目的系统评价多种运动方式对肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者的影响。方法计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、PubMed、Web of Science数据库,搜集有关运动对肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者影响的RCT,检索时限均从2000年1月至2024年11月...目的系统评价多种运动方式对肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者的影响。方法计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、PubMed、Web of Science数据库,搜集有关运动对肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者影响的RCT,检索时限均从2000年1月至2024年11月。由两名研究员独立对文献进行筛选、数据提取和评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用Stata 17.0和RevMan 5.4软件进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入15项RCT,涉及968例肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者。网状Meta分析结果显示:与非运动干预组相比,有氧运动能有效改善患者身体质量指数(BMI)[SMD=-1.21,95%CI(-2.31,-0.11),P=0.031]、总胆固醇(TC)[SMD=-0.44,95%CI(-0.82,-0.05),P=0.028]、甘油三酯(TG)[SMD=-1.10,95%CI(-1.98,-0.22),P=0.014]、空腹血糖(FBG)[SMD=-0.70,95%CI(-1.34,-0.07),P=0.030]、收缩压(SBP)[SMD=-1.10,95%CI(-1.83,-0.38),P=0.003]、舒张压(DBP)[SMD=-0.93,95%CI(-1.49,-0.37),P=0.001]等指标;抗阻运动能有效改善高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)[SMD=0.55,95%CI(0.09,1.02),P=0.020]和SBP[SMD=-1.16,95%CI(-2.18,-0.14),P=0.025]等指标;有氧联合抗阻运动能有效改善腰围(WC)[SMD=-1.09,95%CI(-1.74,-0.44),P=0.001]、BMI[SMD=-1.22,95%CI(-2.32,-0.12),P=0.030]、HDL[SMD=0.56,95%CI(0.13,1.00),P=0.011]、FBG[SMD=-0.57,95%CI(-1.13,-0.02),P=0.044]等指标。累积概率排序结果显示:有氧运动改善TG、TC、FBG、DBP效果最佳;抗阻运动改善SBP效果最佳;有氧联合抗阻运动改善WC、BMI、HDL效果最佳。结论不同运动方式对肥胖儿童青少年代谢综合征患者各身体指标的改善效果具有差异。受纳入研究数量和质量限制,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。展开更多
BACKGROUND Ependymoma with lipomatous differentiation is a rare type of ependymoma.The ZFTA fusion-positive supratentorial ependymoma is a novel tumor type in the 2021 World Health Organization classification of centr...BACKGROUND Ependymoma with lipomatous differentiation is a rare type of ependymoma.The ZFTA fusion-positive supratentorial ependymoma is a novel tumor type in the 2021 World Health Organization classification of central nervous system tumors.ZFTA fusion-positive lipomatous ependymoma has not been reported to date.CASE SUMMARY We reported a case of a 15-year-old Chinese male who had a sudden convulsion lasting approximately six minutes.Magnetic resonance imaging showed a round cystic shadow of approximately 1.9 cm×1.5 cm×1.9 cm under the right parieto-occipital cortex.Microscopic examination showed characteristic perivascular pseudorosettes and adipose differentiation in the cytoplasm.Immunohisto-chemical staining showed that the tumor cells were negative for cytokeratin,NeuN,Syn and p53,but positive for GFAP,vimentin and S-100 protein.Signi-ficant punctate intracytoplasmic EMA immunoreactivity was observed.The level of Ki-67 was about 5%.Genetic analysis revealed ZFTA:RELA fusion.A cranio-tomy with total excision of the tumor was performed.The follow-up time was 36 months,no evidence of disease recurrence was found in magnetic resonance imaging.CONCLUSION Based on these findings,the patient was diagnosed as a ependymoma with ZFTA fusion and lipomatous differentiation.This case report provides information on the microscopic morphological features of ependymoma with ZFTA fusion and lipomatous differentiation,which can help pathologists to make a definitive diagnosis of this tumor.展开更多
Tea flavor is a comprehensive representation of its aroma and other characteristics.The formation of volatile odor compounds during tea processing depends on a variety of enzymatic and non-enzymatic activities.(Z)-3-h...Tea flavor is a comprehensive representation of its aroma and other characteristics.The formation of volatile odor compounds during tea processing depends on a variety of enzymatic and non-enzymatic activities.(Z)-3-hexenol is considered the primary source of the green odor and is also the most important component in tea aroma,significantly affecting the overall aroma.However,the biosynthesis and accumulation of(Z)-3-hexenol during tea processing have not been fully analyzed.In this study,we found that withering treatment at different times and withering plus shaking treatment at different degrees promoted the accumulation of important volatile components of green tea odor,especially(Z)-3-hexenol by GC-MS.The RNA-seq and qRT-PCR results showed that withering and withering plus shaking treatments enhanced the expression of(Z)-3-hexenol-related genes in tea leaves,including synthetic pathway 1 genes(CsLOX3,CsHPL1,CsADH4,and CsAHD1),synthetic pathway 2 genes(CsGLU),and synthetic pathway 3 genes(CsCXEs).Correlation analysis of the key odorants and important genes in the three synthetic pathways revealed that some CsCXEs were positively correlated with green odor compounds.The in vitro enzyme activity results showed that rCsCXE3(GWHTASIV011658),and rCsCXE6(GWHTASIV031480)exhibited hydrolytic activity against three tea acetate compounds[hexyl acetate,(E)-2-hexyl acetate,and(Z)-3-hexyl acetate],resulting in the production of corresponding alcohol compounds.In summary,withering and shaking treatment during tea processing promoted the expression of CsCXE3 and CsCXE6,thereby enhancing the production of hexenol compounds.These compounds play a crucial role in increasing the green odor of tea.展开更多
