A rapidly growing field is piezoresistive sensor for accurate respiration rate monitoring to suppress the worldwide respiratory illness.However,a large neglected issue is the sensing durability and accuracy without interference since the expiratory pressure always coupled with external humidity and temperature variations,as well as mechanical motion artifacts.Herein,a robust and biodegradable piezoresistive sensor is reported that consists of heterogeneous MXene/cellulose-gelation sensing layer and Ag-based interdigital electrode,featuring customizable cylindrical interface arrangement and compact hierarchical laminated architecture for collectively regulating the piezoresistive response and mechanical robustness,thereby realizing the long-term breath-induced pressure detection.Notably,molecular dynamics simulations reveal the frequent angle inversion and reorientation of MXene/cellulose in vacuum filtration,driven by shear forces and interfacial interactions,which facilitate the establishment of hydrogen bonds and optimize the architecture design in sensing layer.The resultant sensor delivers unprecedented collection features of superior stability for off-axis deformation(0-120°,~2.8×10^(-3) A)and sensing accuracy without crosstalk(humidity 50%-100%and temperature 30-80).Besides,the sensor-embedded mask together with machine learning models is achieved to train and classify the respiration status for volunteers with different ages(average prediction accuracy~90%).It is envisioned that the customizable architecture design and sensor paradigm will shed light on the advanced stability of sustainable electronics and pave the way for the commercial application in respiratory monitory. 展开更多

The structure was determined by spectroscopic analyses and Marfey's amino acid analysis. Cristatumin E (1) showed cytotoxicity against K562 tumor cell line and antibacterial activity against Enterobacter aerogenes and Escherichia coli with IC50 and MIC values of 8.3, 44.0 and 44.0 μmol/L, respectively. 展开更多

Pyro-breaker is a fast-responding and high-reliable explosive-driven circuit breaker,which has been applied in several quench protection systems,such as International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor and Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak.As an indispensable back-up switch,Pyro-breaker guarantees the reliability and safety of the system and avoids tremendous loss when quench happens.Electrical contact,a crucial part of an electrical device greatly determines the steady current capacity of a Pyro-breaker.However,due to the complexity of the model and the deficiency knowledge of the microstate of contact areas,an accurate calculation for contact resistance is difficult to acquire.A study of electrical contact in the design of a Pyro-breaker has been presented in this paper.An engineering calculation method is verified with experiments.Parameters are fitted for the presented model,which will be a significant theoretical basis for the future designing. 展开更多

(±)-Pyriindolin(1)with a rare molecular backbone formed by fusing a 2,2'-bipyridine nucleus into a spiro[furan-3,3'-indoline]skeleton,was isolated from the Streptomyces albolongus EA12432.The constitution and the relative configuration of(±)-1 were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses,^(13)C calculation and DP4+probability analysis.The absolute configurations of optically pure(+)-1 and(-)-1 which were obtained after a chiral high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)separation were further identified by electronic circular dichroism(ECD)calculations.(+)-and(-)-Pyriindolins displayed moderate cytotoxicity against HCT-116 cell line with the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))values of 2.89±0.17μmol/L and 4.47±0.26μmol/L,respectively. 展开更多

目的:探讨Neuroform EZ支架在症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄病变介入治疗中的效果及对神经损伤的影响。方法:将2021年1月—2023年3月在钦州市第二人民医院住院治疗的80例症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组40例... 目的:探讨Neuroform EZ支架在症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄病变介入治疗中的效果及对神经损伤的影响。方法:将2021年1月—2023年3月在钦州市第二人民医院住院治疗的80例症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组进行药物治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上采用Neuroform EZ支架治疗。治疗6个月和12个月后随访。比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良血管事件发生率、治疗前后的脑血流灌注情况[脑血容量(CBV)及脑血流量(CBF)]、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分及神经损伤指标[血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)]。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的血流灌注情况、NIHSS评分、MRS评分及神经损伤指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月及12个月后观察组的CBV及CBF均显著高于对照组,治疗1周及2周后NIHSS评分、MRS评分及神经损伤指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Neuroform EZ支架在症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄病变介入治疗中的效果确切,且可有效控制神经损伤,因此在症状性大脑中动脉M_(1)段狭窄患者中的应用价值较高。 展开更多

目的:探析支架置入术应用于急性大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞的临床效果,研究该方案与传统球囊扩张治疗方案的优劣性。方法:择取钦州市第二人民医院2021年6月—2024年6月收治的100例确诊为急性MAC闭塞患者,通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与... 目的:探析支架置入术应用于急性大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞的临床效果,研究该方案与传统球囊扩张治疗方案的优劣性。方法:择取钦州市第二人民医院2021年6月—2024年6月收治的100例确诊为急性MAC闭塞患者,通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,两组均为50例。对照组患者采取传统球囊扩张方案完成治疗,观察组患者采取支架置入术。对比两组患者血管开通情况、神经功能改善效果、预后良好率、残余狭窄发生率、围手术期远端血管栓塞率、症状性颅内出血(SICH)发生率、死亡率及支架内再狭窄率。结果:两组患者治疗后血管再通率、术后1周神经功能改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后1周SICH发生率、死亡率及术后90 d预后良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后即刻残余狭窄发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组围手术期远端血管栓塞率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组术后6个月内支架内再狭窄率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支架置入术应用于急性MCA闭塞治疗中可获得与传统球囊扩张治疗方案近似的血管再通及预后效果,二者术后1周SICH发生率、死亡率相近,但采用支架置入术治疗能够明显降低围手术期远端血管栓塞率及随访期内支架内再狭窄率。 展开更多

半芳香尼龙是电子电气及汽车制造领域不可或缺的高性能耐高温工程塑料,近年来需求量日益增大,引起了研究工作者的高度关注,我国生物法戊二胺的规模化生产为半芳香尼龙5T共聚物的研究开发提供了坚实基础。文中以喷雾干燥法制备的尼龙5T/5... 半芳香尼龙是电子电气及汽车制造领域不可或缺的高性能耐高温工程塑料,近年来需求量日益增大,引起了研究工作者的高度关注,我国生物法戊二胺的规模化生产为半芳香尼龙5T共聚物的研究开发提供了坚实基础。文中以喷雾干燥法制备的尼龙5T/56盐(摩尔比为6:4)为原料,利用直接固相聚合法(DSSP)制备了生物基半芳香尼龙5T/56。通过对聚合条件的系统研究,实现了对物料物理状态的控制,进而实现了尼龙盐的DSSP聚合,得到了相对分子质量较大的粉末状聚合产物。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确认了尼龙5T/56的结构;利用差示扫描量热仪得到初生态产物的熔点和热焓为319℃和90.7 J/g;利用热重分析仪得到初始热分解温度(Td5%)为403℃;力学性能测试得到拉伸强度为85.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为15.4%,缺口冲击强度为2.66 kJ/m2。研究结果表明,采用DSSP制备尼龙5T/56具有反应温度低、反应周期短、产品色泽好、综合性能良好的特点,为易溶于水的共混半芳香尼龙盐高效聚合技术的开发提供了一定的参考。 展开更多

白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍对小鼠痤疮炎症的改善作用研究

目的:观察白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀炎症及小鼠痤疮炎症的改善作用。方法:通过建立二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,确定白及茋类成分与广藿香油的较佳配伍比例。进一步采用小鼠痤疮模型研究白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍... 目的:观察白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀炎症及小鼠痤疮炎症的改善作用。方法:通过建立二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,确定白及茋类成分与广藿香油的较佳配伍比例。进一步采用小鼠痤疮模型研究白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍的治疗作用,将60只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组及白及茋类成分-广藿香油2∶1配伍低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,除空白组外,其余各组小鼠耳廓皮内注射痤疮丙酸杆菌,连续5 d,造模结束后连续涂抹给药7 d。观察小鼠耳廓红肿情况、耳廓厚度变化、耳廓组织病理变化并检测血清β干扰素(IFN-β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-18(IL-18)水平。结果:白及茋类成分-广藿香油2∶1配伍对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀炎症的改善作用较佳。小鼠痤疮模型给药结束后,与模型组比较,各给药组小鼠耳廓红肿均得到明显改善,病理组织炎性细胞浸润减少,耳廓厚度及肿胀度均明显下降(P<0.01),血清IFN-β、IL-6、IL-18水平均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:白及茋类成分与广藿香油配伍可有效改善小鼠痤疮炎症,可能与降低IFN-β、IL-6、IL-18水平有关。 展开更多

A chemical investigation of Streptomyces sp.GZWMJZ-662,an endophytic actinomycete isolated from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.,has yielded eleven bohemamine dimers(1-11).Notably,the newly identified dibohemamines I-O(1-7)have not been previously reported.Their structures were elucidated through detailed spectroscopic analysis,encompassing high-resolution electrospray ionization mass,nuclear magnetic resonance,infrared radiation,ultraviolet-visible,and electronic circular dichroism spectroscopy.Dibohemamine I(1)exhibited selective cytotoxic effects against the cancer cell lines 786-O and GBC-SD among the 18 cell lines evaluated,with the half-inhibitory concentration values of 3.24±0.20 and 7.36±0.41μM,respectively. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose a new non-Gaussian quantum state,termed the photon-modulated displaced thermal state(DTS).Using the operator ordering method,we obtain the normal ordering product of its density operator and then investigate its normalization,the negativity of its Wigner function and its non-Gaussianity. 展开更多

The Sulige gas field is a typical low-pressure low-permeability tight sandstone gas reservoir. The reservoir has poor seepage capacity, strong heterogeneity, high mineralization of formation water and extremely scarce water resources on the site. These unfavorable factors have brought great difficulties to the on-site mining process. Now, a nano-composite green environmental protection slick water fracturing fluid system CQFR can be quickly dissolved because of the larger specific surface area, and the small molecular size makes the damage to the reservoir less than 5%, and the average drag reduction effect can reach more than 73%. It can quickly and well dissolve and maintain performance under high salinity conditions and fracturing flowback fluids. It responds well to the complex reservoir conditions on the construction site and makes the flowback fluid recyable, which greatly reduces the consumption of water resources on the construction site and effectively improves the construction efficiency and economic benefits. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to obtain the best planting technology system of Dysosma versipellis.[Methods]The rhizomes of D.versipellis were selected as the propagation material.Experiments were conducted on one-year-old,two-year-old and three-year-old rhizomes to investigate the effects of hormone formula,soaking time,and growth years on the planting technology.[Results]The effects of various factors on the growth rate of D.versipellis ranked as hormone formula>rhizome age>soaking time(h).The optimal combination was A_(2)B_(2)C_(3),which corresponded to three-year-old rhizomes soaked for 12 h in a hormone solution containing BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.Adventitious roots of D.versipellis(including isolated adventitious roots and adventitious roots attached to two-year-old rhizomes)were also used for propagation,while also considering whether to add Shuangjier(GGR)solution,with soaking times in the GGR solution set at 4,12,and 24 h,respectively.The results indicated that soaking the roots attached to rhizomes in GGR solution for 12 h yielded the highest growth rate.[Conclusions]This study not only provides technical support for the cultivation of D.versipellis,but also offers a reference for formulating corresponding Technical Operating Procedures(SOP)and establishing demonstration bases. 展开更多
