Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasu...Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasures and references for promoting the standardized implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Methods:A secondary analysis of literature was conducted to systematically search for domestic and international literature related to nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Meta-analysis was performed on eligible literature to evaluate the implementation effects.Simultaneously,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with healthcare workers,patients,and policymakers.Content analysis was used to organize the interview data and extract core issues and barriers.Results:A total of 46 international articles were included in the Meta-analysis,which revealed that the implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority significantly improved patients’health management outcomes,enhanced healthcare service efficiency,and increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority has demonstrated significant positive effects.However,China faces multiple barriers in its advancement,necessitating efforts in optimizing policy systems,constructing collaborative models,strengthening professional skills training,and improving social awareness to guide the scientific and rational implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.展开更多
<strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the methods and effects of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in pharyngolaryngeal cancer surgery. <strong>Methods:</strong> Among 23 cases of pharyngolar...<strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the methods and effects of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in pharyngolaryngeal cancer surgery. <strong>Methods:</strong> Among 23 cases of pharyngolaryngeal cancer patients, the surgical procedure was based on pathologic conditions, and the surgical defects were repaired by pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. <strong>Results:</strong> Among 23 patients, there were 1 case of skin flap necrosis, 4 cases of pharyngeal fistula, 1 case of hypopharyngeal esophageal stenosis;except 1 case of pharyngeal fistula died of carotid artery rupture caused by infection, 1 case of hypopharyngeal esophageal stenosis required a gastric tube, and the rest patient’s swallowing function is normal. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The blood supply of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is reliable with the tissue volume enough for reconstruction. It turns out to improve patient survival and postoperative quality of life with the application of pharyngolaryngeal cancer surgery.展开更多
Haloxyfop-P-methyl,a widely used aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicide,has been identified as a potential hazard to ecological security and human health.Consequently,it is essential to develop superior methods for detect...Haloxyfop-P-methyl,a widely used aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicide,has been identified as a potential hazard to ecological security and human health.Consequently,it is essential to develop superior methods for detecting haloxyfop-P-methyl.In this study,12 peptidomimetics and 4 anti-immunocomplex peptides were isolated from phage-displayed peptide libraries,which can specifically recognize the anti-haloxyfop-P-methyl antibody and the immunocomplex formed by haloxyfop-P-methyl and its antibody,respectively.Following the sensitivity assessment of each phage-displayed peptide,competitive and noncompetitive phage enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(P-ELISAs)were developed using the best phage-displayed peptides.The half inhibition concentration(IC50)and half saturation concentration(SC50)of competitive and noncompetitive P-ELISAs were determined to be 8.15 and 1.83 ng/mL,respectively,representing the 5-fold and 22-fold increase in sensitivity compared to previously reported immunoassay.The competitive P-ELISA exhibited 2.2%-114.8% crossreactivities(CRs)to haloxyfop-methyl,haloxyfop and quizalofop-p-ethyl,while the noncompetitive P-ELISA showed no significant CR(<0.1%)except for haloxyfop-methyl(CR=41.6%).The average recoveries of two PELISAs in soil,soybean,potato,and cabbage samples ranged from 78.4% to 104.3% and 76.8%-95.2%,respectively.Additionally,the results of P-ELISAs for blind samples exhibited a good correlation with those obtained from ultra-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry.展开更多
