通过对我国化学奥林匹克竞赛(以下可简称“化学奥赛”或“竞赛”)相关文献的回顾和梳理,发现我国学者对国内化学奥赛的研究主要集中在五个方面,包括竞赛试题解析、竞赛培训策略、地区现状研究、竞赛评述研究以及国内外化学奥赛对比分析... 通过对我国化学奥林匹克竞赛(以下可简称“化学奥赛”或“竞赛”)相关文献的回顾和梳理,发现我国学者对国内化学奥赛的研究主要集中在五个方面,包括竞赛试题解析、竞赛培训策略、地区现状研究、竞赛评述研究以及国内外化学奥赛对比分析。结果发现:试题研究和竞赛培训是两大研究热点,关于某一地区化学奥赛发展现状的研究则较少,仅仅只对几个地区开展了研究。在竞赛培训研究中,学者除了聚焦学生思维、解题技巧方面的培养,逐渐开始关注学生的兴趣、自主学习以及合作学习,而且随着化学学科核心素养的提出,也陆续有一些学者开展这一化学教育热点与化学奥赛的相关研究(主要集中在试题研究和竞赛培训两大领域)。 展开更多

Houttuynia cordata flavonoid and Sophora japonica L. polysaccharide were investigated to develop anti-UV sun-screening agent through UV wavelength scanning spectrum, antioxidant ability and cell viability after UVB irradiation. The results showed that the extracts had strong UVA and UVB absorption ability and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability. The S. japonica L. polysaccharide showed strong anti-UVB irradiation ability according to the cell viability experiment. It suggests that the H. cordata flavonoid and S. japonica L. polysaccharide could be combined as a candidate of anti-UV sun-screening supplement and compensate for the shortcomings of chemical sunscreens against UVA ray. 展开更多

Research on anti-aging activity primarily focuses on crude extracts of anthocyanins,while relatively less attention has been given to anthocyanin monomers.This study was focused on exploring the anti-aging prop-erties of the main anthocyanin monomer,petunidin-3-O-[rhamnopyranosyl-(trans-p-coumaroyl)]-5-O-(β-D-glu-copyranoside)(P3G),from the fruits of Lycium ruthenicum Murray.The effects of P3G on stress endurance,lifespan,and gut microbiota in Caenorhabditis elegans were investigated.It was found that P3G significantly extended the mean lifespan by 19.50%,enhanced fitness through increased motility(30.39%)and pharyngeal pumping(18.33%),and reduced lipofuscin accumulation by 43.61%while maintaining fecundity.P3G pro-longed lifespan by 20.13%and 18.82%during oxidative and heat stress,correspondingly.This effect was attributed to the activation of stress-related genes and the antioxidant system.The transcriptome results showed the enrichment in the longevity pathway and biosynthesis pathway of nematodes.The prominent role of the DAF-16 pathway was highlighted,as P3G enhanced the expression of daf-16 gene and downstream genes(sod-2,sod-3,and mlt-1),promoting nuclear accumulation of DAF-16.Moreover,modifications in the gut microbiota induced by P3G played a role in its anti-aging properties by governing gut microbial composition.Overall,P3G appeared to contribute to promoting the health of nematodes and might help delay their aging to some extent. 展开更多
