文章研究了近30年泾源县夏季的气温、降水、相对湿度、风和气象风险等方面的变化情况,对泾源县夏季人体舒适度进行了分析。结果表明:夏季泾源县拥有较为理想的避暑旅游气候禀赋,平均气温适宜,降水充沛,湿度和风力适宜,且无高温、强风和... 文章研究了近30年泾源县夏季的气温、降水、相对湿度、风和气象风险等方面的变化情况,对泾源县夏季人体舒适度进行了分析。结果表明:夏季泾源县拥有较为理想的避暑旅游气候禀赋,平均气温适宜,降水充沛,湿度和风力适宜,且无高温、强风和大雨等方面的风险,非常适合开展避暑旅游;夏季泾源县有超过2/3以上的日数人体感觉都在舒适等级以上,而且气候生态环境十分优越。可以说,夏季泾源县是我国西北地区理想的避暑旅游目的地。 展开更多

The influence of the temperature of liquid aluminum alloy, the dipping time in liquid alloy and the thickness of base strips on the solidified layer was studied during the process of producing aluminum alloy composite strips used in automobile radiator with inversion casting. It is concluded that there is welding as well as diffusion of alloying elements between the base strip and the coating. Experiments proved that the interface has a good bonding. 展开更多

In contrast, we find that NRP-154 cells ... NRP-154 is a tumorigenic epithelial cell line derived from the preneoplastic dorsal-lateral prostate of rats. These cells are exquisitely sensitive to TGF-β induced apoptosis. In contrast, we find that NRP-154 cells can sustain overexpression of exogenous Bax protein, which is different from non-tumor cells where Bax functions as a ubiquitous stimulator of apoptosis. NRP-154 cells stably overexpressing Bax show increased sensitivity to TGF-β induced apoptosis. The degree of TGF-β induced apoptosis displays high correlation with cleavage of Bax at the amino-terminus. Our data indicate that prostate cancer cells can host high levels of latent Bax which can be activated through post-translational modification. 展开更多

The conditions of reaction were investigated in detail. The stable purple complex with an absorption wavelength at 530 nm was produced from the reaction between chloranilic acid and water. As a method for determination of H2O, Beer’s law was obeyed in range of 0-6.0 % or 0-8.0 % (V/V) with the detection limit of 0.13 %. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2 %. The proposed method has been applied to determination of trace amount of water in ethanol, flour and food flavoring, respectively. The recoveries of water in samples were 97~102 %. 展开更多

The binding between three surface-active substituted 3H-indole fluorescence probes and bovine serum albumin (BSA) in aqueous solution was studied using fluorescence quenching. The binding constants of 3H-indole molecules with BSA were obtained. According to the F?rster resonance energy transfer theory, the distances between 3H-indole molecules and tryptophan of BSA were calculated. The results show that the oligoethyloxyethylene chain of 3H-indole molecules is longer, the binding between them is stronger, the energy transfer efficiency is higher, and the distance between tryptophan and 3H-indole is nearer. 展开更多
