Twitter is a radiant platform with a quick and effective technique to analyze users’perceptions of activities on social media.Many researchers and industry experts show their attention to Twitter sentiment analysis t...Twitter is a radiant platform with a quick and effective technique to analyze users’perceptions of activities on social media.Many researchers and industry experts show their attention to Twitter sentiment analysis to recognize the stakeholder group.The sentiment analysis needs an advanced level of approaches including adoption to encompass data sentiment analysis and various machine learning tools.An assessment of sentiment analysis in multiple fields that affect their elevations among the people in real-time by using Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine(SVM).This paper focused on analysing the distinguished sentiment techniques in tweets behaviour datasets for various spheres such as healthcare,behaviour estimation,etc.In addition,the results in this work explore and validate the statistical machine learning classifiers that provide the accuracy percentages attained in terms of positive,negative and neutral tweets.In this work,we obligated Twitter Application Programming Interface(API)account and programmed in python for sentiment analysis approach for the computational measure of user’s perceptions that extract a massive number of tweets and provide market value to the Twitter account proprietor.To distinguish the results in terms of the performance evaluation,an error analysis investigates the features of various stakeholders comprising social media analytics researchers,Natural Language Processing(NLP)developers,engineering managers and experts involved to have a decision-making approach.展开更多

The associated coronary artery disease was treated by percutaneous angioplasty and stenting.The long term follow-up revealed patent axillary stents in both cases.展开更多
The incidence of obesity and diabetes has been increased with alarming rate in recent years and became a common problem around the globe including developing as well as in developed countries with incalculable social ...The incidence of obesity and diabetes has been increased with alarming rate in recent years and became a common problem around the globe including developing as well as in developed countries with incalculable social costs. Obesity and type 2 diabetes are two common co-morbidities occur together. Obesity and diabetes is closely associated with many diseases, osteoarthritis, hypertension, certain form of cancer, sleep-breathing disorders and coronary heart disease. Impacts of obesity and diabetes (insulin resistance) on arthritis have been seen in patients that we associated with combination of various factors like increased availability of high-energy foods, genetic susceptibility and decreased physical activity in modern society. Arthritis is becoming pandemic around the globe and its occurrence with obesity and diabetes has been observed more common than ever. Combination of these two chronic conditions makes these diseases more vulnerable for human health. Till now very limited information is established about the pathological and mechanistic correlation among these health ailments. In this review article we aimed to survey the literature covering the influence of obesity and diabetes on arthritis pathology and tried to establish correlation with these diseases.展开更多

Multidrug-resistant(MDR)gram-negative bacteria(GNB)are responsible for high mortality and morbidity in health care settings world-wide.They have been declared as priority pathogens by the WHO for their continuously es...Multidrug-resistant(MDR)gram-negative bacteria(GNB)are responsible for high mortality and morbidity in health care settings world-wide.They have been declared as priority pathogens by the WHO for their continuously escalating antimicrobial resistance.Neverthe-less,data associated with MDR GNB in health care–associated infections are insufficient.Surgical site infections(SSIs)are among the most commonly occurring health care–associated infections.Such infections are particularly common when bacteria from a patient’s normal microflora are transferred to the surgical sites during surgical procedures.SSIs affect approximately 0.5%–3%of patients under-going surgery,resulting in prolonged hospital stays compared with patients without SSIs.SSIs result in severe problems and lead to a heavy economic burden.Most SSIs can be avoided if suitable preventive measures are employed.Novel findings support the dedicated usage of oral preoperative surgical antimicrobial prophylaxis for specific surgeries based on sites/organs.Immediate interventions are sought to control the transmission of MDR GNB typically found in hospital settings.The present narrative review aims to describe MDR GNB in SSIs in different sites.Antimicrobial resistance epidemiology and preventive measures for SSIs are also discussed.Differ-ent intrinsic and extrinsic factors and control measures are elaborated for curbing SSIs.展开更多
