目的构建孕产妇产前保健云助产应用程序(application,APP)服务平台模块,为后期该APP的开发、评价及临床应用提供参考。方法遵循以用户为中心的理念,基于前期基础、供需方定性访谈以及专题小组讨论,构建孕产妇产前保健云助产APP服务平台...目的构建孕产妇产前保健云助产应用程序(application,APP)服务平台模块,为后期该APP的开发、评价及临床应用提供参考。方法遵循以用户为中心的理念,基于前期基础、供需方定性访谈以及专题小组讨论,构建孕产妇产前保健云助产APP服务平台的内容初稿,邀请来自围产医学、助产、产科护理、信息技术等专业领域的11名专家,通过专家会议法进一步修改并确认云助产APP功能模块。通过云助产APP试运行,进一步完善其功能。结果初步开发了助产士主导的孕产妇产前保健云助产APP服务平台功能模块,包括孕妇健康信息管理、自我健康测评、个性化健康教育、孕期自我管理记录、助产士在线支持。采用敏捷开发模式开发云助产APP,完成原型开发并测试。研究后系统可用性问卷(post-study system usability questionnaire,PSSUQ)得分结果显示,测试对象对云助产APP的总体评价较高。结论助产士主导的孕产妇产前保健云助产APP服务平台的模块设置具有科学性和合理性,可为下一步开展该APP的可用性评价及临床实际投入应用提供参考依据。展开更多
