Delayed or non-healing of diabetic wounds is a significant complication,often attributed to high glucose-induced M1 macrophage accumulation,impaired angiogenesis,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)buildup.Addressing this,we introduced a strontium polyphenol network microneedle patch(SrC-MPNs@MN-PP)for percutaneous drug delivery.This patch,formulated with polymer poly(γ-glutamic acid)(γ-PGA)and epsilon-poly-l-lysine(ε-PLL),incorporates strontium polyphenol networks(SrC-MPNs).The release of chlorogenic acid(CGA)from SrC-MPNs not only neutralizes ROS,but strontium ions also foster angiogen-esis.Consequently,SrC-MPNs@MN-PP can ameliorate the diabetic wound microenvironment and expedite healing. 展开更多

教学过程中产生的群聊文本往往包含着学生对于课程的思考。通过提取分析群聊文本中学生的提问,能够了解学生的学习情况,也能结合具体内容对学生进行指导。该研究旨在通过构建问句抽取模型,对群聊文本中与课程相关的提问进行提取。实验... 教学过程中产生的群聊文本往往包含着学生对于课程的思考。通过提取分析群聊文本中学生的提问,能够了解学生的学习情况,也能结合具体内容对学生进行指导。该研究旨在通过构建问句抽取模型,对群聊文本中与课程相关的提问进行提取。实验首先针对教学过程中产生的群聊文本进行收集,并结合课程相关教材进行数据清洗工作;然后针对类别分布不均匀问题,在Text-CNN模型的基础上提出了两种优化方式:引入注意力机制和使用平衡交叉熵损失函数。实验结果表明,优化后的模型能够达到91.95%的正确率,比原有模型增加了1.04%,而问句的F1-score表现为0.72,在原有模型的基础上提高了0.06。该模型能够运用到实际教学中,将群聊文本中与教学相关的学生提问抽取出来,再与线下教学相结合,提高教师的分析效率,进一步改善教学效果。 展开更多

[Objectives] To study the effect of "acupressure therapy" on anti-inflammatory mechanism in obesity-induced IR rats. [Methods] 10 rats were randomly selected and fed with normal diet as blank group, and the ... [Objectives] To study the effect of "acupressure therapy" on anti-inflammatory mechanism in obesity-induced IR rats. [Methods] 10 rats were randomly selected and fed with normal diet as blank group, and the remaining 30 rats were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks. The obesity-induced IR model was induced and divided into two groups: model group and acupressure group. The acupressure group was treated by "acupressure therapy" three times a week for 6 weeks;the model group was taken 3 times at the same time every week, and the supine binding experiment lasted for 10 min for 6 weeks. Morphological observation was carried out before and after the experiment, mainly observing the general conditions and body weight. After the last intervention, the animals were killed and samples were collected. Western Blot method was used to detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the three groups. [Results] Compared with the blank group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the model group increased significantly ( P <0.01);compared with the model group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the acupressure group decreased significantly ( P <0.01). [Conclusions] After intervening in the obesity-induced IR rats with acupressure method, the status of insulin resistance in obese rats was improved by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors. 展开更多

Skin wounds are common in accidental injuries,and the intricacies of wound repair are closely linked to endogenous electric fields.Electrical stimulation plays a pivotal role in the restorative processes of skin injuries,encompassing collagen deposition,angiogenesis,inflammation,and re-epithelialization.Employing electrical stimulation therapy replicates and enhances the effects of endogenous wound electric fields by applying an external electric field to the wound site,thereby promoting skin wound healing.In this study,we developed a self-powered repetitive mechanical impacts-electrical stimulation(RMI-ES)system utilizing a BaTiO_(3)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)piezoelectric composite film.Compared to conventional electrical stimulation devices,the fabricated piezoelectric composite film efficiently harvests energy from the pressure applied by the stimulation device and the tensile force occurring during natural rat activities.The results demonstrated that piezoelectric stimulation generated by the composite membrane expedited the cell cycle,promoting fibroblast proliferation.Additionally,piezoelectric stimulation induced favorable changes in fibroblast gene expression,including increased expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),collagen 1,collagen 3,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),while reducing interleukin-6(IL-6)expression.Transcriptome analysis revealed that piezoelectric stimulation may induce fibroblast migration,proliferation,and collagen expression by influencing PI3K/AKT serine/threonine kinase(AKT)pathways.Further confirmation through the addition of the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 validated that piezoelectric stimulation can regulate the repair process after skin injury through the pathway.Importantly,in vivo results demonstrated that the electric field at the wound site effectively promoted wound healing,reduced inflammation,and stimulated collagen deposition and neovascularization.This study emphasizes the role of the piezoelectric membrane as an effective,safe,and battery-free electrical stimulator crucial for skin wound healing. 展开更多

Irrigation and fertilizer interaction is an efficient cultivation management strategy for facility agriculture.However,the effects of irrigation and fertilizer management on tomato growth and its physiological factors remain unclarified.In this study,two irrigation patterns(W1,conventional irrigation;W2,water-saving irrigation)and four fertilizer application patterns(CF,chemical fertilizer;BOF,biological organic fertilizer;NPK,nutrient compound fertilizer;BOF+NPK)were selected to observe the effects of their interaction on cherry tomato plant growth,leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality through pot experiments.The results showed that W2 treatments promoted plant height growth compared to W1 under the same fertilizer addition.Moreover,irrigation and fertilizer management had significant effects on net photosynthetic rate,intercellular oxidation concentration,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate at the first sequence flowering and fruiting stages.The maximum tomato plant height(99.0 cm)was achieved under the irrigation and fertilizer pattern of BOF and W2,along with the highest fruit yield of 1.98 kg/plant,which was approximately 31.1%higher than the minimum yield under the combined CF and W2 treatment.Under W2 treatments,the application of either NPK or BOF increased the soluble sugar content of tomatoes.The structural equation models showed that the soil alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen could directly significantly affect the yield and soluble sugar.The findings suggest that optimization of irrigation-fertilizer interactions positively regulates tomato growth,providing an efficient model for tomato irrigation and fertilizer management and a reference for sustainable development of facility agriculture. 展开更多

Building self-assembly nanostructures is an important way to overcome the limitations of paclitaxel in tumor therapy.However,this strategy is also faced with challenges,such as difficulties in efficient release and the potential for drug resistance.Herein,we developed a near-infrared light-activatable melanized paclitaxel self-assembly nanoparticles for synergistic anti-tumor therapy.In this strategy,paclitaxel dimer prodrugs were synthesized and paclitaxel nanoparticles were obtained through self-assembly.Finally,the paclitaxel dimer nanoparticles were capped with polydopamine(PDA,melanoidin)and human serum albumin(HSA).The disulfide bonds in paclitaxel dimeric prodrug specifically respond to high concentrations of glutathione(GSH)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in tumor cells.PDA enhances the biocompatibility of the drug molecules and imparts near-infrared photothermal conversion capability to the nano-self-assemblies.Both the in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that this paclitaxel nanoprodrug exhibited enhanced tumor therapeutic efficacy under near-infrared light irradiation. 展开更多

Skin aging is a systematic and complex process,mainly including intrinsic aging caused by time change and extrinsic aging caused by environmental factors.Photoaging caused by ultraviolet(UV)irradiation is the principle extrinsic factor of skin aging,which can directly or indirectly cause damage to DNA and other biomolecules,generate reactive oxygen species(ROS),and induce a decrease in collagen synthesis and other adverse effect.Herein,to address the causative factors and multiple side effects of skin photoaging,we constructed multifunctional peptide-melanin hybrid nanodots(PMHDs)to achieve multifaceted synergistic anti-skin aging by using melanin-like nanodots(MDs)and functional peptides as active motifs.Among them,the peptide has the activity of promoting collagen synthesis,while the MDs have the function of absorbing UV light and scavenging free radicals.Additionally,the MDs also act as a carrier to increase the cellular uptake of the peptide.The anti-photoaging effects of the PMHDs were systematically verified in a multidimensional manner at the biochemical,cellular and small animal levels,respectively. 展开更多
