In China's healthcare system,primary healthcare services are crucial and bear the responsibility of safeguarding public health.However,at present,primary healthcare is facing many challenges,such as the scarcity o...In China's healthcare system,primary healthcare services are crucial and bear the responsibility of safeguarding public health.However,at present,primary healthcare is facing many challenges,such as the scarcity of advanced medical equipment and insufficient provision of common basic examination instruments,which limits diagnosis.At the same time,a large number of professional talents have been lost,and the service level is difficult to meet the needs of the public.The public's trust in primary healthcare has decreased,exacerbating the mismatch of medical resources.The development of information technology has brought about telemedicine,which has become a key breakthrough.It uses Internet and other technologies to break regional restrictions,so that grass-roots patients can easily access expert diagnosis and treatment,and also provides a learning platform for grass-roots medical personnel.Thoroughly studying its application strategies is of great significance for improving the level of primary healthcare and promoting medical equity.展开更多
It has been known that metal FeSiCr powders with large average particle sizes have been typically employed to prepare magnetic powder cores(SMCs),with few studies reported on the influence of magnetic properties for o...It has been known that metal FeSiCr powders with large average particle sizes have been typically employed to prepare magnetic powder cores(SMCs),with few studies reported on the influence of magnetic properties for original powders with various average particle sizes less than 10m.In this work,SiO_(2)-coated FeSiCr SMCs with different small particle sizes were synthesized using the sol-gel process.The contribution of SiO_(2)coating amount and voids to the soft magnetic properties was elaborated.The mechanism was revealed such that smaller particle sizes with less voids could be beneficial for reducing core loss in the SMCs.By optimizing the core structure,permeability and magnetic loss of 26 and 262 kW/cm^(3)at 100 kHz and 50 mT were achieved at a particle size of 4.8m and ethyl orthosilicate addition of 0.1 mL/g.The best DC stacking performance,reaching 87%,was observed at an ethyl orthosilicate addition rate of 0.25 mL/g under 100 Oe.Compared to other soft magnetic composites(SMCs),the FeSiCr/SiO_(2)SMCs exhibit significantly reduced magnetic loss.It further reduces the magnetic loss of the powder core,providing a new strategy for applications of SMCs at high frequencies.展开更多
Lavandulol,the primary chemical constituent of lavender essential oil,is an irregular monoterpene present in Lavandula angustifolia.It has been employed in the spice and cosmetic industries owing to its pleasing aroma...Lavandulol,the primary chemical constituent of lavender essential oil,is an irregular monoterpene present in Lavandula angustifolia.It has been employed in the spice and cosmetic industries owing to its pleasing aromatic properties.In addition,its efficacy as an inhibitor of insect mating behaviour has led to incorporation within synthetic pheromone formulations.With the development of synthetic biology,more terpenoids are synthesized utilizing microorganisms.In this study,lavandulol was biosynthesized in Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the first time.An initial screening of lavandulyl diphosphate candidates was performed to identify enzymes compatible with heterologous expression in yeast.To increase the supply of DMAPP,the key enzymes of the MVA pathway,IDI1 and tHMG,as well as IDI1,ERG12,and ERG8 were overexpressed.Furthermore,the metabolic flow loss of acetyl-CoA and DMAPP was also reduced by deleting the genes of MLS1 and CIT2,as well as replacing the ERG20 promoter.Through the modification of lavandulyl diphosphate synthase,the flask titer was increased to 136.68 mg/L.Finally,the highest reported level of lavandulol production(308.92 mg/L)in S.cerevisiae was achieved by fed-batch fermentation in a 5 L bioreactor.To our knowledge,this is the first report of heterologous biosynthesis of lavandulol in S.cerevisiae.展开更多
