Background Internet gaming disorder(IGD)is an ideal model to study the mechanisms underlying synaptic deficits in addiction as it eliminates the confounding effects of substance use.Synaptic loss and deficits are hypothesised to underlie the enduring maladaptive behaviours and impaired cognitive function that contribute to IGD.Aims This study aimed to determine whether subjects with IGD have lower synaptic density than control subjects and the relationship between synaptic density and IGD severity.Methods Eighteen unmedicated subjects diagnosed with current IGD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition criteria and 16 demographically matched healthy controls(HCs)participated in the study and underwent 18F-labelled difluoro-analogue of UCB-J(18F-SynVesT-1)positron emission tomography scans to assess the density of synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A(SV2A).The Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Form(IGDS9-SF),Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Barratt Impulsiveness Scale Version 11(BIS-11),Stroop Colour-Word Test(SCWT),stop-signal paradigms and N-back tasks were administered to all subjects.Results Patients with IGD had significantly higher scores on the IGDS9-SF,HAMD,HAMA and BIS-11 than HCs.HCs performed better on the two-back and SCWT tests as well as in terms of stop-signal reaction times(SSRTs)in the stop-signal paradigms than patients with IGD.Lower uptake was found in the bilateral putamen,right pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and Rolandic operculum of patients with IGD compared with HCs.Furthermore,in the IGD group,IGDS9-SF scores and daily gaming hours were negatively correlated with the standardised uptake value ratios of 18F-SynVesT-1 in the bilateral putamen.Longer SSRTs were significantly associated with lower SV2A density in the right pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and right Rolandic operculum.Conclusions The in vivo results in this study suggest that lower synaptic density contributes to the severity and impairments in inhibitory control of IGD.These findings may provide further incentive to evaluate interventions that restore synaptic transmission and plasticity to treat IGD. 展开更多

目的探究超声多模态技术在体外冲击波对足底筋膜炎精准治疗中的价值。方法选取2022年9月—2024年9月于成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院接受治疗的足底筋膜炎患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50),对照组经... 目的探究超声多模态技术在体外冲击波对足底筋膜炎精准治疗中的价值。方法选取2022年9月—2024年9月于成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院接受治疗的足底筋膜炎患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50),对照组经临床触诊定位治疗点,试验组经超声多模态技术定位治疗点。比较2组疼痛程度、足底筋膜厚度、足底筋膜硬度以及踝-足功能差异。结果2组第1次治疗前组间视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组第3次治疗前、末次治疗结束后1周VAS评分分别为(2.93±0.92)分、(1.84±0.61)分,低于对照组的(3.75±1.04)分、(2.64±0.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2组第1次治疗前组间足底筋膜厚度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组第3次治疗前、末次治疗结束后1周足底筋膜厚度分别为(4.18±0.27)mm、(3.91±0.22)mm,低于对照组的(4.32±0.24)mm、(4.07±0.25)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组第1次治疗前组间足底筋膜硬度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组第3次治疗前、末次治疗结束后1周足底筋膜硬度参数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组第1次治疗前组间美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分量表疼痛、功能、足部对线各维度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组末次治疗结束后1周AOFAS踝-后足评分量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体外冲击波对足底筋膜炎精准治疗中应用超声多模态技术,对于减轻患者疼痛程度、改善足底筋膜厚度和硬度、提升患者踝-足功能具有显著价值。 展开更多

二维超声、弹性成像及超声造影诊断桥本氏甲状腺炎伴发良恶性结节的价值 被引量:32

目的探讨单独二维超声、弹性成像、超声造影及其联合检查在桥本氏甲状腺炎合并良恶性结节中的诊断价值。方法对44例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者的54个结节分别行二维超声、弹性成像及超声造影检查,并与病理结果进行对照分析,计算并比较单独二维... 目的探讨单独二维超声、弹性成像、超声造影及其联合检查在桥本氏甲状腺炎合并良恶性结节中的诊断价值。方法对44例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者的54个结节分别行二维超声、弹性成像及超声造影检查,并与病理结果进行对照分析,计算并比较单独二维超声、弹性成像、超声造影及三者联合应用对桥本氏甲状腺炎合并良恶性结节的诊断效能。结果以TI-RADS 4、5类作为二维超声诊断恶性结节的标准,其诊断敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为50.0%、82.5%、74.0%;以结节杨氏模量值≥46.1 kPa作为剪切波弹性成像预测恶性结节的标准,其诊断敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为57.1%、85.0%、77.7%;以不均匀性低增强作为超声造影诊断恶性结节的标准,其诊断敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为64.3%、80.0%、75.9%;三种方法联合检查的诊断敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为85.7%、95.0%、92.5%。联合检查的准确率高于单一检查,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论不同超声技术联合检查较单一检查对桥本氏甲状腺炎合并良恶性结节有更高诊断价值,值得进一步推广应用。 展开更多

目的:探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术(SWE)在评价盆底肌肉功能中的效能。方法:选取61例女性患者为研究对象,均接受问卷调查、盆底超声检查、盆底肌力测试及耻骨直肠肌(PR)剪切波弹性成像检查。以肌力是否正常分为肌力正常组(n=22)和肌力异... 目的:探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术(SWE)在评价盆底肌肉功能中的效能。方法:选取61例女性患者为研究对象,均接受问卷调查、盆底超声检查、盆底肌力测试及耻骨直肠肌(PR)剪切波弹性成像检查。以肌力是否正常分为肌力正常组(n=22)和肌力异常组(n=39)。利用SWE获取两侧PR静息状态及最大收缩状态耻骨下支附着处和中部的剪切波速度值(SWV)及杨氏模量值(YM),取其平均值,分别计算两种状态所得SWV及YM的差值,分析盆底肌力变化与PR不同状态的SWV、YM及其差值的关系。结果:女性患者PR相同部位最大收缩状态SWV及YM大于静息状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。静息状态下,肌力正常组PR相同部位SWV及YM与肌力异常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。最大收缩状态下,肌力正常组PR两侧耻骨下支附着处及左侧中部SWV、YM与肌力异常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间PR相同部位比较,肌力正常组PR两侧耻骨下支附着处两种状态SWV及YM的差值较肌力异常组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组PR中部SWV及YM的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SWE能够敏感探测到PR力量的改变,PR两侧耻骨下支附着处弹性值的变化对评价盆底肌肌力变化更有价值。 展开更多

通过溶液静电纺丝法制备了聚己内酯/聚丁内酰胺(PCL/PBL)电纺纤维膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水相接触角测量仪、原子力显微镜(AFM)、能谱仪(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、... 通过溶液静电纺丝法制备了聚己内酯/聚丁内酰胺(PCL/PBL)电纺纤维膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水相接触角测量仪、原子力显微镜(AFM)、能谱仪(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子万能拉力机对PCL/PBL电纺纤维的形貌、亲疏水性、结晶性能、热性能及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着PBL含量的增加,纤维直径增大、分布变窄,且纤维膜的亲水性明显改善;PCL与PBL有一定相容性,PCL/PBL电纺纤维膜的结晶度高于PCL或PBL均聚物电纺纤维膜,并随PBL含量增加而提高;PCL/PBL电纺纤维膜中PCL熔点随PBL含量增加而略有增加,PBL组分的熔点则基本不变。两组分的结晶温度和纤维膜热稳定性均随PBL含量增加而降低。PBL的加入使电纺纤维膜的力学性能明显提高。 展开更多

设计了一种采用弯曲定径带模具的新型非对称挤压工艺(TBE),用以改善Mg-3Al-1Zn合金板材的力学性能和成形性能。运用有限元分析揭示了挤压过程中的应变、温度等状态变量的分布。结果表明,在TBE模具的模口处,应变沿板面法向(ND)呈梯度分布... 设计了一种采用弯曲定径带模具的新型非对称挤压工艺(TBE),用以改善Mg-3Al-1Zn合金板材的力学性能和成形性能。运用有限元分析揭示了挤压过程中的应变、温度等状态变量的分布。结果表明,在TBE模具的模口处,应变沿板面法向(ND)呈梯度分布,这导致挤压板材显微组织的厚向梯度分布,同时得到TD择优取向的织构,少量基面取向晶粒向挤压方向(ED)偏转。与传统挤压相比,TBE过程中产生更多挤压热,模腔内温度更高,使大量非基面滑移开启,导致板材TD择优取向织构的形成。通过改善织构,TBE板材的塑性和弯曲性能均得到明显提升,沿45°方向的伸长率达到33%,弯曲角度达到83.5°。 展开更多

以多孔性球形硅酸铝镁(Neusilin;US2)为载体,采用溶剂分散法制备了不同载药量的盐酸曲美他嗪固体分散体,并用粉末X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法、扫描电镜、动态水吸附法进行表征。考察了物理混合物、不同比例固体分散体及与其他辅料混... 以多孔性球形硅酸铝镁(Neusilin;US2)为载体,采用溶剂分散法制备了不同载药量的盐酸曲美他嗪固体分散体,并用粉末X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法、扫描电镜、动态水吸附法进行表征。考察了物理混合物、不同比例固体分散体及与其他辅料混合物的稳定性、流动性及可压性。结果显示,以多孔性球形硅酸铝镁为载体制备的固体分散体中,药物以无定形形式存在,且加速条件放置1个月和室温长期放置18个月,未见药物析晶。相较于原料药,固体分散体的流动性明显改善,且与其他辅料(如微晶纤维素)混合后可压性也得到改善。将药物质量占比为3∶10的固体分散体与不同用量的交联羧甲纤维素钠(崩解剂)等混合后,以粉末直接压片法制成片剂。结果表明,崩解剂用量为2%的固体分散体片的溶出行为与市售盐酸曲美他嗪片相似(相似因子f;为59.94)。 展开更多

In plants, the R1R2R3-type MYB proteins function in cell cycle control. However, whether the R2R3-type MYB protein is also involved in the cell division process remains unknown. Here, we report that an R2R3-type transcription factor gene, AtMYB59, is involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression and root growth. The AtMYB59 protein is localized in the nuclei of onion epidermal cells and has transactivation activity. Expression of AtMYB59 in yeast cells suppresses cell proliferation, and the transfor- mants have more nuclei and higher anenpioid DNA content with longer cells. Mutation in the conserved domain of AtMYB59 abolishes its effects on yeast cell growth. In synchronized Arabidopsis cell suspensions, the AtMYB59 gene is specifically expressed in the S phase during cell cycle progression. Expression and promoter-GUS analysis reveals that the AtMYB59 gene is abundantly expressed in roots. Transgenic plants overexpressing AtMYB59 have shorter roots compared with wild-type plants (Arabidopsis accession Col-0), and around half of the mitotic cells in root tips are at metaphase. Conversely, the null mutant myb59-1 has longer roots and fewer mitotic cells at metaphase than Col, suggesting that AtMYB59 may inhibit root growth by extending the metaphase of mitotic cells. AtMYB59 regulates many downstream genes, including the CYCB1;1 gene, probably through binding to MYB-responsive elements. These results support a role forAtMYB59 in cell cycle regulation and plant root growth. 展开更多

As one of the key technologies for the fifth generation(5G) wireless networks,device-to-device(D2D) communications allow user equipment(UE) in close proximity to communicate with each other directly.Forwarded by a relay,the relay-aided D2D(RA-D2D) communications can not only be applied to communications in much longer distance but also achieve a high quality of service(Qo S) .In this paper,we first propose a two-layer system model allowing RA-D2 D links to underlay traditional cellular uplinks.Then we maximize the energy efficiency of the RA-D2 D link while satisfying the minimum data-rate of the cellular link.The optimal transmit power at both D2 D transmitter and D2 D relay sides is obtained by transforming the nonlinear fractional programming into a nonlinear parameter programming.Simulation results show that our proposed power allocation method is more energy efficient than the existing works,and the proposed RA-D2 D scheme outperformed direct D2 D scheme when the distance between two D2 D users is longer. 展开更多

In recent years immune checkpoint inhibitors have garnered attention as being one of the most promising types of immunotherapy on the horizon. There has been particular focus on the immune checkpoint molecules, cytotoxic Tlymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4) and programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1) which have been shown to have potent immunomodulatory effects through their function as negative regulators of T cell activation. CTLA-4, through engagement with its ligands B7-1(CD80) and B7-2(CD86), plays a pivotal role in attenuating the activation of naive and memory T cells. In contrast, PD-1 is primarily involved in modulating T cell activity in peripheral tissues via its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2. The discovery of these negative regulators of the immune response was crucial in the development of checkpoint inhibitors. This shifted the focus from developing therapies that targeted activation of the host immune system against cancer to checkpoint inhibitors, which aimed to mediate tumor cell destruction through the removal of coinhibitory signals blocking anti-tumor T cell responses. 展开更多

Mg-Sn-Y alloys with different Sn contents(wt%)were assessed as anode candidates for Mg-air batteries.The relationship between microstructure(including the second phase,grain size,and texture)and discharge properties of the Mg-Sn-Y alloys was examined using microstructure observation,electrochemical measurements,and galvanostatic discharge tests.The Mg-0.7Sn-1.4Y alloy had a high steady discharge voltage of 1.5225 V and a high anodic efficiency of 46.6% at 2.5 mA·cm^(-2).These good properties were related to its microstructure:small grain size of 3.8μm,uniform distribution of small second phase particles of 0.6μm,and a high content(vol%)of(1120)/(1010)orientated grains.The scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy(SKPFM)indicated that the Sn_(3)Y_(5) and MgSnY phases were effective cathodes causing micro-galvanic corrosion which promoted the dissolution of Mg matrix during the discharge process. 展开更多

This research studied the mechanisms of Ca and Zn microalloying on the enhancement of ductility of extruded Mg-Gd sheet by combing electron backscattered diffraction and slip trace analysis.The ductility and microstructure of extruded Mg-0.6Gd and Mg-0.6Gd-0.3Ca-0.2Zn(wt%)sheets were investigated.Basal slip was the main deformation mode under investigation.Ca and Zn microalloying increased the frequency of grain boundaries(GBs)with misorientation angles(θs)<35°,promoted slip transfer across GBs and restricted the basal slip localization.In addition,there were a higher number of GB cracks homogeneously distributed in the Mg-0.6Gd sheet than in the Mg-0.6Gd-0.3Ca-0.2Zn sheet,attributed to the increased cohesion of GBs.The enhancement of basal slip,the suppression of slip localization and the suppression of GB cracking were contributed to the increased ductility for Mg-0.6Gd-0.3Ca-0.2Zn sheet. 展开更多

This research was undertaken to develop a new method to predict the positions of deformed coals for a horizontal CBM well. Firstly, the drilling cuttings of different structure coals were collected from a coal mine and compared. In light of the varying cuttings characteristics for different structure coals, the coal structure of the horizontally drilled coal seam was predicted. And the feasibility of this prediction method was discussed. The result shows that exogenetic fractures have an important influence on the deformation of coal seams. The hardness coefficient of coal decreases with the deformation degree in the order of primary structural, cataclastic and fragmented coal. And the expanding-ratio of gas drainage holes and the average particle size of cuttings increase with the increase of the deformation degree. The particle size distribution of coal cuttings for the three types of coals is distinctive from each other. Based on the particle size distribution of cuttings from X-2 well in a coal seam, six sections of fragmented coal which are unsuitable for perforating are predicted. This method may benefit the optimization of perforation and fracturing of a horizontal CBM well in the study area. 展开更多

A novel extrusion approach,entitled slope extrusion(SE),was employed to manufacture AZ31(Mg-3Al-1 Zn,wt%)alloy sheets.The microstructures,textures,and mechanical properties were investigated,compared with those of the AZ31 sheet fabricated by conventional extrusion(CE).Through the combination of finite element simulation and actual experiment,the ultimate results indicated that significant grain refinement(from 9.1 to 7.7 and 5.6μm)and strong basal texture(from 12.6 to 17.6 and 19.5 mrd)were achieved by the SE process.The essence was associated with the additional introduced inclined interface in the process of SE,which could bring about more asymmetric deformation and stronger accumulated strain along the ND when compared with the process of CE.As a consequence,the SE sheets exhibited a higher yield strength(YS)and ultimate tensile strength(UTS)than the counterparts of the CE sheet,which was mainly assigned to the synergistic effects from grain refining and texture strengthening. 展开更多

A significant enhancement of bendability was achieved by the introduction of bimodal microstructure for AZ31B alloy sheets via pre-compression and subsequent annealing(PCA)process.This combined treatment led to the c-axis of the extracted samples that were inclined by 30°to the rolling direction(30°sample)further shifting toward the rolling direction(RD)and resulting in a higher Schmid factor(SF)value of basal slip under the RD tensile stress.Furthermore,the bimodal microstructure that was introduced by the PCA process broke the damage bands(DBs)in the initial hot rolled AZ31B alloy sheets and gave rise to a more uniform strain distribution in the outer tension region of the bending samples,in which the tensile deformation was accommodated by the equally distributed{101^(-)2}tension twinning and basal slip.Consequently,the bimodal microstructure,shifted basal texture and the modification of DBs were responsible for the significant enhancement in the bendability of the AZ31 alloys. 展开更多
