With the vast advancements in Information Technology, the emergence of Online Social Networking(OSN)has also hit its peak and captured the atten-tion of the young generation people. The clone intends to replicate the users and inject massive malicious activities that pose a crucial security threat to the original user. However, the attackers also target this height of OSN utilization, explicitly creating the clones of the user’s account.Various clone detection mechanisms are designed based on social-network activities. For instance, monitoring the occur-rence of clone edges is done to restrict the generation of clone activities. However, this assumption is unsuitable for a real-time environment and works optimally during the simulation process. This research concentrates on modeling and effi-cient clone prediction and avoidance methods to help the social network activists and the victims enhance the clone prediction accuracy. This model does not rely on assumptions. Here,an ensemble Adaptive Random Subspace is used for clas-sifying the clone victims with k-Nearest Neighbour(k-NN)as a base classifier. The weighted clone nodes are analysed using the weighted graph theory concept based on the classified results. When the weighted node’s threshold value is high-er,the trust establishment is terminated, and the clones are ranked and sorted in the higher place for termination. Thus, the victims are alert to the clone propaga-tion over the online social networking end,and the validation is done using the MATLAB 2020a simulation environment. The model shows a better trade-off than existing approaches like Random Forest(RF),Naïve Bayes(NB),and the standard graph model.Various performance metrics like True Positive Rate(TPR),False Alarm Rate(FAR),Recall,Precision,F-measure,and ROC and run time analysis are evaluated to show the significance of the model. 展开更多

Mobile devices and social networks provide communication opportunities among the young generation, which increases vulnerability and cybercrimes activities.A recent survey reports that cyberbullying and cyberstalking constitute a developing issue among youngsters. This paper focuses on cyberbullying detection in mobile phone text by retrieving with the help of an oxygen forensics toolkit. We describe the data collection using forensics technique and a corpus of suspicious activities like cyberbullying annotation from mobile phones and carry out a sequence of binary classification experiments to determine cyberbullying detection. We use forensics techniques,Machine Learning(ML),and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms to exploit suspicious patterns to help the forensics investigation where every evidence contributes to the case.Experiments on a real-time dataset reveal better results for the detection of cyberbullying content. The Random Forest in ML approach produces 87%of accuracy without SMOTE technique, whereas the value of F1Score produces a good result with SMOTE technique. The LSTM has 92%of validation accuracy in the DL algorithm compared with Dense and BiLSTM algorithms. 展开更多

Supportive learning plays a substantial role in providing a quality edu-cation system. The evaluation of students’performance impacts their deeper insight into the subject knowledge.Specifically,it is essential to maintain the baseline foundation for building a broader understanding of their careers. This research concentrates on establishing the students’knowledge relationship even in reduced samples. Here,Synthetic Minority Oversampling TEchnique(SMOTE)technique is used for pre-processing the missing value in the provided input dataset to enhance the prediction accuracy. When the initial processing is not done substantially,it leads to misleading prediction accuracy. This research concentrates on modelling an efficient classifier model to predict students’perfor-mance.Generally,the online available student dataset comprises a lesser amount of sample, and k-fold cross-validation is performed to balance the dataset. Then, the relationship among the students’performance(features)is measured using the auto-encoder.The stacked Long Short Term Memory(s-LSTM)is used to learn the previous feedback connection. The stacked model handles the provided data and the data sequence for understanding the long-term dependencies. The simula-tion is done in the MATLAB 2020a environment, and the proposed model shows a better trade-off than the existing approaches. Some evaluation metrics like pre-diction accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,AUROC,F1-score and recall are evalu-ated using the proposed model. The performance of the s?LSTM model is compared with existing approaches. The proposed model gives 89% accuracy,83% precision,86%recall,and 87%F-score.The proposed model outperforms the existing systems in terms of the earlier metrics. 展开更多
