Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 w...Objective:To explore the application effect of structured healthcare education in patients with brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods:188 brittle diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=94)and the observation group(n=94)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention and the observation group used structured healthcare education.The general information,glycemic indexes,self-efficacy,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no statistical significance in the basic information of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the patients in the two groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);the total adherence rate of the patients in the observation group(90/95.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80/90.10%)(χ^(2)=6.144,P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(92/97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78/82.98%)(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with brittle diabetes mellitus,structured healthcare education can effectively control patients’blood glucose levels,improve patients’self-efficacy and adherence,and enhance patient satisfaction.展开更多

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional high-value patent assessment method, which is relatively simple and seldom considers the influence of patentees, this paper proposes a high-quality patent method HMFM (High-Value Patent Multi-Feature Fusion Method) that fuses multi-dimensional features. A weighted node importance assessment method in complex network called GLE (Glob-Local-struEntropy) based on improved structural entropy is designed to calculate the influence of the patentee to form the patentee’s features, and the patent text features are extracted by BERT-DPCNN deep learning model, which is supplemented to the basic patent indicator system. Finally a machine learning algorithm is used to assess the value of patents. Experiment results show that our method can identify high-value patents more effectively and accurately.展开更多
BACKGROUND The CRAFITY score is mainly utilized for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients receiving atezolizumab and bevacizumab,with little investigation in its predictive capacity for alternative regimens,such as le...BACKGROUND The CRAFITY score is mainly utilized for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients receiving atezolizumab and bevacizumab,with little investigation in its predictive capacity for alternative regimens,such as lenvatinib and programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)inhibitors,which are widely utilized in Chinese clinical practice.AIM To look at the predictive significance of the CRAFITY score in HCC patients taking lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors.METHODS The retrospective investigation consisted of 192 patients with incurable HCC who received lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors between January 2018 and January 2022.Patients were stratified according to CRAFITY score(based on baseline alphafetoprotein and C-reactive protein levels)into CRAFITY-low,CRAFITY-intermediate,and CRAFITY-high groups.Overall survival(OS)and progressionfree survival(PFS)were assessed using Kaplan-Meier analysis,and independent prognostic factors were identified through Cox regression analysis.Nomograms were created to forecast survival for a year.RESULTS The median PFS and OS were the longest for patients in the CRAFITY-low group,followed by those in the CRAFITY-intermediate and CRAFITY-high groups(median PFS:8.4 months,6.0 months,and 3.1 months,P<0.0001;median OS:33.4 months,19.2 months,and 6.6 months,P<0.0001).Both the objective response rate(5%,19.6%,and 22%,P=0.0669)and the disease control rate(50%,76.5%,and 80%,P=0.0023)were considerably lower in the CRAFITY-high group.The findings from the multivariate analysis showed that a nomogram which included the tumor number,prior transarterial chemoembolization history,and CRAFITY score predicted 12-month survival with an area under the curve of 0.788(95%confidence interval:0.718-0.859),which was in good agreement with actual data.CONCLUSION The CRAFITY score is a valuable predictor of survival and treatment outcomes in patients receiving lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors.展开更多
Liquid cooling through a cold plate offers an efficient solution for battery thermal management.Excellent flow and heat transfer performance can be obtained by optimizing the flow channel structure of the cold plate u...Liquid cooling through a cold plate offers an efficient solution for battery thermal management.Excellent flow and heat transfer performance can be obtained by optimizing the flow channel structure of the cold plate using the topology optimization method.However,due to the uneven channel width of the optimized cold plate,there are some difficulties in processing,which affect its practical application in battery thermal management.In this study,the length scale control method is applied to a topology-optimized cold plate.An optimized cold plate considering length scale control is designed and processed,and its experimental results of flow and heat transfer are compared with those of a traditional cold plate and an optimized cold plate without length scale control.Results show that the relative deviations between the numerical and experimental results with length scale control are within 5%and 8%for temperature and pressure drop,respectively.The flow channel structure of the cold plate with length scale control is simpler and easier to process than that of the cold plate without length scale control.When the inlet velocity is 0.23 m/s,the maximum temperature,maximum temperature difference,and pressure drop of the cold plate with length scale control are 5.7 K,4.4 K,and 0.56 Pa lower than those of the traditional cold plate,respectively.This study provides valuable insights and practical guidance for the manufacturing and implementation of topology-optimized cold plates in battery thermal management systems.展开更多

Thr...Vegetative filter strip (VFS) is a main kind of Best Management Practices for the control of non-point source pollution. The goal of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of VFS in Chinese northwest regions. Three VFSs with natural grass and Hippophae rhamnoides/grass patterns have been constructed in the bank slope of Xiaohuashan reservoir, Huaxian County, Shannxi Province. The removal effects of VFS and influencing factors have been analyzed based on field experiment data. The result reveals a positive effect on reducing the transportation of suspended solids, phosphorus and nitrogen in surface runoff, and it is more efficient on suspended solids removal. The experiment also shows that most of the suspended particles and pollutants bound to them were entrapped in the first 10 m of VFS. The main factors influencing effectiveness of VFS include vegetation patterns and inflow rate. In addition, inflow pollutant concentration has a larger impact on reducing total nitrogen and total phosphorus by VFS, but the reduction effect on SS has no significant difference.展开更多
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)exhibit poor prognoses and treatment responses.AIM To investigate efficacies and safety of the combination of PD-1 inhi...BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)exhibit poor prognoses and treatment responses.AIM To investigate efficacies and safety of the combination of PD-1 inhibitor,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and Lenvatinib in HCC subjects comorbid with PVTT.METHODS From January 2019 to December 2020,HCC patients with PVTT types Ⅰ-Ⅳ were retrospectively enrolled at Beijing Ditan Hospital.They were distributed to either the PTL or TACE/Lenvatinib(TL)group.The median progression-free survival(mPFS)was set as the primary endpoint,while parameters like median overall survival,objective response rate,disease control rate(DCR),and toxicity level served as secondary endpoints.RESULTS Forty-one eligible patients were finally recruited for this study and divided into the PTL(n=18)and TL(n=23)groups.For a median follow-up of 21.8 months,the DCRs were 88.9%and 60.9%in the PTL and TL groups(P=0.046),res-pectively.Moreover,mPFS indicated significant improvement(HR=0.25;P<0.001)in PTL-treated patients(5.4 months)compared to TL-treated(2.7 months)patients.There were no treatment-related deaths or differences in adverse events in either group.CONCLUSION A triplet regimen of PTL was safe and well-tolerated as well as exhibited favorable efficacy over the TL regimen for advanced-stage HCC patients with PVTT types Ⅰ-Ⅳ.展开更多
We present a set of tools for detecting small-scale solar magnetic cancellations and the disk counterpart of type II spicules(the so-called Rapid Blueshifted Excursions(RBEs)), using line-of-sight photospheric mag...We present a set of tools for detecting small-scale solar magnetic cancellations and the disk counterpart of type II spicules(the so-called Rapid Blueshifted Excursions(RBEs)), using line-of-sight photospheric magnetograms and chromospheric spectroscopic observations, respectively. For tracking magnetic cancellation,we improve the Southwest Automatic Magnetic Identification Suite(SWAMIS) so that it is able to detect certain obscure cancellations that can be easily missed. For detecting RBEs, we use a normalized reference profile to reduce false-positive detections caused by the non-uniform background and seeing condition. Similar to the magnetic feature tracking in SWAMIS, we apply a dual-threshold method to enhance the accuracy of RBE detection. These tools are employed to analyze our coordinated observations using the Interferometric BIdimensional Spectrometer at the Dunn Solar Telescope of the National Solar Observatory and Hinode. We present the statistical properties of magnetic cancellations and RBEs, and explore their correlation using this data set.展开更多

To predict and analyze the municipal solid waste(MSW)pyrolysis and gasification process in an updraft fixed bed more veritably and appropriately,numerical modeling based on Gibbs energy minimization was executed using...To predict and analyze the municipal solid waste(MSW)pyrolysis and gasification process in an updraft fixed bed more veritably and appropriately,numerical modeling based on Gibbs energy minimization was executed using the Aspen plus software.The RYield module was combined with the RGibbs module to describe the pyrolysis section,while the RGibbs module was used for the gasification section individually.The proposed model was used to forecast and analyze the target performance parameters including syngas composition,lower heating value(LHV)and carbon conversion rate under different conditions of the gasification temperatures,and ratios and types of gasifying agents.The results indicate that there is a good agreement between the experimental data and the simulated data obtained using this model.The predicted optimum gasification temperature is approximately 750°C,and the best ratio of water vapor as gasifying agent is around 0.4.The mixture of flue gas and water vapor has an economical and recycled prospect among four commonly used gasifying agents.展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),characterized by their low cost and operational flexibility,have been increasingly deployed across civilian,military,and commercial applications.To improve the coverage and connectivity,...Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),characterized by their low cost and operational flexibility,have been increasingly deployed across civilian,military,and commercial applications.To improve the coverage and connectivity,UAVs can be utilized to realize the comprehensive spatial coverage for the sixth-generation mobile networks.However,the private data in UAV networks is easy to be exposed due to the light-of-sight links and openness of wireless transmission.Covert communication as an emerging technique has shown its superiority in hiding the transmission behavior,which can further enhance the security of UAV networks compared with the traditional physical-layer security.Therefore,in this article,we present a survey on the recent advanced research about covert UAV communications.First,the roles of UAVs for covert communications are described.Then,the covert UAV communications with different uncertainties are introduced.Moreover,the wireless techniques for covert UAV communications are explored.In addition,we point out the applications in covert UAV communications.Finally,the open research issues concerning practical scenarios and promising applications are highlighted.展开更多
The present study aimed to investigate the regulatory mechanisms of lotus seed core powder phytosterol extract(LSP-PE)on hypercholesterolemia and intestinal microbiota in high-cholesterol diet(HCD)-induced C57BL/6 J m...The present study aimed to investigate the regulatory mechanisms of lotus seed core powder phytosterol extract(LSP-PE)on hypercholesterolemia and intestinal microbiota in high-cholesterol diet(HCD)-induced C57BL/6 J mice.Gavage with LSP-PE reduced levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),ratio of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),hepatic TC,hepatic triglyceride(TG),hepatic LDL-C,hepatic very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL),fecal TC and fecal total bile acid(TBA),while augmented hepatic HDL-C content.In contrast with HCD group,high-dose LSP triggered significant diminutions of serum ALT,serum AST,hepatic ALT and hepatic AST levels in HCD-fed mice,which were 16.49,28.94,43.42,and 44.47%,respectively,thus remarkably ameliorating the pathological changes of liver and small intestine.Indepth genetic research found that LSP was effective in down-regulating the expression of cholesterol metabolism related genes including Niemannpick C1-like protein 1(NPC1L1),acyl-coA cholesterol acyl-transferase 2(ACAT2),microsomal triglyceride transporter(MTP)and ATP binding cassette subfamily G member 5(ABCG5).Moreover,LSP-PE could restore the disorder of intestinal flora via augmenting the Actinobacteria abundance as well as decreasing the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio and abundances of Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia to regulate cholesterol metabolism-related genes.In summary,LSP-PE possessed excellent cholesterol-lowering activity by positively regulating the gut microbiota and the expression levels of genes related to cholesterol absorption and metabolism.Therefore,this work suggested LSP phytosterol as a potential supplement to alleviate the symptoms of hypercholesterolemia.展开更多

文摘This paper proposes the design of a novel DC current flow controller(CFC)and evaluates the control performance of balancing and regulating the DC branch currents using the DC CFC in a meshed multi-terminal HVDC(MTDC)grid.The DC CFC consists of two identical full bridge DC-DC converters with the capacitors of the two converters being connected in parallel.The scalability of the DC CFC is easily achievable due to the identical bridge converter topology;the cost of this DC CFC is also relatively low due to its simple physical structure and low voltage ratings.The control performance of the DC CFC is tested on a meshed 3-terminal(3-T)HVDC grid,which is based on modular multilevel converters(MMC).The DC branch current control in the meshed MTDC grid is achieved using the proposed control strategy of the DC CFC,and is verified through case studies on the real-time digital simulator(RTDS).
文摘To predict and analyze the municipal solid waste(MSW)pyrolysis and gasification process in an updraft fixed bed more veritably and appropriately,numerical modeling based on Gibbs energy minimization was executed using the Aspen plus software.The RYield module was combined with the RGibbs module to describe the pyrolysis section,while the RGibbs module was used for the gasification section individually.The proposed model was used to forecast and analyze the target performance parameters including syngas composition,lower heating value(LHV)and carbon conversion rate under different conditions of the gasification temperatures,and ratios and types of gasifying agents.The results indicate that there is a good agreement between the experimental data and the simulated data obtained using this model.The predicted optimum gasification temperature is approximately 750°C,and the best ratio of water vapor as gasifying agent is around 0.4.The mixture of flue gas and water vapor has an economical and recycled prospect among four commonly used gasifying agents.

文摘1 Introduction The minimum dominating tree(MDT)problem was first proposed by Zhang et al.[1]to produce a routing backbone of a WSN.Shin et al.[2]proved that the MDT problem is NP-hard and introduced an approximation framework for solving it.Recent important MDT problem algorithms are the artificial bee colony(ABC_DT)algorithm and ant colony optimization(ACO_DT)algorithm proposed by Sundar and Singh[3],the evolutionary algorithm with guided mutation(EA/G-MP)proposed by Chaurasia and Singh[4],the variable neighborhood search algorithm proposed by Dražićet al.[5],one improved artificial bee colony(ABC_DTP)algorithm proposed by Singh and Sundar[6],and a hybrid algorithm combining genetic algorithm proposed by Hu et al.[7].In this paper,we develop a two-level meta-heuristic(TLMH)for solving the MDT problem,aiming to find a dominating tree with the minimum weight for a given graph.

文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),characterized by their low cost and operational flexibility,have been increasingly deployed across civilian,military,and commercial applications.To improve the coverage and connectivity,UAVs can be utilized to realize the comprehensive spatial coverage for the sixth-generation mobile networks.However,the private data in UAV networks is easy to be exposed due to the light-of-sight links and openness of wireless transmission.Covert communication as an emerging technique has shown its superiority in hiding the transmission behavior,which can further enhance the security of UAV networks compared with the traditional physical-layer security.Therefore,in this article,we present a survey on the recent advanced research about covert UAV communications.First,the roles of UAVs for covert communications are described.Then,the covert UAV communications with different uncertainties are introduced.Moreover,the wireless techniques for covert UAV communications are explored.In addition,we point out the applications in covert UAV communications.Finally,the open research issues concerning practical scenarios and promising applications are highlighted.

文摘The present study aimed to investigate the regulatory mechanisms of lotus seed core powder phytosterol extract(LSP-PE)on hypercholesterolemia and intestinal microbiota in high-cholesterol diet(HCD)-induced C57BL/6 J mice.Gavage with LSP-PE reduced levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),ratio of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),hepatic TC,hepatic triglyceride(TG),hepatic LDL-C,hepatic very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL),fecal TC and fecal total bile acid(TBA),while augmented hepatic HDL-C content.In contrast with HCD group,high-dose LSP triggered significant diminutions of serum ALT,serum AST,hepatic ALT and hepatic AST levels in HCD-fed mice,which were 16.49,28.94,43.42,and 44.47%,respectively,thus remarkably ameliorating the pathological changes of liver and small intestine.Indepth genetic research found that LSP was effective in down-regulating the expression of cholesterol metabolism related genes including Niemannpick C1-like protein 1(NPC1L1),acyl-coA cholesterol acyl-transferase 2(ACAT2),microsomal triglyceride transporter(MTP)and ATP binding cassette subfamily G member 5(ABCG5).Moreover,LSP-PE could restore the disorder of intestinal flora via augmenting the Actinobacteria abundance as well as decreasing the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio and abundances of Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia to regulate cholesterol metabolism-related genes.In summary,LSP-PE possessed excellent cholesterol-lowering activity by positively regulating the gut microbiota and the expression levels of genes related to cholesterol absorption and metabolism.Therefore,this work suggested LSP phytosterol as a potential supplement to alleviate the symptoms of hypercholesterolemia.
