Superhydrophobicity endows various substrates with astonishing multifunctional properties and has received widespread praise in industrial production.However,the fragile connection between the coating and the substrat...Superhydrophobicity endows various substrates with astonishing multifunctional properties and has received widespread praise in industrial production.However,the fragile connection between the coating and the substrate not only limits the service life of superhydrophobic coatings,but also poses limitations.To address this issue,this study used 3-(perfluorooctyl)propanol and organic polysilazane(OPSZ)with universal anchoring properties as starting materials to obtain fluorine modified OPSZ through a one-step synthesis method,and then doped SiO_(2)micro nano particles to produce superhydrophobic coatings that can be widely applied to various substrates.Investigating the relationship between the hydrophobic properties of the coatings and the amounts of SiO_(2)microparticles and nanoparticles used to create the microscopic rough structure of the superhydrophobic coatings,it was discovered that the hydrophobic properties of the coatings tended to increase as the number of nanoparticles increased.The water contact angle of prepared coatings was still over 157°after 48 h of UV exposure or 180 days of exposure to air.The heat resistance of the created superhydrophobic coatings was tested in a muffle furnace at 400℃ for 2 h.The results revealed that the coatings maintained their water contact angle of 155.1°±3.01°and water sliding angle of 6.4°±1.98°,demonstrating their excellent heat resistance and suitability for use in a variety of high-temperatu re environme nts.The work provided a practical way for creating superhydrophobic composite coatings with excellent mechanical stability,acid and alkali corrosion resistance,and heat resistance,and had potential application in antifouling and anti-corrosion.展开更多

Developing an efficient approach to environment-friendly fluorosurfactants is essential. A fluorocarbon branched chain strategy was adopted to develop/PFOS substitutes. A series of intermediates of novel branched fluorinated surfactants with CF_3 CF_2CF_2C(CF3)_2 group were synthesized from perfluoro-2-methyl-2-pentene. All the steps were mild, easy-handled and cheap. It is expected to be a very significant direction for the development of non-bioaccumulable alternatives of PFOA or PFOS.展开更多

BACKGROUND The clinical effects and detailed roles of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)steroid receptor RNA activator 1(SRA1)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)remain ambiguous.In the present study,the complementary...BACKGROUND The clinical effects and detailed roles of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)steroid receptor RNA activator 1(SRA1)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)remain ambiguous.In the present study,the complementary sites between lncRNA SRA1,miRNA-363-5p,and phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase(LHPP)predicted via bioinformatics analysis stimulated us to hypothesize that miRNA-363-5p/LHPP axis might be required for SRA1-mediated ESCC progression.AIM To investigate the molecular events of SRA1 in the malignant behavior in ESCC.METHODS Thirty-eight ESCC tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues were acquired.SRA1 expression was detected in ESCC tissues and cell lines using quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Cell counting Kit-8 assay,transwell invasion assay,glycolysis assay,and xenograft tumor model were performed to address the malignant biological behaviors of ESCC cells after the introduction of SRA1.The t-test and theχ2 test were used for comparison between groups.Survival curve analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method.RESULTS SRA1 downregulation was identified in ESCC.ESCC patients exhibiting a low SRA1 expression faced shorter overall survival than those with a high SRA1 expression.The introduction of SRA1 inhibited cell proliferation,glucose uptake,and lactate production in ESCC.In vivo,the growth of ESCC was hindered by SRA1 overexpression.Then,SRA1 overexpresses the LHPP by inhibiting miRNA-363-5p.Lastly,the introduction of small interfering RNA si-LHPP or miRNA-363-5p mimic could abrogate the inhibition roles triggered by SRA1.CONCLUSION SRA1 inhibits the oncogenicity of ESCC via miRNA-363-5p/LHPP axis.The SRA1/miRNA-363-5p/LHPP pathway may be a therapeutic target for ESCC.展开更多
Based on the substitutability of economic activities,by comparing the profit margin of farmers' planting of food crops and non-food crops,grain growing and breeding,as well as the daily return of grain growing and...Based on the substitutability of economic activities,by comparing the profit margin of farmers' planting of food crops and non-food crops,grain growing and breeding,as well as the daily return of grain growing and working outside during 2001-2013,this paper points out that the comparative income from farmers' behavior of growing grain is not absolutely low,and the income from growing grain is higher than from breeding pigs. It also studies the effect of food subsidies on farmers' behavior of growing grain. Farmers' behavior of growing grain is a helpless choice under many constraints,including not only economic returns,but also moral sentiments,political and social factors. From yield,quality and price,government should rely on science and technology to give full play to the functions of government guidance and supervision,and enhance the enthusiasm of farmers for growing grain,to increase food production and ensure food security.展开更多
