In recent years, Chinas construction industry has developed rapidly, but due to the quality of buildings and geological disasters, the phenomenon of building collapse is common. Therefore, how to improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated structure has become a current research hotspot. This paper takes prefabricated structure as the starting point, explains its concept and introduces related categories, then summarizes the seismic performance research process of prefabricated structure, and finally illustrates the current research direction and considerations of seismic performance.
