为提高云环境下密文域可逆信息隐藏算法的嵌入率和安全性,将密文策略属性基加密和密文域可逆信息隐藏有机结合,提出一种基于细粒度访问控制的密文域可逆信息隐藏算法。首先,根据预测误差范围对像素进行分类,利用参数二叉树对不同类别的... 为提高云环境下密文域可逆信息隐藏算法的嵌入率和安全性,将密文策略属性基加密和密文域可逆信息隐藏有机结合,提出一种基于细粒度访问控制的密文域可逆信息隐藏算法。首先,根据预测误差范围对像素进行分类,利用参数二叉树对不同类别的像素进行标记;其次,基于密文策略属性基加密算法对图像加密密钥进行加密,将加密后的密钥和需要隐藏的信息嵌入密文图像中。实验结果表明,所提算法将不可嵌入像素分为自记录像素和不可记录像素后,辅助信息量减少,从而增大了嵌入容量。相较于现有最佳算法,所提算法平均嵌入率提高约0.2 bit/pixel,同时能够实现对密文图像的细粒度访问控制,具有嵌入率大、安全性高、可逆性好等特点,实用性较强。 展开更多

Carbon emissions in China’s steel industry from a life cycle perspective:Carbon footprint insights 被引量:6

China is the most important steel producer in the world,and its steel industry is one of themost carbon-intensive industries in China.Consequently,research on carbon emissions from the steel industry is crucial for China to achieve carbon neutrality and meet its sustainable global development goals.We constructed a carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emission model for China’s iron and steel industry froma life cycle perspective,conducted an empirical analysis based on data from2019,and calculated the CO_(2)emissions of the industry throughout its life cycle.Key emission reduction factors were identified using sensitivity analysis.The results demonstrated that the CO_(2)emission intensity of the steel industry was 2.33 ton CO_(2)/ton,and the production and manufacturing stages were the main sources of CO_(2)emissions,accounting for 89.84%of the total steel life-cycle emissions.Notably,fossil fuel combustion had the highest sensitivity to steel CO_(2)emissions,with a sensitivity coefficient of 0.68,reducing the amount of fossil fuel combustion by 20%and carbon emissions by 13.60%.The sensitivities of power structure optimization and scrap consumption were similar,while that of the transportation structure adjustment was the lowest,with a sensitivity coefficient of less than 0.1.Given the current strategic goals of peak carbon and carbon neutrality,it is in the best interest of the Chinese government to actively promote energy-saving and low-carbon technologies,increase the ratio of scrap steel to steelmaking,and build a new power system. 展开更多

绿电制氢合成氨是大规模消纳风光可再生电能并解决绿色燃料化学品短缺问题的有效方案。提出了一种集成合成氨余热储存利用的风光驱动质子交换膜电解槽制氢/热备双模式运行系统,避免电解槽频繁启停并合理解决合成氨工艺余热浪费问题。结... 绿电制氢合成氨是大规模消纳风光可再生电能并解决绿色燃料化学品短缺问题的有效方案。提出了一种集成合成氨余热储存利用的风光驱动质子交换膜电解槽制氢/热备双模式运行系统,避免电解槽频繁启停并合理解决合成氨工艺余热浪费问题。结果表明:双模式运行系统可大幅降低电解槽启动时间,951 kW电解槽25℃冷启动耗时512 s,从热备模式47.5℃热启动仅需274 s;系统在热备模式下仅给水泵耗电,单位制氢容量耗电功率为0.49 kW;双罐储热子系统配置10.8 t Dowtherm-G导热油,在蓄热状态以3 kg/s的流量吸收合成氨装置余热气体,可使热罐1.00h内储满,在放热状态以0.64kg/s的流量加热电解槽入口给水,可使电解槽热备状态持续运行4.68h。此外,通过制氢/热备双模式运行产生的收益超出储热子系统投资,具有良好的经济性。 展开更多

Observing plants across time and diverse scenes is critical in uncovering plant growth patterns.Classic methods often struggle to observe or measure plants against complex backgrounds and at different growth stages.This highlights the need for a universal approach capable of providing realistic plant visualizations across time and scene.Here,we introduce PlantGaussian,an approach for generating realistic three-dimensional(3D)visualization for plants across time and scenes.It marks one of the first applications of 3D Gaussian splatting techniques in plant science,achieving high-quality visualization across species and growth stages.By integrating the Segment Anything Model(SAM)and tracking algorithms,PlantGaussian overcomes the limitations of classic Gaussian reconstruction techniques in complex planting environments.A new mesh partitioning technique is employed to convert Gaussian rendering results into measurable plant meshes,offering a methodology for accurate 3D plant morphology phenotyping.To support this approach,PlantGaussian dataset is developed,which includes images of four crop species captured under multiple conditions and growth stages.Using only plant image sequences as input,it computes high-fidelity plant visualization models and 3D meshes for 3D plant morphological phenotyping.Visualization results indicate that most plant models achieve a Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)exceeding 25,outperforming all models including the original 3D Gaussian Splatting and enhanced NeRF.The mesh results indicate an average relative error of 4%between the calculated values and the true measurements.As a generic 3D digital plant model,PlantGaussian will support expansion of plant phenotype databases,ecological research,and remote expert consultations. 展开更多

The enhancement of coercivity in Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets modified by Pr_(58)Dy_(10)Cu_(32)alloy was investigated through scanning electron microscope(SEM)and in-situ magneto-optic Kerr effect(MOKE)microscopy.The modification treatment resulted in the formation of a smooth and continuous weakly magnetic grain boundary layer and the(Nd,Pr,Dy)_(2)Fe_(14)B main phase with a high magnetocrystalline anisotropy field,leading to an increased coercivity of 23 kOe.MOKE observations revealed that the dynamic evolution of the maze domain area under an external magnetic field varied significantly between the original and modified magnets.Compared with the original magnets,the modified magnets exhibited a slower decrease in maze domain area during magnetization and a slower increase during reverse magnetization,contributing to the observed coercivity enhancement. 展开更多

背景麦冬皂苷D(ophiopogonin D,OPD)是中药麦冬提取物中重要的单体成分且具有抗癌作用,但是否具有抗肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)作用还未知.本研究假设OPD能够通过上调miR-519d-3p表达进而下调真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eukar... 背景麦冬皂苷D(ophiopogonin D,OPD)是中药麦冬提取物中重要的单体成分且具有抗癌作用,但是否具有抗肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)作用还未知.本研究假设OPD能够通过上调miR-519d-3p表达进而下调真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E,EIF4E)表达发挥抗HCC作用.目的探讨OPD对HCC细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响及可能的作用机制.方法培养HCC细胞HepG2和MHCC97,不同浓度(2.5μmol/L、5μmol/L、10μmol/L)的OPD作用48 h后,四甲基噻唑蓝染色法(methylthiazoletrazolium,MTT)检测细胞增殖,Transwell检测细胞迁移和侵袭,实时荧光定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR)检测细胞中miR-519d-3p和EIF4E mRNA表达,Western blot检测细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)、p21、基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)、MMP-9和EIF4E蛋白表达.双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证miR-519d-3p和EIF4E之间关系.转染miR-519d-3p mimics、si-EIF4E构建miR-519d-3p过表达或EIF4E表达抑制的HepG2和MHCC97细胞,RT-qPCR检测细胞中miR-519d-3p表达或Western blot检测EIF4E蛋白表达验证转染效率.MTT、Transwell、Western blot分别检测过表达miR-519d-3p或抑制EIF4E表达对HepG2和MHCC97细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,及CyclinD1、p21、MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达的影响.结果与对照组比,OPD组HepG2细胞抑制率显著升高(P<0.05),迁移和侵袭数显著降低(P<0.05),HepG2细胞中CyclinD1、MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05),p21蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05),miR-519d-3p表达显著升高(P<0.05),EIF4E mRNA和蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05),且呈浓度依赖性.miR-519d-3p在HepG2细胞中靶向负调控EIF4E表达.miR-519d-3p过表达或抑制EIF4E表达均可抑制HepG2细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭.抑制miR-519d-3p表达部分逆转了OPD对HepG2细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的抑制作用.结论OPD可能通过调控miR-519d-3p/EIF4E表达抑制HCC细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭. 展开更多

Variable frequency,a new pattern of pulse hydraulic fracturing,is presented for improving permeability in coal seam.A variable frequency pulse hydraulic fracturing testing system was built,the mould with triaxial loading was developed.Based on the monitor methods of pressure sensor and acoustic emission,the trials of two patterns of pulse hydraulic fracturing of single frequency and variable frequency were carried out,and at last fracturing mechanism was analyzed.The results show that the effect of variable frequency on fracture extension is better than that of single frequency based on the analysis of macroscopic figures and AE.And the shortage of single frequency is somewhat remedied when the frequency is variable.Under variable frequency,the pressure process can be divided into three stages:low frequency band,pressure stability band and high frequency band,and rupture pressure of the sample is smaller than that of the condition of single frequency.Based on the Miner fatigue theory,the effect of different loading sequences on sample rupture is discussed and the results show that it is better to select the sequence of low frequency at first and then high frequency.Our achievements can give a basis for the improvement and optimization of the pulse hydraulic fracturing technology. 展开更多

Influence of Zr contents on high-temperature magnetic performance of Sm(CoFeCuZr)(x=0.025,0.03,0.035,0.04) magnets were investigated.As x increases from 0.025 to 0.04,the temperature coefficient of intrinsic coercivity(H) is optimized from-0.1673% K^(-1)to-0.1382% K^(-1)and the Hat 773 K gradually increases from 556.32 kA m^(-1)to 667 kA m^(-1).The microstructure and microchemistry of different Zr-content magnets were revealed by a transmission electron microscope equipped with EDS.The increasing Zr content induces that the average size of cells decreases from ~76 nm to ~56 nm and the weight fraction of 1:5 H cell boundary phase increases from ~25% to ~37% as well,resulting decreasing of the average Cu content at cell boundaries from 13.59 at% to ~8.52 at%.It is found that the Cu-lean characteristic at cell boundary phase is the reason that gives rise to higher magnetic properties at elevated temperatures for x=0.04 magnet. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung(HAL) is an extremely rare malignant tumor,and many patients with HAL exhibit high levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) expression.Currently,there is no standardized treatment strategy for advanced HAL and its prognosis is poor.CASE SUMMARY We report a 55-year-old man with unresectable AFP-related HAL.The largest cross-sectional area of the mass in the upper lobe of the left lung at the beginning of treatment was 8.46 cm × 6.53 cm.The patient’s serum AFP level was 9283 ng/m L.The mass increased in size to 8.86 cm × 8.21 cm after two courses of platinum-based combination chemotherapy and immunotherapy,and serum AFP reached its highest level(71232.2 ng/m L).The patient was treated with sorafenib(400 mg twice daily,per os).Forty days later,the mass was reduced to 5.63 cm × 5.29 cm and serum AFP level dropped to 786.8 ng/m L.The patient achieved partial remission for > 9 mo with sorafenib and an excellent biomarker response,as well as survival > 13 mo,which is among the longest reported for unresectable stage IV HAL.CONCLUSION This is the first report to document successful treatment of unresectable AFPrelated HAL with single-agent sorafenib after multiline therapy. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the relationship between cholecystectomy and fatty liver disease(FLD) in a Chinese population.METHODS: A total of 32428 subjects who had voluntarily undergone annual health checkups in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2011 to May 2013 were included in this study. Basic data collection, physical examination, laboratory examination, and abdominal ultrasound examination were performed.RESULTS: Subjects undergoing cholecystectomy were associated with greater age, female sex, higher body mass index, and higher levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose, total cholesterol, and triglycerides. However, no significant differences were found in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gammaglutamyl transpeptidase, albumin, and serum uric acid. The overall prevalence of FLD diagnosed by ultrasonography was high at 38.4%. The prevalence of FLD was significantly higher for subjects who had undergone cholecystectomy(46.9%) than those who had not undergone cholecystectomy(38.1%; χ2 test, P < 0.001). Cholecystectomy was positively associated with FLD(OR = 1.433, 95%CI: 1.259-1.631). However, after adjusting for possible factors associated withFLD, multivariate regression analysis showed that the association between cholecystectomy and FLD was not statistically significant(OR = 1.096; 95%CI: 0.939-1.279). CONCLUSION: According to our study results, cholecystectomy may not be a significant risk factor for FLD. 展开更多

Objective: hER-α36 is a variant of estrogen receptor-a, identified and cloned by a team of American. This research is to determine whether hER-α36 can enhance or weaken chemosensitivity to docetaxel in breast cancer cell line MCF-7(ERα66 positive). Methods: RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of ERα66 and ERa36 in the two human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7(MCF-7/ERα66) and MCF-7 transfected with ERa36(MCF-7/ERα36). The two cell lines were treated with docetaxel(0-100umol/L), and cell growth and apoptosis were evaluated using MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol- 2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay (using adriamycin (0-50umol/L) as the control) and flowcytometry. Western blot analysis was used to measure the effect of docetaxel on phosphor-ERKl/2 expression in the two cell lines. Results: The expressions of ERct36 and ERα66 were detectable in both MCF-7/ERα66 and MCF-7/ERα36 cell lines, while the expression of ERα36 in MCF-7/ER36 cells was higher. Both docetaxel and adriamycin inhibited the proliferation of both cells lines in a dose and time dependent manner. In comparison with MCF-7/ERα36 cell line, the MCF-7/ERα66 cells produced greater growth inhibition and apoptosis after treatment with docetaxel, but there was no significant difference in growth inhibition between the two cell lines treated with adriamycin; The MCF-7/ERα36 cell line resulted in a significant activation (phosphorylation) of ERK1/2 after treatment with docetaxel in a dose-dependent manner, but in the MCF-7/ERα66 cell line , a decrease in the level of phosphor- ERK1/2 expression was observed as the dose of docetaxel increased. Conclusion: ERa36 may be an agent that weakens chemosensitivity to docetaxel in breast cancer, probably by activating the expression of ERKI/2. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Acute chest pain(ACP)is very common among patients presenting to emergency departments.Nevertheless,ACP caused by esophageal foreign body is relatively rarely reported.CASE SUMMARY A 56-year-old man suffering from chest pain(increased pain for the last 9 h)was admitted to our hospital on October 25,2015.After undergoing physical examination and laboratory blood testing,he was diagnosed with acute anterior myocardial infarction.Consequently,the patient underwent emergency percutaneous coronary angiography;however,no myocardial infarction signs were observed.Later on,the patient experienced respiration failure and therefore was transferred to intensive care unit.Cardiac ultrasound showed pericardial effusion,which was considered as the cause of shock.He then underwent pericardium puncture drainage and the circulation temporarily improved.Nevertheless,persistent pericardial bleeding,unclear bleeding causes,and clot formation induced poor drainage led to worsening of cardiac tamponade symptoms.Consequently,the patient underwent emergency exploratory thoracotomy,which revealed a fish bone causing pericardial bleeding.The bone was removed,and the damaged blood vessels were mended.Eventually,the patient was discharged in good clinical condition.CONCLUSION For patients with chest pain,it is necessary to consider the possibility of foreign body in the esophagus or even in the heart.Careful history taking and the corresponding inspection can help to avoid unnecessary damage and safeguard patients from unnecessary pain. 展开更多

A new prestack AVA simultaneous inversion using particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, which can obtain the elastic parameters such as P-wave and S-wave impedance from P-wave reflection data simultaneously. Compared with the conventional AVA inversion based on generalized linear technique, this method does not depend on the initial model and can reach the global minimum. In order to increase the stability of the inversion, low-frequency trends of P-wave and S-wave impedances are built into the inversion. This method has been successfully applied to synthetic and field data. The estimated P-wave and S-wave impedances can be combined to derive other elastic parameters, which are sensitive for lithology identification and fluid prediction. 展开更多
