In recent years,the abuse of chemical fertilizers has caused numerous environmental problems,such as soil acidification and compaction.Replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers can effectively alleviate these problems.However,the effects of alternative organic fertilizers remain unclear.To explore the effects of organic fertilizer substitution on rice yield and paddy soil physicochemical properties and bacterial community structure,we conducted a 5-year experiment using different proportions of organic fertilizer substitution in a double-cropping rice field in Jiangxi,China.Our results showed that replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers can reduce soil acidification,increase soil organic matter content,nutrient contents,and enzyme activities,improve soil physicochemical properties and microbial community,and enhance soil metabolism.Appropriate organic substitution also had positive effects on rice production.These findings enhance our understanding of the effects of different alternative organic fertilization methods and have important theoretical significance for the promotion of the use of organic fertilizers in the future. 展开更多

Three-phase Enriched Environment Improves Post-stroke Gait Dysfunction via Facilitating Neuronal Plasticity in the Bilateral Sensorimotor Cortex:A Multimodal MRI/PET Analysis in Rats

The three-phase Enriched Environment(EE)paradigm has been shown to promote post-stroke functional improvement,but the neuronal mechanisms are still unclear.In this study,we applied a multimodal neuroimaging protocol combining magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and positron emission tomography(PET)to examine the effects of post-ischemic EE treatment on structural and functional neuroplasticity in the bilateral sensorimotor cortex.Rats were subjected to permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion.The motor function of the rats was examined using the DigiGait test.MRI was applied to investigate the EE-induced structural modifications of the bilateral sensorimotor cortex.[^(18)F]-fluorodeoxyglucose PET was used to detect glucose metabolism.Blood oxygen level-dependent(BOLD)-functional MRI(fMRI)was used to identify the regional brain activity and functional connectivity(FC).In addition,the expression of neuroplasticity-related signaling pathways including neurotrophic factors(BDNF/CREB),axonal guidance proteins(Robo1/Slit2),and axonal growth-inhibitory proteins(NogoA/NgR)as well as downstream proteins(RhoA/ROCK)in the bilateral sensorimotor cortex were measured by Western blots.Our results showed the three-phase EE improved the walking ability.Structural T2 mapping imaging and diffusion tensor imaging demonstrated that EE benefited structure integrity in the bilateral sensorimotor cortex.PET-MRI fused images showed improved glucose metabolism in the corresponding regions after EE intervention.Specifically,the BOLD-based amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations showed that EE increased spontaneous activity in the bilateral motor cortex and ipsilateral sensory cortex.In addition,FC results showed increased sensorimotor connectivity in the ipsilateral hemisphere and increased interhemispheric motor cortical connectivity and motor cortical-thalamic connectivity following EE intervention.In addition,a strong correlation was found between increased functional connectivity and improved motor performance of limbs.Specifically,EE regulated the expression of neuroplasticity-related signaling,involving BDNF/CREB,Slit2/Robo1,as well as the axonal growth–inhibitory pathways Nogo-A/Nogo receptor and RhoA/ROCK in the bilateral sensorimotor cortex.Our results indicated that the three-phase enriched environment paradigm enhances neuronal plasticity of the bilateral sensorimotor cortex and consequently ameliorates post-stroke gait deficits.These findings might provide some new clues for the development of EE and thus facilitate the clinical translation of EE. 展开更多

Improved energy utilisation,precision,and quality are critical in the current trend of low-carbon green manufactur-ing.In this study,three abrasive belts were prepared at various wear stages and characterised quantitatively.The effects of abrasive belt wear on the specific grinding energy partition were investigated by evaluating robotic belt grinding of titanium plates.A specific grinding energy model based on subdivided tangential forces of cutting and sliding was developed for investigating specific energy and energy utilisation coefficient EUC.The surface mor-phology and Abbott–Firestone curves of the belts were introduced to analyse the experimental findings from the per-spective of the micro cutting behaviour.The specific grinding energy increased with abrasive belt wear,especially when the belt was near the end of its life.Moreover,the belt wear could lead to a predominance change of sliding and chip formation energy.The highest EUC was observed in the middle of the belt life because of its retained sharp cutting edge and uniform distribution of the grit protrusion height.This study provides guidance for balancing the energy consumption and energy utilization efficiency of belt grinding. 展开更多

目的建立高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-DAD-ELSD)法同时测定补阳还五汤中羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、阿魏酸、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花黄素和黄芪甲苷8个活性成分含量的方法。方法采用Agilen... 目的建立高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-DAD-ELSD)法同时测定补阳还五汤中羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、阿魏酸、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花黄素和黄芪甲苷8个活性成分含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长230 nm(芍药苷)、254 nm(毛蕊异黄酮苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花黄素)、322 nm(阿魏酸)和403 nm(羟基红花黄色素A),蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度60℃,载气流速1.6 L/min。结果羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、阿魏酸、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花黄素和黄芪甲苷分离度良好,线性关系符合要求(r=0.9940~0.9999),平均回收率为97.8%~101.4%,RSD为1.28%~3.70%。结论该方法简便、稳定、重复性良好,可用于补阳还五汤的质量控制。 展开更多
