The levels and distributions of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in chicken tissues from an electronic waste (e-waste) recycling area in southeast China were investigated. Human dietary intake by local residents via chicken muscle and eggs was estimated. The mean PBDEs concentrations in tissues ranged from 15.2 to 3138.1 ng/g lipid weight (lw) and in egg the concentration was 563.5 ng/g lw. The results showed that the level of total PBDEs (∑PBDEs) in the chicken tissue was 2-3 orders of magnitude higher than those reported in the literature. The large difference of ∑PBDEs concentrations between tissues confirmed that the distribution of PBDEs in tissues depend on tissue-specificity rather than the "lipid-compartment". BDE-209 was the predominant congener (82.5%- 94.7% of ∑PBDEs) in all chicken tissues except in brain (34.7% of ∑PBDEs), which indicated that deca-BDE (the major commercial PBDE formulation comprising 65%-70% of total production) was major pollution source in this area and could be bioaccumulated in terrestrial animals. The dietary PBDEs intake of the local residents from chicken muscle and egg, assuming only local bred chickens and eggs were consumed, ranged from 2.2 to 22.5 ng/(day.kg body weight (bw)) with a mean value of 13.5 ng/(day-kg bw), which was one order of magnitude higher than the value reported in previous studies for consumption of all foodstuffs. 展开更多

[Objectives]Polysaccharide was extracted from Lactarius deliciosus by ultrasonic-assisted method to improve polysaccharide yield.[Methods]Five variables including extraction temperature,extraction time,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and material-to-liquid ratio were selected for single factor experiments.The extraction process of L.deliciosus polysaccharide was optimized by response surface analysis,and its antioxidant activity was evaluated by measuring its total reduction ability and DPPH free radical scavenging capacity.[Results]The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:material-to-liquid ratio 1:35 g:ml,ultrasonic power 462 W,ultrasonic time 10 min,extraction time 110 min and extraction temperature 90℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was(10.83±0.03)%.The antioxidant test results showed that when the mass concentration of L.deliciosus polysaccharide was 0.5 mg/ml,its absorbance and DPPH free radical scavenging rate reached their maximum values,which were 3.274%and 41.27%,respectively.The L.deliciosus polysaccharide had good antioxidant properties.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of L.deliciosus polysaccharide in the future. 展开更多

目的:探讨脱抑制及视功能训练治疗屈光参差性弱视患儿的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。83例屈光参差性弱视患儿纳入本研究,所有患儿均为单眼弱视,随机分为训练组(44例44眼)和对照组(39例39眼)。所有患儿常规配镜,定量遮盖,均采用... 目的:探讨脱抑制及视功能训练治疗屈光参差性弱视患儿的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。83例屈光参差性弱视患儿纳入本研究,所有患儿均为单眼弱视,随机分为训练组(44例44眼)和对照组(39例39眼)。所有患儿常规配镜,定量遮盖,均采用家庭+诊室训练相结合的方法。对照组训练内容为:弱视训练仪(光刷、红闪、光栅等)及电脑软件精细+刺激训练。训练组除完成对照组训练项目以外,当患儿弱视眼矫正视力已经提高到0. 6以上后进行单眼调节功能训练、脱抑制训练、双眼调节功能训练及双眼集合、融像功能训练。随访6mo后,对两组的视力疗效及远近立体视功能检查结果进行比较及统计学分析。结果:训练组与对照组相比,两个组间视力改善的总有效率差异无统计学意义,但是两个组间整体的视力疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),加入脱抑制及视功能训练后训练组远、近立体视功能改善的人数明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:弱视治疗中加入脱抑制训练及双眼视功能训练后,能够增强弱视眼的竞争力,消除抑制,不但能提高视力,还能建立良好的视功能。 展开更多

接收前端是雷达、通信系统的重要组成部分,动态范围决定了系统在不同信号强度下能否正确接收和处理信号。针对现有接收前端瞬时动态范围扩展响应时间长、扩展能力有限的难题,提出了一种可配置门限的快速自适应动态扩展接收前端。该前端... 接收前端是雷达、通信系统的重要组成部分,动态范围决定了系统在不同信号强度下能否正确接收和处理信号。针对现有接收前端瞬时动态范围扩展响应时间长、扩展能力有限的难题,提出了一种可配置门限的快速自适应动态扩展接收前端。该前端能够在基本不影响系统灵敏度情况下,通过射频检波及运放电路实现射频链路的快速增益调整。通过在商业仿真软件中选用合适器件建立微波电路、检波电路及运放电路,实现了该前端组件的仿真与设计。最终进行了加工测试,实测与仿真一致性较好。实测表明:提出的接收前端在LSC波段噪声系数优于4.2 dB,并实现了响应速度为100 ns的25 dB瞬时动态范围扩展,具备门限可配置功能,可以满足高灵敏度和大动态范围扩展的系统应用需求。 展开更多

目的通过对19975份实验室不合格标本的原因及分布情况分析,探讨持续改进措施,以提高标本的送检质量及检验结果的准确性。方法采用医院LIS系统导出2016年9月-2018年8月实验室不合格标本19975份,其中住院组17252份、门诊组2703份;改进前5... 目的通过对19975份实验室不合格标本的原因及分布情况分析,探讨持续改进措施,以提高标本的送检质量及检验结果的准确性。方法采用医院LIS系统导出2016年9月-2018年8月实验室不合格标本19975份,其中住院组17252份、门诊组2703份;改进前5724份、改进后14251份,利用统计软件进行分析。结果门诊组的不合格率明显低于住院组(P<0.01);不合格标本的主要原因是抗凝标本凝固(29.82%)和标本采集量错误(28.72%),其余依次为病区/患者要求作废/医嘱重复(17.98%)、标本容器/类型错误(6.48%)、严重溶血/脂浊(5.43%),标本污染(4.41%)和空管(3.31%);不合格标本主要分布在门急诊检验实验室(78.73%),其余依次为临床微生物检验实验室(9.15%)、临床免疫检验实验室(5.77%)和临床生化检验实验室(5.03%)、临床血液检验实验室(1.10%)和临床分子生物学检验实验室(0.23%);改进后的不合格率低于改进前(P<0.05)。结论通过加强医护人员宣教,增强临床医师、护理和检验的不断沟通和积极配合,优化标本采集和运输流程,从而不断降低标本不合格率,是提高标本的送检质量及检验结果准确性的关键所在。 展开更多

目的评价Sysmex UF-1000i尿有形成分分析仪定量计数尿液白细胞和红细胞的性能。方法收集182例尿液标本,对UF-1000i的线性、稳定性、精密度、准确度及携带污染率等指标进行评价,并与人工镜检及AX4280干化学仪器检测的一致性进行比较。同... 目的评价Sysmex UF-1000i尿有形成分分析仪定量计数尿液白细胞和红细胞的性能。方法收集182例尿液标本,对UF-1000i的线性、稳定性、精密度、准确度及携带污染率等指标进行评价,并与人工镜检及AX4280干化学仪器检测的一致性进行比较。同时测定440例健康成人的尿液白细胞和红细胞,用于参考范围的调查。结果该仪器计数白细胞(0~109. 9)/μl和红细胞(0~108. 5)/μl线性良好(r值分别为0. 999 7、0. 997 3),批内和批间精密度的变异系数低于5. 6%,白细胞和红细胞的携带污染率分别为1. 44%、2. 22%,在室温及冷藏的稳定性表明放置4 h和24 h对检测尿液白细胞和红细胞结果无影响。UF-1000i和人工镜检测定尿液白细胞和红细胞结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),与AX4280仪器一致性好(Kappa值分别为0. 606和0. 598)。男性和女性参考区间分别为白细胞(0~10. 4)/μl、(0~15. 2)/μl,红细胞(0~12. 0)/μl、(0~17. 8)/μl。结论 UF-1000i尿沉渣仪器具有高度精密性,且提高了尿液沉渣的自动化分析能力,可做为常规尿液筛查方法在临床实验室开展应用。 展开更多

目的调查孕妇在不同孕期外周血红细胞参数的变化,建立参考区间。方法选择2016年1月-9月在本院定期接受产前检查的200例健康妊娠女性,分别记录其孕早期(13周前)、孕中期(13周~28周)、孕晚期(28周后)外周血红细胞参数的检测结果,同时收集... 目的调查孕妇在不同孕期外周血红细胞参数的变化,建立参考区间。方法选择2016年1月-9月在本院定期接受产前检查的200例健康妊娠女性,分别记录其孕早期(13周前)、孕中期(13周~28周)、孕晚期(28周后)外周血红细胞参数的检测结果,同时收集非妊娠育龄女性186例为对照组。并另取早、中、晚各40例妊娠期女性外周血红细胞检测结果,用不同诊断标准对妊娠期贫血发生情况进行验证。结果正常妊娠组孕早、中、晚各期参考范围Hb为105 g/L^144 g/L、99 g/L^132 g/L、98 g/L^140 g/L,RBC为(3. 5~4. 8)×10^12/L、(3. 2~4. 4)×10^12/L、(3. 2~4. 8)×10^12/L,HCT为0. 31 L/L^0. 41 L/L、0. 30 L/L^0. 39 L/L、0. 28 L/L^0. 41 L/L,RDW-CV为12. 0%~14. 8%、11. 2%~15. 3%、11. 9%~15. 6%。妊娠组的Hb、RBC、HCT均低于对照组(P <0. 05),其中孕中期最低。结论本地孕妇妊娠期贫血的诊断参考值低于WHO标准及美国CDC标准,建立妊娠女性参考区间可更好地评估孕妇的健康水平。 展开更多

目的:了解妊娠妇女不同孕期外周血血小板计数(PLT)、未成熟血小板分数(IPF)、未成熟血小板绝对值(IPF#)、高荧光强度未成熟血小板分数(H-IPF)和血小板平均侧向荧光强度(PLT-X)的变化,并调查各参数参考区间。方法:收集2016年10月至2018... 目的:了解妊娠妇女不同孕期外周血血小板计数(PLT)、未成熟血小板分数(IPF)、未成熟血小板绝对值(IPF#)、高荧光强度未成熟血小板分数(H-IPF)和血小板平均侧向荧光强度(PLT-X)的变化,并调查各参数参考区间。方法:收集2016年10月至2018年10月不同孕期妇女(妊娠组)1 272例,分为早期妊娠组(≤12周)348例,中期妊娠组(13~27周)369例和晚期妊娠组(≥28周)555例,中晚期妊娠组共924例;收集健康未妊娠妇女(对照组)200例;同时收集同期重度子痫前期妇女(重度子痫前期组)88例和妊娠期糖尿病妇女(妊娠期糖尿病组)100例。应用SYSMEX XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪定量检测各组的外周血PLT、IPF、IPF#、H-IPF和PLT-X,并采用95%CI建立孕周相关各参数的参考区间。结果:妊娠组的PLT低于对照组(P<0.05);而IPF、IPF#、H-IPF和PLT-X高于对照组(P<0.05)。早期、中期和晚期妊娠组的IPF、IPF#和PLT-X均随着孕周的增加而升高(P<0.05);早期和中期妊娠组的PLT、H-IPF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与晚期妊娠组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期组和妊娠期糖尿病组的PLT低于中晚期妊娠组(P<0.05);而IPF、IPF#、H-IPF和PLT-X高于中晚期妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论:血小板相关参数随妊娠妇女孕期的发展发生不同程度的变化,孕周相关外周血血小板参数参考区间的建立可以为评估妊娠期病理状态奠定基础。 展开更多

目的构建人IL-2与EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)基因BZLF1的融合基因重组BCG(recombinant BCG,rBCG),并分析其免疫效果。方法通过重叠延伸技术,构建融合基因ILBZ,将ILBZ与穿梭表达载体pMV261连接并转化至BCG中进行表达。注射rBCG至C57... 目的构建人IL-2与EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)基因BZLF1的融合基因重组BCG(recombinant BCG,rBCG),并分析其免疫效果。方法通过重叠延伸技术,构建融合基因ILBZ,将ILBZ与穿梭表达载体pMV261连接并转化至BCG中进行表达。注射rBCG至C57BL/6J小鼠体内,通过流式细胞术检测和CTL检测分析其免疫反应;注射rBCG至构建的人源性EBV阳性肿瘤的BALB/c-nu裸鼠中,观察rBCG对肿瘤的治疗效果。结果重叠延伸PCR获得的融合基因ILBZ为1248bp;Western blot检测rBCG表达的融合蛋白能被IL-2抗体和ZEBRA抗体识别,大小约55ku;动物免疫试验显示,注射rBCG的小鼠CD4^(+)T细胞和CD8^(+)T细胞百分率分别为45.1%和32.3%,高于BCG(28.5%和24.0%)及PBS的百分率(21.3%和18.1%)(P<0.05);动物治疗实验显示,注射rBCG治疗的裸鼠NK细胞占2.99%,高于BCG(NK细胞为1.89%)和PBS(NK细胞为0.68%)(P<0.05);rBCG注射2周,EBV阳性小鼠肿瘤体积和重量明显小于对照组。结论成功构建rBCG并表达出稳定的融合蛋白,且rBCG能刺激小鼠产生免疫反应,具有抗肿瘤作用。 展开更多

Tectonic evolution of the Dabashan orocline, central China: Insights from the superposed folds in the eastern Dabashan foreland 被引量:14

The Dabashan orocline is situated in the northwestern margin of the central Yangtze block,central China.Previous studies have defined the orthogonal superposed folds growing in its central-western segment thereby confirming its two-stage tectonic evolution history.Geological mapping has revealed that more types of superposed folds have developed in the eastern segment of the orocline,which probably provides more clues for probing the structure and tectonic history of the Dabashan orocline.In this paper,based on geological mapping,structural measurements and analyses of deformation,we have identified three groups of folds with different trends (e.g.NW-,NE-and nearly E-trending folds) and three types of structural patterns of superposed folds in the eastern Dabashan foreland (e.g.syn-axial,oblique,and conjunctional superposed folds).In combination with geochronological data,we propose that the synaxial superposed folds are due to two stages of ~N-S shortening in the west and north of the Shennongjia massif,and that oblique superposed folds have been resulted from the superposition of the NW-and NE-trending folds onto the early ~ E-W folds in the east of the Shennongjia massif in the late Jurassic to early Cretaceous.The conjunctional folds are composed of the NW-and NE-trending folds,corresponding to the regional-scale dual-orocline in the eastern Sichuan as a result of the southwestward expansion of the Dabashan foreland during late Jurassic to early Cretaceous,coeval with the northwestward propagation of the Xuefengshan foreland.Integration of the structure and geochronology of the belt shows that the Dabashan orocline is a combined deformation belt primarily experiencing a twostage tectonic evolution history in Mesozoic,initiation of the Dabashan orocline as a foreland basin along the front of the Qinling orogen in late Triassic to early Jurassic due to collisional orogeny,and the final formation of the Dabashan orocline owing to the southwestward propagation of the Qinling orogen during late Jurassic to early Cretaceous intra-continental orogeny.Our studies provide some evidences for understanding the structure and deformation of the Dabashan orocline. 展开更多

Arisaema heterophyllum Blume is one of the three medicinal plants known as traditional Chinese medicine Rhizoma Arisaematis(RA). RA has been popularly used to treat patients with convulsions, inflammation, and cancer for a long time. However, the underlying mechanisms for RA effects are still unclear. The present study was designed to determine the cytotoxicity of agglutinin isolated from Arisema heterophyllum Blume(AHA) and explore the possible mechanisms in human non-small-cell lung cancer A549 cells. AHA with purity up to 95% was isolated and purified from Arisaema heterophyllum Blume using hydrophobic interaction chromatography. AHA dose-dependently inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells and induced G_1 phase cell cycle arrest. AHA induced apoptosis by up-regulating pro-apoptotic Bax, decreasing anti-apoptotic Bcl-2, and activating caspase-9 and caspase-3. In A549 cells treated with AHA, the PI3K/Akt pathway was inhibited. Furthermore, AHA induced increase in the levels of ER stress markers such as phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(p-eIF2α), C/EBP-homologous protein(CHOP), inositol-requiring enzyme 1α(IRE1α), and phosphorylated c-Jun NH_2-terminal kinase(p-JNK). AHA also induced autophagy in A549 cells. Staining of acidic vesicular organelles(AVOs) and increase in the levels of LC3II and ATG7 were observed in AHA-treated cells. These findings suggested that AHA might be one of the active components with anti-cancer effects in Arisaema heterophyllum Blume. In conclusion, cytotoxicity of AHA on cancer cells might be related to its effects on apoptosis and autophagy through inhibition of PI3K/Akt pathway and induction of ER stress. 展开更多

Thermally stable Zr4+, Al3+, and Si4+ cations were incorporated into the lattice of CeO2 nano‐rods (i.e., CeO2‐NR) in order to improve the specific surface area. The undoped and Zr4+, Al3+, and Si4+ doped nano‐rods were used as supports to prepare MnOx/CeO2‐NR, MnOx/CZ‐NR, MnOx/CA‐NR, and MnOx/CS‐NR catalysts, respectively. The prepared supports and catalysts were comprehensively characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high‐resolution TEM, X‐ray diffraction, Raman and N2‐physisorption analyses, hydrogen temperature‐programmed reduction, ammonia temperature‐programmed desorption, in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier‐transform spectroscopic analysis of the NH3 adsorption, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Moreover, the catalytic performance and H2O+SO2 tolerance of these samples were evaluated through NH3‐selective catalytic reduction (NH3‐SCR) in the absence or presence of H2O and SO2. The obtained results show that the MnOx/CS‐NR catalyst exhibits the highest NOx conversion and the lowest N2O concentration, which result from the largest number of oxygen vacancies and acid sites, the highest Mn4+ content, and the lowest redox ability. The MnOx/CS‐NR catalyst also presents excellent resistance to H2O and SO2. All of these phenomena suggest that Si4+ is the optimal dopant for the MnOx/CeO2‐NR catalyst. 展开更多

Novel catalytic systems for the Rh‐catalyzed hydroformylation of dicyclopentadiene have been developed using tris‐H8‐binaphthyl monophosphite as ligands containing different ester substituents at the 2’‐binaphthyl position(OCOMe,OCOPh,OCOAdamantyl and OCOPhCl).The catalysts exhibited high activity(S/C=4000,TON=3286)with good to excellent selectivity towards dialdehydes.Remarkably,the Rh(I)complex bearing the ligands with chlorophenyl ester substituents led to 99.9%conversion and 98.7%selectivity for dialdehydes under relatively mild conditions(6 MPa,120°C). 展开更多

Decabromodiphenyl ether (decaBDE),as a flame retardant,is widely produced and used.To study the thyroid disruption by technical decaBDE at low concentrations,Xenopus laevis tadpoles were exposed to technical decaBDE mixture DE-83R (1-1000 ng/L) in water from stage 46/47 (free swimming larvae,system of Nieuwkoop and Faber) to stage 62.DE-83R at concentration of 1000 ng/L significantly delayed the time to metamorphosis (presented by forelimb emergence,FLE).Histological examination showed that DE83R at all tested concentrations caused histological alterations-multilayer follicular epithelial cell and markedly increased follicle size accompanied by partial colloid depletion and increase in the peripheral colloid vacuolation,in thyroid glands.All tested concentrations of DE-83R also induced a down-regulation of thyroid receptor mRNA expression.These results demonstrated that technical decaBDE disrupted the thyroid system in X.laevis tadpoles.Analysis of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) (sum of 39 congeners) in X.laevis indicated that mean concentrations of total PBDEs in X.laevis exposed to 1,10,100,1000 ng/L were 11.0,128.1,412.1,1400.2 ng/g wet weight,respectively.Considering that PBDEs burden of X.laevis tadpoles was close to PBDEs levels in amphibians as reported in previous studies,our study has raised new concerns for thyroid disruption in amphibians of technical decaBDE at environmentally relevant concentrations. 展开更多
