Methods: 60 children with hand, foot and mouth treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group according to admission time. The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine, and the experimental group was given Shuanghua Fangdu decoction on the basis of western medicine. The effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared. Results: the experimental group was better than the control group in the comparison of various data (P < 0.05). The data were statistically significant. Conclusion: in the treatment of common hand, foot and mouth disease, the diagnosis and treatment effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better, which not only improves the treatment results, but also shortens the duration of clinical symptoms, which is worthy of popularization.展开更多
