Through literature analysis and data statistics, it systematically reviews the current status of cultivation, processing, sales, and research & development of G. pentaphyllum , identifies core industrial development issues, and proposes sustainable development strategies based on policy, market, and technological trends. The research reveals that Pingli County has established a large-scale cultivation and primary processing system for G. pentaphyllum , but faces challenges including insufficient development of high value-added products and weak brand influence. Future industrial upgrading should be achieved through technological innovation, brand building, and industrial chain extension.展开更多

Personalized drug response prediction from molecular data is an important challenge in precision medicine for treating cancer.Computational methods have been widely explored and have become increasingly accurate in re...Personalized drug response prediction from molecular data is an important challenge in precision medicine for treating cancer.Computational methods have been widely explored and have become increasingly accurate in recent years.However,the clinical application of prediction methods is still in its infancy due to large discrepancies between preclinial models and patients.We present a novel disentangled synthesis transfer network(DiSyn)for drug response prediction specifically designed for transfer learning from preclinical models to clinical patients.DiSyn uses a domain separation network(DSN)to disentangle drug response related features,employs data synthesis technology to increase the sample size and iteratively trains for better feature disentanglement.DiSyn is pretrained on large-scale unlabeled cancer samples and validated by three datasets,The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),Investigation of Serial Studies to Predict Your Therapeutic Response With Imaging And moLecular Analysis 2(I-SPY2)and Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research Patient-Derived Xenograft Encyclopedia(NIBR PDXE),achieving competitive performance with the state-of-the-art methods on cancer patients and mice.Furthermore,the application of DiSyn to thousands of breast cancer patients show the heterogeneity in drug responses and demonstrate its potential value in biomarker discovery and drug combination prediction.展开更多
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a prevalent and aggressive liver cancer that poses significant challenges in diagnosis and prognosis.Recent advancements in radiomics and machine learning(ML)offer promising solutions t...Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a prevalent and aggressive liver cancer that poses significant challenges in diagnosis and prognosis.Recent advancements in radiomics and machine learning(ML)offer promising solutions to enhance the accuracy of HCC diagnosis,treatment response prediction,and survival prognosis.Radiomics,which extracts quantitative features from medical images,captures the complex tumor heterogeneity that is often undetectable with traditional imaging methods.When combined with ML algorithms,these features can be used to differentiate between various stages of HCC,predict treatment outcomes,and assess long-term survival.This review explores key radiomic features,including texture,shape,and intensity,and their integration with ML techniques like binary classification models,XGBoost,LightGBM,and deep learning architectures.We also discuss the challenges faced in model interpretation,data heterogeneity,and the integration of multi-modal data.Despite the promising potential of these technologies,the clinical adoption of radiomics and ML models in HCC management will require overcoming these obstacles through standardization and improved interpretability.展开更多
Taurolidine(TRD),a derivative of taurine,has anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effects by chemically reacting with cell-walls,endotoxins and exotoxins to inhibit the adhesion of microorganisms.However,its application in a...Taurolidine(TRD),a derivative of taurine,has anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effects by chemically reacting with cell-walls,endotoxins and exotoxins to inhibit the adhesion of microorganisms.However,its application in antiviral therapy is seldom reported.Here,we reported that TRD significantly inhibited the replication of influenza virus H5N1 in MDCK cells with the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(EC_(50))of 34.45μg/mL.Furthermore,the drug inhibited the amplification of the cytokine storm effect and improved the survival rate of mice lethal challenged with H5N1(protection rate was 86%).Moreover,TRD attenuated virus-induced lung damage and reduced virus titers in mice lungs.Administration of TRD reduced the number of neutrophils and increased the number of lymphocytes in the blood of H5N1 virus-infected mice.Importantly,the drug regulated the NF-κB signaling pathway by inhibiting the separation of NF-κB and IκBa,thereby reducing the expression of inflammatory factors.In conclusion,our findings suggested that TRD could act as a potential anti-influenza drug candidate in further clinical studies.展开更多
Cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)can self-assemble in suspension to form chiral cholesteric structure of liquid crystal with unique birefringence phenomena,and the structural parameters strongly depend upon the aspect rati...Cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)can self-assemble in suspension to form chiral cholesteric structure of liquid crystal with unique birefringence phenomena,and the structural parameters strongly depend upon the aspect ratio,surface structure,and physicochemical properties of CNC,along with suspension media.Many attempts have been carried out to keep this cholesteric structure in solid state via removing solvent,such as slower solvent-evaporation,rapid vacuum-filtration,and spin-casting under centrifugal force.The solid-state iridescence of the cholesteric CNC arrays has been used as structural color,and showed a great potential for the coding and securing of optical information.Moreover,to promote practical applications of such structural iridescence,the cholesteric CNC arrays have been embedded into many kinds of substrates via in-situ reaction of monomers or physical blending with polymers.However,this kind of structural iridescences may lead to misreading information.The uniaxial-orientation assembly of CNC has thus been proposed via regulating external force fields of CNC self-assembly,and successfully achieved nanoparticle assembly-induced solid-state monochrome emission based on enhanced inelastic collision theory of CNC dipoles and photons.This method can eliminate the chiral arrangement of CNC and the corresponding iridescence,and the structural monochromaticity can contribute to enhancing the accuracy of optical information.Overall,the CNC can be controllably assembled as the ordered arrays in solid state and presented structural color,and support optical anti-counterfeiting strategies different from the fluorescent technologies.展开更多
The hole penetrated in thin metallic plates due to hypervelocity impacts of cylindrical projectiles was analyzed by experimental method.The projectile caused a hole-expanding effect when penetrating the target plate b...The hole penetrated in thin metallic plates due to hypervelocity impacts of cylindrical projectiles was analyzed by experimental method.The projectile caused a hole-expanding effect when penetrating the target plate because of dynamic shear failure and extrusion.A new empirical model was presented to predict the perforation diameter in thin plates impacted by high-velocity cylindrical projectiles.The fitting coefficients resulted in a root-mean-square of 0.0641 and a correlation coefficient of 0.991.The errors between the predicted and the experimental values were less than 7.251%,and less than 4.705%for 93.333%cases of the dataset.The accuracy of the proposed model is much higher than that of Hill's model.Compared with historical equations,the new model is more accurate and can well describe the variations of different parameters with the normalized penetrated hole.The model takes into account the strength of materials,which contributes to the excellent results.This paper could provide important theoretical support for the analysis of the perforation process and its mechanism.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of preventive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis rate,nursing satisfaction and average hospitalization time after treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Chinese databases...Objective:To explore the clinical effect of preventive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis rate,nursing satisfaction and average hospitalization time after treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Chinese databases(Wanfang,Weipu and China Knowledge Network)and English databases(Pubmed,Cochrane and Scopus)were searched and read references for relevant research.Statistical analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3.The odds ratio(OR)and the mean difference(MD)were used as the combined effect values of the comparison groups.Sensitivity analysis was performed by changing the effect model or excluding the literature with a large weight ratio,and the symmetry of the funnel plot was observed for publication bias test.Results:A total of 14 Chinese studies included.Compared with routine nursing intervention,preventive nursing intervention could significantly reduce the rate of deep vein thrombosis after lung cancer treatment[OR=0.16(0.10,0.23)],improve nursing satisfaction[OR=6.42(3.32,12.41)]and shorten the average hospital stay[MD=-7.41(-8.16,-6.65)],without heterogeneous existing.And regardless of whether the lung cancer patient was undergoing resection or chemotherapy,the effect of preventive nursing intervention to reduce the rate of deep vein thrombosis was very significant.Conclusion:Preventive nursing intervention is beneficial to patients with lung cancer,which can significantly reduce the formation rate of deep vein thrombosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多
The Ebola virus(EBOV)is a member of the Orthoebolavirus genus,Filoviridae family,which causes severe hemorrhagic diseases in humans and non-human primates(NHPs),with a case fatality rate of up to 90%.The development o...The Ebola virus(EBOV)is a member of the Orthoebolavirus genus,Filoviridae family,which causes severe hemorrhagic diseases in humans and non-human primates(NHPs),with a case fatality rate of up to 90%.The development of countermeasures against EBOV has been hindered by the lack of ideal animal models,as EBOV requires handling in biosafety level(BSL)-4 facilities.Therefore,accessible and convenient animal models are urgently needed to promote prophylactic and therapeutic approaches against EBOV.In this study,a recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus expressing Ebola virus glycoprotein(VSV-EBOV/GP)was constructed and applied as a surrogate virus,establishing a lethal infection in hamsters.Following infection with VSV-EBOV/GP,3-week-old female Syrian hamsters exhibited disease signs such as weight loss,multi-organ failure,severe uveitis,high viral loads,and developed severe systemic diseases similar to those observed in human EBOV patients.All animals succumbed at 2–3 days post-infection(dpi).Histopathological changes indicated that VSV-EBOV/GP targeted liver cells,suggesting that the tissue tropism of VSV-EBOV/GP was comparable to wild-type EBOV(WT EBOV).Notably,the pathogenicity of the VSV-EBOV/GP was found to be species-specific,age-related,gender-associated,and challenge route-dependent.Subsequently,equine anti-EBOV immunoglobulins and a subunit vaccine were validated using this model.Overall,this surrogate model represents a safe,effective,and economical tool for rapid preclinical evaluation of medical countermeasures against EBOV under BSL-2 conditions,which would accelerate technological advances and breakthroughs in confronting Ebola virus disease.展开更多
[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on the growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster.[Methods]Different concentrations of ...[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on the growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster.[Methods]Different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate were added to the culture medium,and the effects of different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on the development time and weight of D.melanogaster in various life stages were statistically analyzed.[Results]High concentration of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate delayed the time of pupation and eclosion of D.melanogaster,which made D.melanogaster lose weight.The number of male D.melanogaster in the first generation was much larger than that of female individuals,which indicated that the effect of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on male D.melanogaster was greater than that of female individuals.In a word,high concentration of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate significantly inhibited the growth and development of D.melanogaster.[Conclusions]This study provides some reference data for the research perspective of food additives and the safe use of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate.展开更多

Evaluating rainwater transport patterns is critical to understanding coupled hydrological cycles.However,water movement in heterogeneous landscapes exhibits pronounced complexity,particularly as the impacts of subsurf...Evaluating rainwater transport patterns is critical to understanding coupled hydrological cycles.However,water movement in heterogeneous landscapes exhibits pronounced complexity,particularly as the impacts of subsurface geotechnical structures remain inadequately understood.We applied water isotope tracers to compare mobile water recharge characteristics in two humid karst hillslopes with distinct soil thicknesses(deep-soil,DSH;shallow-soil,SSH).Mobile water was collected from(1)soil water at multiple depths across downslope-to-upslope positions,and(2)lateral subsurface runoff within the soil-bedrock system at discharge outlets.The rainwater replenishment proportion(β)and mean transit time(MTT)of soil water,and evaporated fractionation(f)in runoff during consecutive rainless days were used to quantify recharge characteristics.The results showed that the mean β value in SSH was 22.49%,exceeding the 15.07%in DSH.In contrast,the soil and runoff MTT in DSH(-42.41 days)was longer than in SSH(-30.58 days).These findings indicate that SSH mobile water exhibits a higher rainwater recharge ratio but a shorter residence time,which is associated with its stronger water infiltration capacity.As supporting evidence,SSH was more susceptible to evaporation,manifested by a higher f in SSH(13.5%)compared to DSH(9.3%).In DSH,a strong correlation(R^(2)=0.78)between β and MTT was observed,whereas this relationship was weak in SSH(R^(2)=0.16).Therefore,we highlight that the high heterogeneity of shallow soil hillslopes may render infiltration-runoff processes more complex and unpredictable in karst hillslopes in Southwest China.展开更多

The results show that there exists synergetic effect between ZIF-67 and NHPI. 1-Phenylethyl hydroperoxide (PEHP) was generated via a radical process involving the hydrogen abstraction from ethylbenzene by phthalimide N-oxyl, and subsequently effectively decomposed to acetophenone by ZIF-67.展开更多

Background:Exercise training protects against heart failure.However,the mechanism underlying the protective effect of exercise training on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)-induced cardiac fibrosis remains unclear.Methods:An exerc...Background:Exercise training protects against heart failure.However,the mechanism underlying the protective effect of exercise training on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)-induced cardiac fibrosis remains unclear.Methods:An exercise model involving C57BL/6N mice and 6 weeks of treadmill training was used.AngⅡ(1.44 mg/kg/day)was administered to induce cardiac fibrosis.RNA sequencing and bioinformatic analysis were used to identify the key factors mediating the effects of exercise training on cardiac fibrosis.Primary adult mouse cardiac fibroblasts(CFs)were used in vitro.Adeno-associated virus serotype 9 was used to overexpress POU domain,class 2,transcription factor 1(POU2F1)in vivo.Results:Exercise training attenuated AngⅡ-induced cardiac fibrosis and reversed 39 gene expression changes.The transcription factor regulating the largest number of these genes was POU2F1.Compared to controls,POU2F1 was shown to be signififcantly upregulated by AngⅡ,which is itself reduced by exercise training.In vivo,POU2F1 overexpression nullified the benefits of exercise training on cardiac fibrosis.In CFs,POU2F1 promoted cardiac fibrosis.CCAAT enhancer-binding proteinβ(C/EBPβ)was predicted to be the transcription factor of POU2F1and verified using a dual-luciferase reporter assay.In vivo,exercise training activated AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and alleviated the increase in C/EBPβinduced by AngⅡ.In CFs,AMPK agonist inhibited the increase in C/EBPβand POU2F1 induced by Ang II,whereas AMPK inhibitor reversed this effect.Conclusion:Exercise training attenuates AngⅡ-induced cardiac fibrosis by reducing POU2F1.Exercise training inhibits POU2F1 by activating AMPK,which is followed by the downregulation of C/EBPβ,the transcription factor of POU2F1.展开更多
Based on the dynamic shock response of the material and structure,the hypervelocity impact processes and mechanisms of long composite rods with axial density/impedance gradients penetration into fourlayer targets were...Based on the dynamic shock response of the material and structure,the hypervelocity impact processes and mechanisms of long composite rods with axial density/impedance gradients penetration into fourlayer targets were studied through experiments and numerical simulation methods.The propagation law of the shock waves,together with the structural responses of the projectiles and targets,the formation and evolution of the fragment groups formed during the processes and their distributions were described.The damage of each target plate was quantitatively analysed by comparing the results of the experiment and numerical simulation.The results showed that the axial density/impedance gradient projectiles could decrease the impact pressure to a certain extent,and the degree of damage to the target plate decreased layer by layer when the head density/impedance of the projectile was high.When the head density/impedance of the projectile was low,the degree of target damage first increased layer by layer until the projectile was completely eroded and then it decreased.The results can provide a reference for the design and application of long rods with axial composite structure for velocities ranging from 6 to 10 Ma or greater.展开更多

文摘Taurolidine(TRD),a derivative of taurine,has anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effects by chemically reacting with cell-walls,endotoxins and exotoxins to inhibit the adhesion of microorganisms.However,its application in antiviral therapy is seldom reported.Here,we reported that TRD significantly inhibited the replication of influenza virus H5N1 in MDCK cells with the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(EC_(50))of 34.45μg/mL.Furthermore,the drug inhibited the amplification of the cytokine storm effect and improved the survival rate of mice lethal challenged with H5N1(protection rate was 86%).Moreover,TRD attenuated virus-induced lung damage and reduced virus titers in mice lungs.Administration of TRD reduced the number of neutrophils and increased the number of lymphocytes in the blood of H5N1 virus-infected mice.Importantly,the drug regulated the NF-κB signaling pathway by inhibiting the separation of NF-κB and IκBa,thereby reducing the expression of inflammatory factors.In conclusion,our findings suggested that TRD could act as a potential anti-influenza drug candidate in further clinical studies.

文摘Cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)can self-assemble in suspension to form chiral cholesteric structure of liquid crystal with unique birefringence phenomena,and the structural parameters strongly depend upon the aspect ratio,surface structure,and physicochemical properties of CNC,along with suspension media.Many attempts have been carried out to keep this cholesteric structure in solid state via removing solvent,such as slower solvent-evaporation,rapid vacuum-filtration,and spin-casting under centrifugal force.The solid-state iridescence of the cholesteric CNC arrays has been used as structural color,and showed a great potential for the coding and securing of optical information.Moreover,to promote practical applications of such structural iridescence,the cholesteric CNC arrays have been embedded into many kinds of substrates via in-situ reaction of monomers or physical blending with polymers.However,this kind of structural iridescences may lead to misreading information.The uniaxial-orientation assembly of CNC has thus been proposed via regulating external force fields of CNC self-assembly,and successfully achieved nanoparticle assembly-induced solid-state monochrome emission based on enhanced inelastic collision theory of CNC dipoles and photons.This method can eliminate the chiral arrangement of CNC and the corresponding iridescence,and the structural monochromaticity can contribute to enhancing the accuracy of optical information.Overall,the CNC can be controllably assembled as the ordered arrays in solid state and presented structural color,and support optical anti-counterfeiting strategies different from the fluorescent technologies.

文摘The hole penetrated in thin metallic plates due to hypervelocity impacts of cylindrical projectiles was analyzed by experimental method.The projectile caused a hole-expanding effect when penetrating the target plate because of dynamic shear failure and extrusion.A new empirical model was presented to predict the perforation diameter in thin plates impacted by high-velocity cylindrical projectiles.The fitting coefficients resulted in a root-mean-square of 0.0641 and a correlation coefficient of 0.991.The errors between the predicted and the experimental values were less than 7.251%,and less than 4.705%for 93.333%cases of the dataset.The accuracy of the proposed model is much higher than that of Hill's model.Compared with historical equations,the new model is more accurate and can well describe the variations of different parameters with the normalized penetrated hole.The model takes into account the strength of materials,which contributes to the excellent results.This paper could provide important theoretical support for the analysis of the perforation process and its mechanism.

文摘Objective:To explore the clinical effect of preventive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis rate,nursing satisfaction and average hospitalization time after treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Chinese databases(Wanfang,Weipu and China Knowledge Network)and English databases(Pubmed,Cochrane and Scopus)were searched and read references for relevant research.Statistical analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3.The odds ratio(OR)and the mean difference(MD)were used as the combined effect values of the comparison groups.Sensitivity analysis was performed by changing the effect model or excluding the literature with a large weight ratio,and the symmetry of the funnel plot was observed for publication bias test.Results:A total of 14 Chinese studies included.Compared with routine nursing intervention,preventive nursing intervention could significantly reduce the rate of deep vein thrombosis after lung cancer treatment[OR=0.16(0.10,0.23)],improve nursing satisfaction[OR=6.42(3.32,12.41)]and shorten the average hospital stay[MD=-7.41(-8.16,-6.65)],without heterogeneous existing.And regardless of whether the lung cancer patient was undergoing resection or chemotherapy,the effect of preventive nursing intervention to reduce the rate of deep vein thrombosis was very significant.Conclusion:Preventive nursing intervention is beneficial to patients with lung cancer,which can significantly reduce the formation rate of deep vein thrombosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

文摘The Ebola virus(EBOV)is a member of the Orthoebolavirus genus,Filoviridae family,which causes severe hemorrhagic diseases in humans and non-human primates(NHPs),with a case fatality rate of up to 90%.The development of countermeasures against EBOV has been hindered by the lack of ideal animal models,as EBOV requires handling in biosafety level(BSL)-4 facilities.Therefore,accessible and convenient animal models are urgently needed to promote prophylactic and therapeutic approaches against EBOV.In this study,a recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus expressing Ebola virus glycoprotein(VSV-EBOV/GP)was constructed and applied as a surrogate virus,establishing a lethal infection in hamsters.Following infection with VSV-EBOV/GP,3-week-old female Syrian hamsters exhibited disease signs such as weight loss,multi-organ failure,severe uveitis,high viral loads,and developed severe systemic diseases similar to those observed in human EBOV patients.All animals succumbed at 2–3 days post-infection(dpi).Histopathological changes indicated that VSV-EBOV/GP targeted liver cells,suggesting that the tissue tropism of VSV-EBOV/GP was comparable to wild-type EBOV(WT EBOV).Notably,the pathogenicity of the VSV-EBOV/GP was found to be species-specific,age-related,gender-associated,and challenge route-dependent.Subsequently,equine anti-EBOV immunoglobulins and a subunit vaccine were validated using this model.Overall,this surrogate model represents a safe,effective,and economical tool for rapid preclinical evaluation of medical countermeasures against EBOV under BSL-2 conditions,which would accelerate technological advances and breakthroughs in confronting Ebola virus disease.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on the growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster.[Methods]Different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate were added to the culture medium,and the effects of different concentrations of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on the development time and weight of D.melanogaster in various life stages were statistically analyzed.[Results]High concentration of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate delayed the time of pupation and eclosion of D.melanogaster,which made D.melanogaster lose weight.The number of male D.melanogaster in the first generation was much larger than that of female individuals,which indicated that the effect of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate on male D.melanogaster was greater than that of female individuals.In a word,high concentration of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate significantly inhibited the growth and development of D.melanogaster.[Conclusions]This study provides some reference data for the research perspective of food additives and the safe use of sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate.
文摘This article summarizes a case of nursing management for a child diagnosed with craniopharyngioma.The targeted nursing interventions addressed panhypopituitarism,secondary hypothyroidism,secondary adrenal insufficiency,and central diabetes insipidus,which occurred as complications of the condition.The nursing priorities included the management of hypothyroidism,adrenal insufficiency,central diabetes insipidus,abnormal liver function,insulin resistance,and other related issues.The interventions resulted in stable hormone levels,maintenance of normal water and electrolyte balance,improved self-image perception,enhanced understanding of the disease and treatment plan by the child and their family,increased treatment compliance,and favorable therapeutic outcomes.

文摘Evaluating rainwater transport patterns is critical to understanding coupled hydrological cycles.However,water movement in heterogeneous landscapes exhibits pronounced complexity,particularly as the impacts of subsurface geotechnical structures remain inadequately understood.We applied water isotope tracers to compare mobile water recharge characteristics in two humid karst hillslopes with distinct soil thicknesses(deep-soil,DSH;shallow-soil,SSH).Mobile water was collected from(1)soil water at multiple depths across downslope-to-upslope positions,and(2)lateral subsurface runoff within the soil-bedrock system at discharge outlets.The rainwater replenishment proportion(β)and mean transit time(MTT)of soil water,and evaporated fractionation(f)in runoff during consecutive rainless days were used to quantify recharge characteristics.The results showed that the mean β value in SSH was 22.49%,exceeding the 15.07%in DSH.In contrast,the soil and runoff MTT in DSH(-42.41 days)was longer than in SSH(-30.58 days).These findings indicate that SSH mobile water exhibits a higher rainwater recharge ratio but a shorter residence time,which is associated with its stronger water infiltration capacity.As supporting evidence,SSH was more susceptible to evaporation,manifested by a higher f in SSH(13.5%)compared to DSH(9.3%).In DSH,a strong correlation(R^(2)=0.78)between β and MTT was observed,whereas this relationship was weak in SSH(R^(2)=0.16).Therefore,we highlight that the high heterogeneity of shallow soil hillslopes may render infiltration-runoff processes more complex and unpredictable in karst hillslopes in Southwest China.

文摘Efficient catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone was realized using the catalytic system of cobalt zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-67/N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) under mild conditions. 95.2% conversion of ethylbenzene with 90.3% selectivity to acetophenone could be obtained at 373 K under 0.3 MPa 02 for 9 h. The results show that there exists synergetic effect between ZIF-67 and NHPI. 1-Phenylethyl hydroperoxide (PEHP) was generated via a radical process involving the hydrogen abstraction from ethylbenzene by phthalimide N-oxyl, and subsequently effectively decomposed to acetophenone by ZIF-67.

文摘The solution of the intermetallic phase and the homogenization of composition are important for Mg alloy biomaterials.A single-phase Mg-6Zn alloy with the average grain size of about 20μm was prepared by ECAP processed for six passes at 320°C.It indicated that the ECAP could significantly promote the process of solid solution in Mg-Zn alloy.The results showed that complete dissolution of the intermetallic phase improved the corrosion resistance of Mg-6Zn alloy in 0.9%NaCl solution by turning the corrosion behavior into uniform corrosion and increased the hardness in combination with its smaller grain size.

文摘Background:Exercise training protects against heart failure.However,the mechanism underlying the protective effect of exercise training on angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)-induced cardiac fibrosis remains unclear.Methods:An exercise model involving C57BL/6N mice and 6 weeks of treadmill training was used.AngⅡ(1.44 mg/kg/day)was administered to induce cardiac fibrosis.RNA sequencing and bioinformatic analysis were used to identify the key factors mediating the effects of exercise training on cardiac fibrosis.Primary adult mouse cardiac fibroblasts(CFs)were used in vitro.Adeno-associated virus serotype 9 was used to overexpress POU domain,class 2,transcription factor 1(POU2F1)in vivo.Results:Exercise training attenuated AngⅡ-induced cardiac fibrosis and reversed 39 gene expression changes.The transcription factor regulating the largest number of these genes was POU2F1.Compared to controls,POU2F1 was shown to be signififcantly upregulated by AngⅡ,which is itself reduced by exercise training.In vivo,POU2F1 overexpression nullified the benefits of exercise training on cardiac fibrosis.In CFs,POU2F1 promoted cardiac fibrosis.CCAAT enhancer-binding proteinβ(C/EBPβ)was predicted to be the transcription factor of POU2F1and verified using a dual-luciferase reporter assay.In vivo,exercise training activated AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and alleviated the increase in C/EBPβinduced by AngⅡ.In CFs,AMPK agonist inhibited the increase in C/EBPβand POU2F1 induced by Ang II,whereas AMPK inhibitor reversed this effect.Conclusion:Exercise training attenuates AngⅡ-induced cardiac fibrosis by reducing POU2F1.Exercise training inhibits POU2F1 by activating AMPK,which is followed by the downregulation of C/EBPβ,the transcription factor of POU2F1.

文摘Based on the dynamic shock response of the material and structure,the hypervelocity impact processes and mechanisms of long composite rods with axial density/impedance gradients penetration into fourlayer targets were studied through experiments and numerical simulation methods.The propagation law of the shock waves,together with the structural responses of the projectiles and targets,the formation and evolution of the fragment groups formed during the processes and their distributions were described.The damage of each target plate was quantitatively analysed by comparing the results of the experiment and numerical simulation.The results showed that the axial density/impedance gradient projectiles could decrease the impact pressure to a certain extent,and the degree of damage to the target plate decreased layer by layer when the head density/impedance of the projectile was high.When the head density/impedance of the projectile was low,the degree of target damage first increased layer by layer until the projectile was completely eroded and then it decreased.The results can provide a reference for the design and application of long rods with axial composite structure for velocities ranging from 6 to 10 Ma or greater.
