Tangshan, as a resource-based development city, has taken human resources as an important support in the development of traditional industries in recent years. By analyzing the new demand for talent resources in the transformation of traditional industries in Tangshan City, this paper finds out the main problems in talent empowerment and explores the high-quality development path of traditional industries with talent empowerment. By making a good combination of recruiting talents and attracting talents, we can use talent empowerment to promote the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of traditional industries in Tangshan, so as to fully release the huge energy stored by talent elements, integrate talent resources with the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and provide strong intellectual support for striving to create a new situation of "three efforts to build" in Tangshan.展开更多
