materials and the differences in relationship with regional magmatism,fluid inclusion characteristic and ore grade between the Maoping deposit and typical MVT Pb-Zn deposit,the ore genesis of the Maoping deposit should be an MVT like Pb-Zn deposit.展开更多
Microcystin-LR(MC-LR)is a highly toxic category of biotoxins that can damage eye development and retinal structure in zebrafish,while probiotics can largely benefit the function of the retina.Although they both act on...Microcystin-LR(MC-LR)is a highly toxic category of biotoxins that can damage eye development and retinal structure in zebrafish,while probiotics can largely benefit the function of the retina.Although they both act on the visual system,whether probiotics can alleviate the visual damage caused by MC-LR in fish and the underlying mechanisms remains unclear.In this study,we exposed adult zebrafish for 28 days at MC-LR concentrations of 0,2.20,and 22.00μg/L with or without the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus in the diet.MC-LR exposure alone resulted in structural damage to the retina and abnormal phototropic behavior,whereas L.rhamnosus could alleviate these damages.Biochemical analyses showed thatMCLR-induced abnormalities in apoptosis of ocular cells,retinal inflammatory responses,neurotransmission,and phototransduction were restored in the L.rhamnosus treatment group,indicating L.rhamnosus alleviated MC-LR-induced defects in the visual system and dysfunctions.This study underlines the defensive role of probiotics in protecting the host from environmental pollutants,which may provide guidance for the application of probiotics in aquaculture.展开更多

Characterization of the microstructure of the fusion zone of an Alloy 600-82 weld joint was conducted, with focus on the weld residual strain distribution and the comparison of the microstructure of heat affected zone...Characterization of the microstructure of the fusion zone of an Alloy 600-82 weld joint was conducted, with focus on the weld residual strain distribution and the comparison of the microstructure of heat affected zone (HAZ) with that of cold worked alloy. Peak of the residual strain was observed to approach to the fusion boundary in HAZ while the strain increased from the top of the weld to the root. Strain distribution in the HAZ was found to be concentrated adjacent to grain boundaries (GBs), with a peak of approximately three times of that in grain. Further, triple junctions of the GB appear to cause a higher strain concentration than single GBs. The microstructure of HAZ consists of partially tangled dislocations, which is different from slip bands of high density dislocations in cold worked alloy. This may cause a relatively higher intergranular cracking resistance of HAZ due to the difficulty in transferring tangled dislocations to GB in HAZ under deformation.展开更多

As an example, the evolution of 1s^12 s^22 p^6 configuration is given under different incident photon numbers, pulse widths, and photon energies. We have also determined all of the charge-state populations as a function of three laser pulse parameters by averaging over time. The result shows that the variations of these charge-state populations demonstrate a pattern when the pulse width is shorter than 10 fs: some of the charge-states decrease rapidly,while the others rise but remain relatively constant for pulse width larger than 10 fs. The variation of the average charge with three parameters has also obtained. The average charge decreases for a pulse width shorter than 10 fs but remains basically unchanged for a pulse width longer than 10 fs.展开更多
[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of adding grape seeds and tea polyphenols to improve the health of finless eels(Monopterus albus).[Methods]Twelve cages were selected in the same wat...[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of adding grape seeds and tea polyphenols to improve the health of finless eels(Monopterus albus).[Methods]Twelve cages were selected in the same water body and divided into 4 groups,each with 3 parallel groups.The control group was fed with common finless eel feed,and the experimental groups were fed with feed supplemented with grape seeds,tea polyphenols,and grape seed-tea polyphenol compound(with a ratio of grape seeds to tea polyphenols at 1∶1),respectively.The feeding amount of each additive was 1%.The experiment was carried out by feeding medicated feed for 3 d and ordinary feed for 3 d,that is,alternately feeding medicated feed and ordinary feed.The experiment lasted for 18 d.[Results]Six serum enzymatic indices were detected after the breeding.The results showed that compared with the control group,the three groups of samples had a certain protective effect on the liver in terms of liver function indices.In terms of immunity evaluation,the tea polyphenol group and the grape seed-tea polyphenol complex group could increase the immunity of eels to varying degrees.In terms of antioxidant capacity,all three groups of samples could increase the body's antioxidant capacity.The results of this study showed that adding tea polyphenols and grape seeds to the feed simultaneously could effectively protect the liver of fish,and simultaneously enhance their antioxidant and non-specific immune functions.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for the application of the two Chinese herbal medicines,grape seeds and tea polyphenols,in finless eel farming.展开更多

It was preliminarily identified to be A. allosaccharophila through physiological-biochemical test. Further sequence analysis showed that 16S rDNA of this bacterium shared 90% identity with 16S rDNA of A. allosaccharophila , suggesting that it is A. allosaccharophila . Drug sensitivity test showed that isolate X1 was sensitive to doxycycline, cefotaxime, norfloxacin and gentamicin. In animal regression test, the bacterium the same as that from naturally-diseased P. clarkii could be isolated, with the same disease symptoms as well.展开更多
Largemouth bass have been plagued by diseases elicited by bacteria,parasites,and viruses,particularly viral diseases,which have caused significant economic losses in recent years.And there is a lack of approved antivi...Largemouth bass have been plagued by diseases elicited by bacteria,parasites,and viruses,particularly viral diseases,which have caused significant economic losses in recent years.And there is a lack of approved antiviral drugs in the aquaculture industry.Micropterus salmoides Rhabdovirus(MSRV)is the causative agent of Micro-pterus salmoides Rhabdovirus disease,which mostly affects largemouth bass fry.By using experimental infection,transcriptome sequencing,and inhibitor treatment,the inflammatory response mediated by mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),phosphatidylinositol3-kinase(PI3K),and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)pathways was verified as one of the pathological processes of MSRV infection.Further,Myricetin,arteannuin,naringenin,ursolic acid,andrographolide,and resveratrol were selected to evolute their anti-inflammatory activity based on the promoter of NF-κB and found myricetin,naringenin,andrographolide,and resveratrol significantly inhibited NF-κB 1 promoter activity.Myricetin was found to damp MSRV caused-inflammation and inhibit MSRV infection by suppressing NF-κB signaling.Besides,myricetin improves the survival rate of largemouth bass after MSRV infection.In conclusion,myricetin presented anti-MSRV activity by targeting the NF-κB inflammatory pathway and can be further developed as a potential preventative drug of rhabdovirus disease.展开更多
A salt-sensitive mutant designated rice salt sensitive 2 (rss2) was isolated from the M2 generation of the rice cultivar Nipponbare (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) mutagenized with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). ...A salt-sensitive mutant designated rice salt sensitive 2 (rss2) was isolated from the M2 generation of the rice cultivar Nipponbare (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) mutagenized with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). This mutant exhibited a greater decrease in salt tolerance with a significant increase in Na+ content in its shoots. Genetic analysis indicated that the increase in Na+ in rss2 was controlled by a single recessive gene. Further genome-wide analysis of the linkage map constructed from the F2 population of rss2/Zhaiyeqing 8 (ZYQ8) showed that two quantitative trait loci (QTLs) on chromosomes 1 and 6 were responsible for the Na+ concentration in shoots, which explained 14.5% and 53.3%, respectively, of the phenotypic variance. The locus on chromosome 1, but not that on chromosome 6, was also detected in the F2 population of Nipponbare/ZYQ8, suggesting that the QTL on chromosome 6 was responsible for the salt sensitivity in rss2. By analyzing the recombination events in 220 mutant individuals of an enlarged mapping population of rss2/ZYQ8, the rss2 locus was precisely mapped to an interval of 605.3 kb between insertion/deletion (InDel) markers IM21962 and IM22567. This finding will facilitate the cloning of the rss2 locus and provide insight into the physiological mechanisms of salt sensitivity in rice.展开更多
The chronic inflammation in periodontitis suppresses the osteogenic potential of human periodontal ligament stem cells(hPDLSCs),posing a significant challenge to endogenous bone regeneration.To address this,we develop...The chronic inflammation in periodontitis suppresses the osteogenic potential of human periodontal ligament stem cells(hPDLSCs),posing a significant challenge to endogenous bone regeneration.To address this,we developed an osteogenic and protein-delivery composite hydrogel system based on metformin carbon dots(MCDs)to enhance the osteogenic potential of hPDLSCs under inflammatory conditions.We successfully synthesized a novel Gel/MCDs@IGF-1 composite hydrogel(Gel)that exhibited excellent biocompatibility and sequentially released MCDs and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1).First,MCDs were synthesized using a onestep hydrothermal method.MCDs promote the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs under lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory conditions by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,and alleviate inflammation.Next,MCDs and IGF-1 were assembled into MCDs@IGF-1 complexes through supramolecular interactions,facilitating efficient IGF-1 delivery and reducing its degradation by trypsin.Furthermore,in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated that the Gel/MCDs@IGF-1 composite hydrogel effectively recruited stem cells,exerted early anti-inflammatory effects,increased the osteogenesis of hPDLSCs under inflammatory conditions,and significantly promoted alveolar bone regeneration in a Sprague-Dawley(SD)rat model of periodontitis.In conclusion,MCDs,with their dual roles in promoting osteogenesis and protein delivery,are a promising candidate nanoplatform for periodontitis therapy.Additionally,the MCDs-based sequential release hydrogel system presents a novel material strategy for the treatment of periodontitis.展开更多

The microstructure of HAZ consists of partially tangled dislocations, which is different from slip bands of high density dislocations in cold worked alloy. This may cause a relatively higher intergranular cracking resistance of HAZ due to the difficulty in transferring tangled dislocations to GB in HAZ under deformation.

文摘The interaction between neon and x-ray free-electron lasers with different laser parameters is systematically studied by solving a set of coupled rate equations. As an example, the evolution of 1s^12 s^22 p^6 configuration is given under different incident photon numbers, pulse widths, and photon energies. We have also determined all of the charge-state populations as a function of three laser pulse parameters by averaging over time. The result shows that the variations of these charge-state populations demonstrate a pattern when the pulse width is shorter than 10 fs: some of the charge-states decrease rapidly,while the others rise but remain relatively constant for pulse width larger than 10 fs. The variation of the average charge with three parameters has also obtained. The average charge decreases for a pulse width shorter than 10 fs but remains basically unchanged for a pulse width longer than 10 fs.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of adding grape seeds and tea polyphenols to improve the health of finless eels(Monopterus albus).[Methods]Twelve cages were selected in the same water body and divided into 4 groups,each with 3 parallel groups.The control group was fed with common finless eel feed,and the experimental groups were fed with feed supplemented with grape seeds,tea polyphenols,and grape seed-tea polyphenol compound(with a ratio of grape seeds to tea polyphenols at 1∶1),respectively.The feeding amount of each additive was 1%.The experiment was carried out by feeding medicated feed for 3 d and ordinary feed for 3 d,that is,alternately feeding medicated feed and ordinary feed.The experiment lasted for 18 d.[Results]Six serum enzymatic indices were detected after the breeding.The results showed that compared with the control group,the three groups of samples had a certain protective effect on the liver in terms of liver function indices.In terms of immunity evaluation,the tea polyphenol group and the grape seed-tea polyphenol complex group could increase the immunity of eels to varying degrees.In terms of antioxidant capacity,all three groups of samples could increase the body's antioxidant capacity.The results of this study showed that adding tea polyphenols and grape seeds to the feed simultaneously could effectively protect the liver of fish,and simultaneously enhance their antioxidant and non-specific immune functions.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for the application of the two Chinese herbal medicines,grape seeds and tea polyphenols,in finless eel farming.
文摘This paper proposes the design scheme of Integration Management and Control System (IMCS) using the integration and optimization design theory of port cranes’ management and control system based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Process Control System (PCS). The functions, interface and software design of the three sub-modules of IMCS are presented. Outcomes of this research are being employed to practical port cranes’ operation and management, which eliminates the island phenomenon of cranes’ storage and application conditions between the management and control department. Hence, IMCS makes the integrated automatic port cranes system come true and it significantly improves the core competitiveness of the port.

文摘In order to provide a scientific basis for the control of Aeromonas allosaccharophila from Procambarus clarkii , a dominant strain was isolated from moribund P. clarkii in some farm in Hubei Province, and designated X1. It was preliminarily identified to be A. allosaccharophila through physiological-biochemical test. Further sequence analysis showed that 16S rDNA of this bacterium shared 90% identity with 16S rDNA of A. allosaccharophila , suggesting that it is A. allosaccharophila . Drug sensitivity test showed that isolate X1 was sensitive to doxycycline, cefotaxime, norfloxacin and gentamicin. In animal regression test, the bacterium the same as that from naturally-diseased P. clarkii could be isolated, with the same disease symptoms as well.

文摘Largemouth bass have been plagued by diseases elicited by bacteria,parasites,and viruses,particularly viral diseases,which have caused significant economic losses in recent years.And there is a lack of approved antiviral drugs in the aquaculture industry.Micropterus salmoides Rhabdovirus(MSRV)is the causative agent of Micro-pterus salmoides Rhabdovirus disease,which mostly affects largemouth bass fry.By using experimental infection,transcriptome sequencing,and inhibitor treatment,the inflammatory response mediated by mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),phosphatidylinositol3-kinase(PI3K),and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)pathways was verified as one of the pathological processes of MSRV infection.Further,Myricetin,arteannuin,naringenin,ursolic acid,andrographolide,and resveratrol were selected to evolute their anti-inflammatory activity based on the promoter of NF-κB and found myricetin,naringenin,andrographolide,and resveratrol significantly inhibited NF-κB 1 promoter activity.Myricetin was found to damp MSRV caused-inflammation and inhibit MSRV infection by suppressing NF-κB signaling.Besides,myricetin improves the survival rate of largemouth bass after MSRV infection.In conclusion,myricetin presented anti-MSRV activity by targeting the NF-κB inflammatory pathway and can be further developed as a potential preventative drug of rhabdovirus disease.

文摘A salt-sensitive mutant designated rice salt sensitive 2 (rss2) was isolated from the M2 generation of the rice cultivar Nipponbare (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) mutagenized with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). This mutant exhibited a greater decrease in salt tolerance with a significant increase in Na+ content in its shoots. Genetic analysis indicated that the increase in Na+ in rss2 was controlled by a single recessive gene. Further genome-wide analysis of the linkage map constructed from the F2 population of rss2/Zhaiyeqing 8 (ZYQ8) showed that two quantitative trait loci (QTLs) on chromosomes 1 and 6 were responsible for the Na+ concentration in shoots, which explained 14.5% and 53.3%, respectively, of the phenotypic variance. The locus on chromosome 1, but not that on chromosome 6, was also detected in the F2 population of Nipponbare/ZYQ8, suggesting that the QTL on chromosome 6 was responsible for the salt sensitivity in rss2. By analyzing the recombination events in 220 mutant individuals of an enlarged mapping population of rss2/ZYQ8, the rss2 locus was precisely mapped to an interval of 605.3 kb between insertion/deletion (InDel) markers IM21962 and IM22567. This finding will facilitate the cloning of the rss2 locus and provide insight into the physiological mechanisms of salt sensitivity in rice.

文摘The chronic inflammation in periodontitis suppresses the osteogenic potential of human periodontal ligament stem cells(hPDLSCs),posing a significant challenge to endogenous bone regeneration.To address this,we developed an osteogenic and protein-delivery composite hydrogel system based on metformin carbon dots(MCDs)to enhance the osteogenic potential of hPDLSCs under inflammatory conditions.We successfully synthesized a novel Gel/MCDs@IGF-1 composite hydrogel(Gel)that exhibited excellent biocompatibility and sequentially released MCDs and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1).First,MCDs were synthesized using a onestep hydrothermal method.MCDs promote the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs under lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory conditions by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,and alleviate inflammation.Next,MCDs and IGF-1 were assembled into MCDs@IGF-1 complexes through supramolecular interactions,facilitating efficient IGF-1 delivery and reducing its degradation by trypsin.Furthermore,in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated that the Gel/MCDs@IGF-1 composite hydrogel effectively recruited stem cells,exerted early anti-inflammatory effects,increased the osteogenesis of hPDLSCs under inflammatory conditions,and significantly promoted alveolar bone regeneration in a Sprague-Dawley(SD)rat model of periodontitis.In conclusion,MCDs,with their dual roles in promoting osteogenesis and protein delivery,are a promising candidate nanoplatform for periodontitis therapy.Additionally,the MCDs-based sequential release hydrogel system presents a novel material strategy for the treatment of periodontitis.

文摘Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common type of oral malignancy,and metastasis accounts for the poor prognosis of OSCC.Autophagy is considered to facilitate OSCC development by mitigating various cellular stresses;nevertheless,the mechanisms of autophagy in OSCC cell proliferation and metastasis remain unknown.In our study,high-sensitivity label-free quantitative proteomics analysis revealed nuclear protein 1(NUPR1)as the most significantly upregulated protein in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumour samples derived from OSCC patients with or without lymphatic metastasis.

文摘Utilization of infrared light in photocatalytic water splitting is highly important yet challenging given its large proportion in sunlight.Although upconversion material may photogenerate electrons with sufficient energy,the electron transfer between upconversion material and semiconductor is inefficient limiting overall photocatalytic performance.In this work,a TiO_(2)/graphene quantum dot(GQD)hybrid system has been designed with intimate interface,which enables highly efficient transfer of photogenerated electrons from GQDs to TiO_(2).The designed hybrid material with high photogenerated electron density displays photocatalytic activity under infrared light(20 mW cm^(-2))for overall water splitting(H_(2):60.4μmol g_(cat).^(-1)h^(-1)and O_(2):30.0μmol g_(cat).^(-1)h^(-1)).With infrared light well harnessed,the system offers a solar-to-hydrogen(STH)efficiency of 0.80%in full solar spectrum.This work provides new insight into harnessing charge transfer between upconversion materials and semiconductor photocatalysts and opens a new avenue for designing photocatalysts toward working under infrared light.

文摘Three random conjugated polymers,RP-TiI,RP-2TiI and RP-TVTiI based on both thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione and isoindigo units have been synthesized by Stille cross-coupling reaction.The optical and electrochemical properties of new polymers have been investigated.The resulted polymers showed broad absorption spectra and appropriate energy levels for polymer solar cell applications.The bulk heterojunction devices based on the blend of the polymer RP-TiI and PC_(61)BM showed a power conversion efficiency of 1.75%.
