It requires the time-frequency system with high precision and low drifting. This paper explains a time-frequency system of VHF band antenna, which can produce standard 10 MHz signal and clock signal needed by sampler, to ensure that two computers which sampling data has the same system time and the storage data has the accurate time scale, the system includes time comparison programme based on the GPS network timing two different sampling control computers. Timing strategy uses a time comparison software which based on the Labview graphical programming platform. This software captures the system time of two computers to analyze and determine the time deviation when the two computers occurs time offset, and then grant the GPS time of NTP server to the two computers through local area network in this time deviation. Final results show that this method can automatically calibrate the system time of the computers in the LAN, Precision Can Reach 0.1 s Orless.展开更多

The abnormal grain growth and mixed grain structure phenomenon are explained using an equilibrium precipitation phase diagram calculated by Thermo-Calc software package. The Al N particles were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), and the amount of AlN precipitations was detected by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA). Based on the research results, it was found that the average grain size of austenite in the test steel increased continuously with the increase of temperature and holding time. Furthermore, the abnormal growth of austenite occurred in the test steel at 950°C, and the heating temperature affected the austenite grain size more significantly. In addition, the decline in the amount of AlN second-phase particle in the test steel, which weakened the "pinning" effect on austenite grain boundaries, resulted in abnormal growth and the development of mixed austenite grain structures. The prediction model for describing the austenite grain growth of medium-carbon alloy steel during heating was established by regression analysis of the experimental data, and the model was verified to be highly accurate.展开更多

Industrial experiments and numerical simulations were used to examine the protection effect, and the mechanism of air entrapment during the casting of steel ingots was analyzed. The influence of the structure of the argon shroud protection device on the protection effect was investigated. An argon shroud protection device mounted to the nozzle holder on the bottom of the ladle does not provide a good protection effect because air can easily flow into the teeming system and cause reoxidation of molten steel during teeming. By contrast, an argon shroud protection device seated on the top of the central trumpet provides an excellent protection effect, where air has little chance of flowing into the teeming system during casting. The feasibilities of the argon shroud protection devices are discussed.展开更多

METHODS: Sixty gastric cancer patients were divided randomly into three groups (20 each group) before operation: group one: 5'-DFUR oral administration at the dose of 800-1200mg/d for 3 - 5 d, group two: 500mg 5-FU ± 200 mg/d CF by venous drip for 3 - 5 d, group three (control group). One or two days after chemotherapy, the patients were operated. Fas/FasL, PD-ECGF and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry and apoptotic tumor cells were detected by in situ TUNEL method. Fifty-four patients received gastrectomy, including 12 palliative resections and 42 radical resections. Six patients were excluded. Finally 18 cases in 5'-DFUR group, 16 cases in CF ± 5-FU group, and 20 cases in control group were analyzed. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in patient mean age, gender, white blood cell count, haernatoglobin (HB), thromboplastin, perioperative complication incidence, radical or palliation resection, invasion depth (T), Iymphonode involvement (N), metastasis (M) and TNM staging among the three groups. However, the PCNA index (PI) in 5'-DFUR group (40.51 ± 12.62) and 5-FU ±CF group (41.12± 15.26) was significantly lower than that in control group (58.33± 15.69) (F=9.083, P= 0.000). The apoptotic index (AI) in 5'-DFUR group (14.39 ±9.49) and 5-FU±CF group (14.11±9.68) was significantly higher than that in control group (6.88 ± 7.37) (F= 4.409, P= 0.017). The expression rates of Fas and FasL in group one and group three were 66.7% (12/18) and 50% (9/18), 43.8% (7/16) and 81.3% (13/16), 45.0% (9/20) and 85% (17/20), respectively. The expression rate of FasL in 5'-DFUR group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups (X^2=6.708, P= 0.035). Meanwhile, the expression rate of PD-ECGF was significantly lower in 5'-DFUR group (4/18, 28.6%) than in CF±5-FU group (9/16, 56.3%) and control group (13/20, 65.0%) (7,2= 7.542, P= 0.023). The frequency of Fas expression was significantly correlated with palliative or radical resection (X^2= 7.651, P= 0.006), invasion depth (X^2= 8.927, P= 0.003), lymphatic spread (7,2= 4.488, P=0.034) and UICC stages (X^2=8.063, P=0.045) respectively. By the end of March 2005, 45 patients were followed up. The 0.5-, 1-, 2-, 3-year survival rates were 96%, 73%, 60%, 48%, respectively, which were related with T, N, M and Fas expression, but not with PDECGF and FasL expression. CONCLUSION: Preoperative oral 5'-DFUR administration may induce apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells and decrease tumor cell proliferation index, but cannot improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. Downregulation of FasL and PD-ECGF expression mediated by 5'-DFUR may be one of its anti-cancer mechanisms. Fas expression correlates with the progression of gastric carcinoma and may be an effective prognostic factor.展开更多

The experiment is based on the fact that Fe(Ⅲ) is reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by captopril, then the in sire formed Fe(Ⅱ) reacts with potassium ferricyanide to give the soluble prussian blue at pH 4.00, and its maximal adsorption wavelength (λmax) is 735 nm. Good linear relationship is obtained between the absorbance and the concentration of captopril in the wide range of 0.05-20 μg/mL. The linear regression equation is A = -0.04314 + 0.11423C (μg/mL) with a correlation coefficient R = 0.9998. The detection limit (3σ/k) is 0.04 μg/mL, the molar absorption coefficient is 2.5×10^4 L/mol cm. By mensurating the absorbance of soluble prussian blue, the indirect determination of captopril can be obtained. This method has been successfully applied to determination of captopril in pharmaceutical samples. Analytical results obtained are satisfactory.展开更多

The insular cortex is a cortical representation of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. The habenular nucleus is a station for descending insular cortex activity. OBJECTIVE: Through actively stimulating the rat insular cortex, to observe rat respiratory movement, myoelectric activities of genioglossus, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and acidity-alkalinity, and to verify a hypothesis that the insular cortex is a superior-position regulation center, and the habenular nucleus is an inferior-position nervous nuclei of the insular cortex in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The randomized, controlled animal study was performed at the Laboratory of Electrophysiology, Department of Physiology, Norman Bathune College of Medicine, Jilin University, China from September 2004 to June 2008. MATERIALS: We used L-glutamic acid (Dingguo Biological Product Research Center, Beijing, China), lidocaine hydrochloride (Seventh Pharmacy Co., Ltd., Wuxi, China), electric stimulator (Nihon Kohden, Japan), and an AVL-OPTI blood gas analyzer (AVL Scientific Co., Roswell, GA, USA). METHODS: The insular cortex of healthy adult Wistar rats underwent electrostimulation and L-glutamic acid stimulation to record changes in the myoelectric activity of genioglossus and respiratory movement. Some rats were injected with lidocaine to block the habenular nucleus before electrostimulation or L-glutamic acid stimulation. L-glutamic acid and lidocaine were injected by microelectrodes embedded in nuclear groups. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Myoelectric activities of genioglossus, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and acidity-alkalinity were measured following apnea in rats undergoing electrostimulation in the insular cortex and following blockade of the habenular nucleus. RESULTS: Following electrostimulation and L-glutamic acid stimulation, rats developed apnea or respiratory rhythm disorders. Simultaneously, the amplitude of myoelectric activity of the genioglossus was reduced (P 〈 0.01 ), and the electromyogram integral was decreased (P 〈 0.01). Arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis, a decrease in pH (P 〈 0.05), and an increase in the negative value of alkaline reserve (P 〈 0.01). Lidocaine in the habenular nuclear blocked respiratory and other index changes after insular cortex stimulation. CONCLUSION: Dyspnea induced by stimulating the insular cortex may require the habenular nucleus. Paralysis of the habenular nucleus can completely eliminate insular cortex stimulation-induced dyspnea.展开更多

The Kunming station successfully joined the VLBI tracking of China's first lunar probe "Chang'E-1" together with the other Chinese telescopes: the Beijing Miyun 50-meter radio telescope, Urumqi Nanshan 25-meter radio telescope, and Shanghai Sheshan 25-meter radio telescope, and received the downlinked scientific data together with the Miyun station from October of 2007 to March of 2009. We give an introduction to the new Chinese VLBI facility and investigate its potential applications. Due to its location, the Kunming station can significantly improve the u - v coverage of the European VLBI Network (EVN), in particular, in long baseline observations. We also report the results of the first EVN fringe-test experiment of N09SX1 with the Kunming station. The first fringes in the European telescopes were successfully detected at 2.3 GHz with the ftp-transferred data on 2009 June 17. From scheduling the observations to performing the post correlations, the Kunming station shows its good compatibility to work with the EVN. The imaging result of the extended source 1156+295 further demonstrates that the Kunming station greatly enhances the EVN performance.展开更多

In addition, arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis, reduced pH values, increased alkali reserve negative values, decreased peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content, and increased 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells. Following lidocaine injection to block the habenular nucleus, abnormalities in breath, genioglossal electromyogram, and blood gas values disappeared, and peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content returned to levels prior to electric stimulation. However, 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells remained high. The results suggested that 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in Purkinje cells did not correlate with ventilation function involving insular cortex and habenular nucleus.展开更多

In the present study, respiratory motion curve of the genJoglossus muscle and peripheral 5-hydroxytryptamine changes were observed following L-glutamate stimulation of the habenular nucleus of adult Wistar rats. Results showed that the rats had apnea and decreased plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine content after the neurons in habenular nucleus were excited. Genioglossus muscle electromyogram amplitude and integral were significantly reduced. The genioglossus myoelectric activity and respiratory motion curve were similar to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, thus confirming that the habenular nucleus is the key nucleus involved in the pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and is the primary regulated center in the raphe nuclei. Stimulation of the habenular nucleus may suppress 5-hydroxytryptamine release and result in apnea, which is similar to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.展开更多

文摘Electroreduction of CO_(2) into CH_(4) under acidic conditions is a promising strategy for CO_(2) utilization, which allows for high CO_(2) conversion efficiency. However, the selectivity of CH_(4) is low because the hydrogen evolution reaction is enhanced under acidic conditions. Here,we report that the CO_(2) can be efficiently reduced into CH_(4) over a Cu catalyst by modifying with a glutamic acid molecule under acidic conditions. The CH_(4) Faradaic efficiency can reach 62.9% with a current density of 450 mA cm^(-2).Meanwhile,a single-pass carbon efficiency of 48.1% toward CH_(4) is achieved.Experiments revealed that the glutamic acid molecule can enhance the concentration of Kt on the surface of Cu,which can suppress the HER and promote CO_(2) reduction, resulting in high selectivity of CH_(4) under acidic conditions.

文摘3D printing,as a versatile additive manufacturing technique, offers high design flexibility, rapid prototyping, minimal material waste, and the capability to fabricate complex, customized geometries. These attributes make it particularly well-suited for low-temperature hydrogen electrochemical conversion devices—specifically, proton exchange membrane fuel cells, proton exchange membrane electrolyzer cells, anion exchange membrane electrolyzer cells, and alkaline electrolyzers—which demand finely structured components such as catalyst layers, gas diffusion layers, electrodes, porous transport layers, and bipolar plates. This review provides a focused and critical summary of the current progress in applying 3D printing technologies to these key components. It begins with a concise introduction to the principles and classifications of mainstream 3D printing methods relevant to the hydrogen energy sector and proceeds to analyze their specific applications and performance impacts across different device architectures. Finally, the review identifies existing technical challenges and outlines future research directions to accelerate the integration of 3D printing in nextgeneration low-temperature hydrogen energy systems.

文摘Observing and timing a group of millisecond pulsars with high rotational stability enables the direct detection of gravitational waves(GWs).The GW signals can be identified from the spatial correlations encoded in the times-of-arrival of widely spaced pulsar-pairs.The Chinese Pulsar Timing Array(CPTA)is a collaboration aiming at the direct GW detection with observations carried out using Chinese radio telescopes. This short article serves as a“table of contents”for a forthcoming series of papers related to the CPTA Data Release 1(CPTA DR1)which uses observations from the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope. Here, after summarizing the time span and accuracy of CPTA DR1,we report the key results of our statistical inference finding a correlated signal with amplitude logA_(c)=-14.4_(-2.8)^(+1.0)for spectral index in the range ofα∈[-1.8,1.5]assuming a GW background(GWB)induced quadrupolar correlation. The search for the Hellings–Downs(HD)correlation curve is also presented, where some evidence for the HD correlation has been found that a 4.6σstatistical significance is achieved using the discrete frequency method around the frequency of 14 n Hz.We expect that the future International Pulsar Timing Array data analysis and the next CPTA data release will be more sensitive to the n Hz GWB,which could verify the current results.

文摘In this study, the effects of heating temperature(850–1100°C) and holding time(30–150 min) on the grain growth behavior of austenite in medium-carbon alloy steel were investigated by conducting experiments. The prediction model for describing the austenite grain growth of medium-carbon alloy steel during heating was established by regression analysis of the experimental data, and the model was verified to be highly accurate.

文摘Two kinds of argon shroud protection devices with two different basic structures were designed and investigated. The feasibilities of the argon shroud protection devices are discussed.

文摘AIM: To study the apoptosis induced by preoperative oral 5'-DFUR administration in gastric adenocarcinorna and its mechanism of action. Fas expression correlates with the progression of gastric carcinoma and may be an effective prognostic factor.
文摘A novel method for the determination of captopril by spectrophotometer is described in this paper. Analytical results obtained are satisfactory.

文摘BACKGROUND: The insular cortex and habenular nucleus may be a regulatory center for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and dyspnea may be caused by insular cortex activity. Paralysis of the habenular nucleus can completely eliminate insular cortex stimulation-induced dyspnea.

文摘The Kunming 40-meter radio telescope is situated in the yard of the Yunnan Astronomical Observatory (Longitude: 102.8° East, Latitude: 25.0° North) and saw its first light in 2006 May. The imaging result of the extended source 1156+295 further demonstrates that the Kunming station greatly enhances the EVN performance.

文摘Microcystis aeruginosa has always been regarded as the main culprit of cyanobacterial blooms in freshwater. However,in recent years,Raphidiopsis raciborskii has gradually replaced M.aeruginosa as the culprit of cyanobacterial blooms in some tropical and subtropical shallow lakes. To reveal which one plays a more dominant role, interactions between cylindrospermospin(CYN)-producing R.raciborskii and microcystins(MCs)-producing or non-MCs-producing M.aeruginosa strains were studied using bialgal cultures at different initial ratios of biomasses of the two species at 25℃.During the co-cultivation,the M.aeruginosa strains inhibited the growth and heterocyst formation of R.raciborskii filaments, and thus occupied a dominant position during the co-cultivation regardless of the initial biomass ratios in the cultures. In addition, the MCs-producing M aeruginosa strain contributed to a higher portion of the total biomass and exerted a stronger inhibitory effect on R.raciborskii compared with the non-MCs-producing strain. However, the growth of both MCs-producing and non-MCs-producing M.aeruginosa strains was stimulated by R.raciborskii in the co-cultures compared with M.aeruginosa monoculture, indicating that M.aeruginosa could outcompete R.raciborskii if given enough time, enabling it to develop into the dominant species even in very low initial concentration. To our best knowledge, this is the first report on the loss of heterocyst formation by a species of cyanobacteria that resulted from interactions between two different species of cyanobacteria. These findings indicate that it is difficult for R.raciborskii to replace the dominant position of M.aeruginosa under the experimental environmental condition, and the allelopathic effects of M.aeruginosa on R.raciborskii could significantly contribute to the success of M.aeruginosa.
文摘The brackish tidal marsh in the Baimaosha area of the Yangtze River Estuary was severely contaminated by 400 tons of heavy crude petroleum from a tanker that sank in December 2012.The spill accident led to severe environmental damage owing to its high toxicity, persistence and wide distribution.Microbial communities play vital roles in petroleum degradation in marsh sediments. Therefore, taxonomic analysis,high-throughput sequencing and 16 S rRNA functional prediction were used to analyze the structure and function of microbial communities among uncontaminated(CK),lightly polluted(LP),heavily polluted(HP),and treated(TD)sediments. The bacterial communities responded with increased richness and decreased diversity when exposed to petroleum contamination. The dominant class changed from Deltaproteobacteria to Gammaproteobacteria after petroleum contamination. The phylum Firmicutes increased dramatically in oil-enriched sediment by 75.78%,346.19%and 267.26%in LP,HP and TD,respectively. One of the suspected oil-degrading genera,Dechloromonas, increased the most in oil-contaminated sediment,by 540.54%,711.27%and 656.78%in LP,HP and TD,respectively.Spore protease, quinate dehydrogenase(quinone)and glutathione-independent formaldehyde dehydrogenase, three types of identified enzymes, increased enormously with the increasing petroleum concentration. In conclusion, petroleum contamination altered the community composition and microorganism structure, and promoted some bacteria to produce the corresponding degrading enzymes.Additionally, the suspected petroleum-degrading genera should be considered when restoring oil-contaminated sediment.

文摘BACKGROUND The lack of specific predictors for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)severely impacts early intervention/prevention efforts.Elevated branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs:Isoleucine, leucine, valine)and aromatic amino acids(AAAs:Tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine)show high sensitivity and specificity in predicting diabetes in animals and predict T2DM 10-19 years before T2DM onset in clinical studies. However, improvement is needed to support its clinical utility.AIM To evaluate the effects of body mass index(BMI)and sex on BCAAs/AAAs in new-onset T2DM individuals with varying body weight.METHODS Ninety-seven new-onset T2DM patients(<12 mo)differing in BMI[normal weight(NW),n=33,BMI=22.23±1.60;overweight,n=42,BMI=25.9±1.07;obesity(OB),n=22,BMI=31.23±2.31]from the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province,Kunming,China, were studied.One-way and 2-way ANOVAs were conducted to determine the effects of BMI and sex on BCAAs/AAAs.RESULTS Fasting serum AAAs,BCAAs,glutamate, and alanine were greater and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was lower(P<0.05,each)in OB-T2DM patients than in NW-T2DM patients, especially in male OB-T2DM patients.Arginine, histidine, leucine, methionine, and lysine were greater in male patients than in female patients. Moreover, histidine, alanine, glutamate, lysine, valine, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, and tryptophan were significantly correlated with abdominal adiposity, body weight and BMI,whereas isoleucine, leucine and phenylalanine were negatively correlated with HDL.CONCLUSION Heterogeneously elevated amino acids, especially BCAAs/AAAs,across new-onset T2DM patients in differing BMI categories revealed a potentially skewed prediction of T2DM development. The higher BCAA/AAA levels in obese T2DM patients would support T2DM prediction in obese individuals, whereas the lower levels of BCAAs/AAAs in NW-T2DM individuals may underestimate T2DM risk in NW individuals. This potentially skewed T2DM prediction should be considered when BCAAs/AAAs are to be used as the T2DM predictor.

文摘In the present study, electrical stimulation to the rat insular cortex induced apnea or respiratory disturbance, reduced amplitude of genioglossal electromyogram, and decreased electromyogram integrals. In addition, arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis, reduced pH values, increased alkali reserve negative values, decreased peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content, and increased 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells. Following lidocaine injection to block the habenular nucleus, abnormalities in breath, genioglossal electromyogram, and blood gas values disappeared, and peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content returned to levels prior to electric stimulation. However, 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells remained high. The results suggested that 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in Purkinje cells did not correlate with ventilation function involving insular cortex and habenular nucleus.

文摘5-hydroxytryptamine contributes to the control of activities of the dilator muscle in the upper respiratory tract, and is derived from the raphe nuclei, in which the habenular nucleus exerts a sustaJned inhibitory effect. Stimulation of the habenular nucleus may suppress 5-hydroxytryptamine release and result in apnea, which is similar to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.

文摘Harmful algal bloom(HAB)is an ecological disaster to local mariculture. At present, its impact on macrophytes has not been well studied. In this study,we cultivated sexually propagated embryos of S argassum fusiformis-an edible seaweed-in Prorocentrum donghaiense suspensions at different cell densities(0,0.50×10^(5),0.75×10^(5),1.00×10^(5),and 1.50×10^(5) cells/mL)for 10 days, during which growth and photosynthetic activities of the embryos were determined, and a monocultivation was set up for comparison. Results show that the relative growth rate and photosynthetic activities of the embryos co-cultivated with P.donghaiense were inhibited mostly and significantly in the cell densities of 0.75×10^(5),1.00×10^(5),and 1.50×10^(5) cells/mL,and the inhibitory effects increased in overall with increased cell densities. The maximum relative electron transport rates(rETR max)and apparent photosynthetic efficiency(a)of co-cultivated embryos were all significantly lower than monocultivation ones on the 10 th day.Furthermore, the photosynthetic activity detected by chlorophyll-a fluorescence transient(i.e.,OJIP),the electron transport among electron transfer accepters of PSII(photosystem II)and that from PSII to PSI(photosystem I)was restricted, which is probably responsible for the decreases of rETR max andain the co-cultivated embryos. In addition, parts of the photosynthetic reaction centers of PSII in the co-cultivated embryos were inactivated.Therefore,P.donghaiense bloom could restrain the development and photosynthetic activities of S.fusiformis embryos, reduce the seedlings stock, and eventually hinder the development of S.fusiformis production industry.

文摘Dear Editor,There were an estimated 9.4 million patients with chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV)in China, putting a considerable burden on public health(Polaris Observatory HCV Collaborators,2022).What is more, the incidence of HCV infection increased 14.5%every year based on data from China's National Notifiable Diseases Reporting System(Zhang et al.,2019).Approximately 75%of individuals infected with HCV develops chronic hepatitis, while long-term chronic HCV infection is the most important cause of liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
文摘The importance of soil water retention characteristics in modelling the hydro-mechanical response of unsaturated soils has been well recognised by many investigators in recent years.Determination of strain-dependent soil water retention curve(SWRC)is likely to be extraordinarily difficult. The first two authors have recently shown that SWRC can be computed from the gradation curve and the calculation result is consistent with the experimental results obtained from pressure plate tests. In this paper, based on a hypothesis related to change in the pore size distribution(POSD)due to volumetric strain of soil skeleton,a method to compute strain-dependent SWRC is presented. It is found that at initial degrees of saturation higher than 0.8,the influence of volumetric strain may be marginal whilst at initial degrees of saturation lower than 0.8,its influence is likely to be substantial. In all cases, the gradation curve of the soil affects the SWRC.
